本发明的至少一个实施例提供一种显示器壳体和显示装置,该显示装置壳体包括前框和后盖。前框上设置有第一卡勾和第一卡槽;后盖上设置有第二卡槽和第二卡勾。这样一来,一方面在组装的过程中,前框与后盖通过第一卡勾与第二卡槽的卡合,以及第一卡槽与第二卡勾的对合进行固定连接,拆卸时,只需将第一卡勾与第二卡槽脱离,第一卡槽与第二卡勾脱离即可,这样可以避免采用螺纹连接方式进行壳体组装效率低下的问题。另一方面,由于前框和后盖上既设置有卡勾又设置有卡槽,可以使得前框和后盖的连接更加牢固。例如,当前框相对于后盖发生滑动,使得前框上的第一卡勾具有脱离第二卡槽的趋势时,后盖上扣合于第一卡槽中的第二卡勾能够提供阻力,阻挡前框滑动,这样可以避免前框或后盖发生相对滑动时,彼此解体。
以下通过具体的实施例对设置于前框100上的第一卡勾101和第一卡槽102,以及设置于后盖200上的第二卡槽201和第二卡勾202进行详细的说明。
实施例一
如图2a所示,第一卡勾101可以包括一端与前框100相连接的第一支撑柱300,以及位于第一支撑柱300另一端的卡头301。第二卡槽201设置有与第一支撑柱300形状相同的延伸部302,以及与卡头301形状相同的卡合部303。
和/或,第二卡勾202可以包括一端与后盖200相连接的第一支撑柱300,以及位于第一支撑柱300另一端的卡头301。第一卡槽102设置有与第一支撑柱300形状相同的延伸部302,以及与卡头301形状相同的卡合部303。
例如,第一卡槽102可以设置于前框100的侧壁500’的内侧B’或前框100侧壁500’的外侧C’上。和/或,第二卡槽201可以设置于后盖200的侧壁500的内侧B或后盖200侧壁500的外侧C上。在前框100与后盖200对合的过程中,卡头301在延伸部302中发生形变,当其卡入卡合部303时,恢复形变实现前框100与后盖200的固定连接。
如图2b(图2a中E部分的局部放大图)所示,以第一卡勾101和第二卡槽201为例,对卡勾和卡槽的尺寸进行说明。
例如,第一卡勾101的第一支撑柱300的长度L1与第二卡槽201的延 伸部302的长度H1相等;第一卡勾101的卡头301的长度L2小于或等于第二卡槽201的卡合部303的长度H2。第二卡勾202与第一卡槽102的尺寸同上所述。
这样一来,可以使得第一卡勾101与第二卡槽201,以及第一卡槽102与第二卡勾202对合后,前框100与后盖200无缝连接,即前框100侧壁500’的对合面A’与后盖200侧壁500的对合面A能够紧密贴合,从而提高产品的密封性。
由于在第一卡勾101或第二卡勾202上设置了第一支撑柱300,增加了第一卡勾101或第二卡勾202分别与第二卡槽201或第一卡槽102之间的接触面积,从而当前框100和后盖200相对滑动时,能够增大反推力的受力面积,提高了前框100和后盖200发生相对滑动时的结合力。
需要说明的是,第一、例如,上述卡头301的形状可以包括长方体、正方体、多棱椎体、梯台,以及小于或等于1/2球体的半球体等多种形状。如图2c所示(沿图2a中的虚线Q-Q’的剖视图),卡头301的第一截面可以包括长方形截面、正方形截面、三角形截面、梯形截面或者圆弧面等,图2c以卡头301的第一截面包括梯形截面为例进行说明。第一截面平行于设置有所述卡头301的侧壁的外表面或内表面,即第一截面平行于对合方向X(如图2a所示)。例如,如图2a所示,前框100的一条侧壁上设置有卡头301,则上述第一截面平行于前框100的上述侧壁的外侧C’或内侧B’。
第二、例如,第一卡勾101的长度L3(如图2b所示)与第二卡勾202的长度L4(如图2a所示)可以不同。例如,由于第一卡勾101的长度L3或第二卡勾202的长度L4包括第一支撑柱300的长度L1以及卡头301的长度L2之和,因此,可以通过调节第一支撑柱300的长度L1或卡头301的长度L2,以使得第一卡勾101的长度L3与第二卡勾202的长度L4不同。
例如,第一卡勾101的长度L3大于第二卡勾202的长度L4。这样一来,在外力的作用下使得前框100与后盖200发生相对滑动时,即使在所述外力使得第二卡勾202具有脱离第一卡槽102的趋势的情况下,由于第一卡勾101的长度L3较长,与第二卡槽201的接触面积较大,因此产生的反作用力的受力面积较大,从而能够有效的确保前框100与后盖200之间的结合力,避免在外力的作用下解体。因此,可以无需将第一卡勾101或第二卡勾202的 长度都设置的很长,同样能够实现提高前框100和后盖200在发生相对滑动时的结合力。
实施例二
如图3所示,第一卡槽102或第二卡槽201可以包括一端分别与前框100或后盖200相连接的第二支撑柱400,以及位于第二支撑柱400另一端的凹槽401。
例如,如图4a所示(沿图3中O-O’得到的剖视图),第一卡勾101或第二卡勾202的第二截面(沿O-O’得的到的截面)为直角梯形,通过上述直角梯形与凹槽401进行卡合。当然,第一卡勾101或第二卡勾202的第二截面的形状还可以如图4b所示为直角三角形,或如图4c所示为扇形。其他形状在此不再一一赘述。在本实施例中,所述第二截面沿平行于对合方向X(如图3所示),与上述第一截面垂直。
