本发明涉及头戴显示器,尤其涉及到一种能够调节显示器佩戴长度的可调节式头戴显示器。
发明背景
头戴显示器是用于显示图像及色彩的设备,通常是以眼罩或头盔的形式,把显示屏贴近用户的眼睛,通过光路调整焦距以在近距离中对眼睛投射画面。
如今头戴显示器如雨后春笋般层出不穷,现有技术中头戴显示器一般包括显示部、头戴部和声音输出部共3个部分,头戴部的头带部分在加工时为固定长度,用户在佩戴时无法根据自己头围的大小来进行变大或变小的调节,通用性较低;除此之外,显示部的两个支腿长度也为固定长度,也无法进行调整,声音输出部中的发音器与头戴部对应端固定连接,无法进行旋转,使用者若想在旅行时佩戴放入储物箱时,两组声音输出部的发音器接触耳朵的侧面不在同一平面上,占用空间较大,收纳存储极为不便,不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:
本发明提出一种可调节式头戴显示器,解决现有技术中存在的佩戴时长度不可调节、通用性差的问题,使人们在使用时可以根据使用者自己需求来进行长度调节,提高了通用性。

为实现耳壳支架转动部312与耳壳支架固定部311绕同一竖向轴线旋转,在耳壳支架固定部311上开设盲孔一,在耳壳支架转动部312上开设盲孔二,有一转轴插入所述盲孔一与所述盲孔二内,实现所述耳壳支架转动部312与耳壳支架固定部311的旋转连接。这样耳壳32及其中的发音器可以绕竖直方向的轴线进行旋转,实现在平面内的转动,在使用者对可调节式头戴显示器进行收纳存储时可以根据自己需求将耳壳32旋转到合适的位置处进行存放。如现有的可调节式头戴显示器耳壳32及其内部的发音器部分大都是前后固定设置,不可旋转。若人们在旅行时放入行李箱中,不易放置,且占用空间大,而采用本实施例中的头戴式显示器则可以将两耳壳32进行旋转,且可以绕竖直方向轴线做360度旋转,旋转到合适的位置后放置于行李箱中,即方便快捷,又节省了空间。
优选的,头戴部1整体选用一弧形弯折塑带,与人体弧形的头部相吻合,便于人体佩戴,增加佩戴舒适感。
为实现对于可调节式头戴显示器佩戴时的屈光调节功能,在显示部2的内设置有驱动显示器前后移动的前后调节组件,在进行屈光调节时,主要是通过调节镜片模组与显示器之间的距离,而镜片模组一般为固定设置在支架上的,故通过调节显示器的前后距离来实现两者之间相对距离的变化,完成屈光调节,显示器前后移动主要是通过前后调节组件来实现的,本实施例中的前后调节组件主要包括螺杆和螺纹旋钮,螺杆在连接设置时与显示器结构固定连接,螺纹旋钮与螺杆螺纹连接配合,通过螺纹旋钮的旋转来驱动螺杆前移或后退,进而带动显示器前进后退,实现屈光调节,为方便对显示