为了使得前框100与后盖200的外侧平整、美观,例如,第一卡勾101和第一卡槽102设置于前框100的侧壁的内侧B’上;第二卡槽201或第二卡勾202设置于后盖200的侧壁的内侧B上。
需要说明的是,本实施例对前框100上的第一卡勾101、第一卡槽102,以及后盖200上的第二卡槽201、第二卡勾202的数量和排列方式不做限定。例如,可以如图5所示,在前框100上每间隔两个第一卡槽102设置一个第一卡勾101,在这种情况下,后盖上的第二卡槽201、第二卡勾202对应设置。或者,例如,第一卡勾101和第二卡槽102在前框100上间隔设置。对应的,第二卡槽201和第二卡勾202在后盖200上间隔设置。其它设置方式不再一一赘述,但都应当属于本发明的保护范围。
以下通过具体实施例对上述第一卡勾101和第一卡槽102在前框100上间隔设置,第二卡槽201和第二卡勾202在后盖200上间隔设置的方案进行详细的说明。
实施例三
本实施例结合图6,并且以第一卡勾101如图2所示包括第一支撑柱300和卡头301,第一卡槽102如图3所示包括第二支撑柱400和凹槽401的情况为例进行说明。当然,第一卡勾和第一卡槽都包括支撑柱时,前框100上的第一卡勾101、第一卡槽102,以及后盖200上的第二卡槽201、第二卡勾 202的数量和排列方式可以有多种,而不限于图6所示的情形。
例如,如图6所示,第一卡勾101设置于前框100侧壁的对合面A’上,第二卡槽201设置于后盖200侧壁的对合面A上。第一卡槽102设置于前框侧壁的外侧C’上,第二卡勾202设置于后盖200侧壁的外侧C上。
这样一来,一方面的,当平行于前框100的上表面的外力使得前框100与后盖200发生滑动时,虽然第一卡槽102具有脱离第二卡勾202的趋势,但是位于第二卡槽201中的第一卡勾101能够产生与上述外力相反的反作用力,从而阻止前框100与后盖200发生滑动解体。另一方面,当垂直于前框100的上表面的外力使得前框100与后盖200上下分离时,虽然第一卡勾101具有脱离第二卡槽201的趋势,但是位于第一卡槽102中的第二卡勾202能够产生上述外力的反作用力,从而阻止前框100与后盖200上下分离。
此外,对于上述任意一种实施例而言,第一、例如,第一卡勾101和第一卡槽102可以与前框100为一体结构。和/或,第二卡槽201和第二卡勾202可以与后盖200为一体结构。从而提升第一卡勾101和第一卡槽102,以及第二卡槽201和第二卡勾202承受外力的能力,进而增强前框100与后盖之间的结合力。
第二、例如,第一卡勾101和第一卡槽102的水平中心线(Q-Q’)重合;或,第二卡槽201和第二卡勾202的水平中心线(Q-Q’)重合;上述水平中心线(Q-Q’)平行于前框100的对合面A’或后盖200的对合面A。这样一来,通过上述卡勾和卡槽可以使得对合后的前框100和后盖200,在外力的作用下受力均匀,避免其中一对或几对卡勾和卡槽由于受力不均而打开。
第三、例如,前框100的四个侧壁500’上均设置有第一卡勾101或第一卡槽102;后盖200的四个侧壁500上均设置有所述第二卡勾201或第二卡槽201。这样一来,可以使得前框100或后盖200的所有侧壁500的均能够相互连接,以提高前框100与后盖200的连接紧固性。
当然,还可以在前框100或后盖200的四个角分别设置上述卡勾与卡槽,具体设置可以参考实施例一至实施例三,此处不再赘述。
本发明的至少一个实施例还提供了一种显示装置,其包括上述任一实施例所述的显示器壳体。
例如,该显示装置可以为需要采用背光模组的液晶显示装置,在这种情 况下,显示器壳体的前框设置于在显示面板的显示侧,显示器壳体的后盖设置于在背光模组的非出光侧,以对显示面板和背光模组进行保护。
例如,对于不需要采用背光模组的反射式液晶显示装置或OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)显示装置等,显示器壳体的前框设置于在显示面板的显示侧,显示器壳体的后盖可以设置于显示装置包括的阵列基板的背侧(即显示装置的背离显示侧的一侧),以对显示面板进行保护。
本发明实施例提供的显示装置可以为:液晶显示装置、OLED显示装置、电子纸、手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。
以上所述仅是本发明的示范性实施方式,而非用于限制本发明的保护范围,本发明的保护范围由所附的权利要求确定。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种显示器壳体,包括前框和后盖,其中,
    所述前框上设置有第一卡勾和第一卡槽,所述后盖上设置有第二卡槽和第二卡勾;
    所述前框与所述后盖通过所述第一卡勾与所述第二卡槽的对合,以及所述第一卡槽与所述第二卡勾的对合进行固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器壳体,其中,
    所述第一卡勾包括一端与所述前框相连接的第一支撑柱,以及位于所述第一支撑柱另一端的卡头;所述第二卡槽设置有与所述第一支撑柱形状相同的延伸部,以及与所述卡头形状相同的卡合部;和/或,
    所述第二卡勾包括一端与所述后盖相连接的第一支撑柱,以及位于所述第一支撑柱另一端的卡头;所述第一卡槽设置有与所述第一支撑柱形状相同的延伸部,以及与所述卡头形状相同的卡合部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示器壳体,其中,
    所述第一卡槽设置于所述前框的侧壁的内侧或外侧;和/或
    所述第二卡槽设置于所述后盖的侧壁的内侧或外侧。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的显示器壳体,其中,所述第一支撑柱的长度等于所述延伸部的长度,所述卡头的长度小于或等于所述卡合部的长度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器壳体,其中,
    所述第一卡槽设置于所述前框的侧壁的内侧或外侧;和/或,
    所述第二卡槽设置于所述后盖的侧壁的内侧或外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的显示器壳体,其中,所述第一卡勾与所述第二卡勾的长度不同。
  7. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的显示器壳体,其中,所述卡头的第一截面包括长方形截面、正方形截面、三角形截面、梯形截面或圆弧面,所述第一截面平行于设置有所述卡头的侧壁的外侧或内侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器壳体,其中,
    所述第一卡槽或所述第二卡槽包括一端分别与所述前框或所述后盖相连接的第二支撑柱,以及位于所述第二支撑柱另一端的凹槽。
  9. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的显示器壳体,其中,
    所述第一卡槽或所述第二卡槽包括一端分别与所述前框或所述后盖相连接的第二支撑柱,以及位于所述第二支撑柱另一端的凹槽。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的显示器壳体,其中,
    所述第一卡槽或所述第二卡槽包括一端分别与所述前框或所述后盖相连接的第二支撑柱,以及位于所述第二支撑柱另一端的凹槽。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的显示器壳体,其中,所述第一卡勾或所述第二卡勾的第二截面为直角梯形、直角三角形或扇形,所述第二截面平行于对合方向,且与所述第一截面垂直。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的显示器壳体,其中,所述第一卡勾和所述第一卡槽设置于所述前框的侧壁的内侧;
    所述第二卡槽或所述第二卡勾设置于所述后盖的侧壁的内侧。
  13. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的显示器壳体,其中,
    所述第一卡勾和所述第二卡槽在所述前框上间隔设置;
    所述第二卡槽和所述第二卡勾在所述后盖上间隔设置。
  14. 根据权利要求9-11任一项所述的显示器壳体,其中,
    所述第一卡勾和所述第二卡槽在所述前框上间隔设置;
    所述第二卡槽和所述第二卡勾在所述后盖上间隔设置。
  15. 根据权利要求9-11和14中任一项所述的显示器壳体,其中,所述第一卡勾包括所述第一支撑柱和所述卡头,所述第一卡槽包括所述第二支撑柱和所述凹槽,
    所述第一卡勾或所述第二卡槽分别设置于所述前框或所述后盖侧壁的对合面上;
    所述第一卡槽或所述第二卡勾分别设置于所述前框或所述后盖侧壁的外侧。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15任一项所述的显示器壳体,其中,所述第一卡勾和所述第一卡槽与所述前框为一体结构;和/或
    所述第二卡槽和所述第二卡勾与所述后盖为一体结构。
  17. 根据权利要求1-16任一项所述的显示器壳体,其中,
    所述第一卡勾和所述第一卡槽的水平中心线重合;或,
    所述第二卡槽和所述第二卡勾的水平中心线重合;
    其中,所述水平中心线平行于所述前框或所述后盖的对合面。
  18. 根据权利要求1-17任一项所述的显示器壳体,其中,
    所述前框的四个侧壁上均设置有所述第一卡勾或所述第一卡槽;
    所述后盖的四个侧壁上均设置有所述第二卡勾或所述第二卡槽。
  19. 一种显示装置,包括根据权利要求1-18任一项所述的显示器壳体。
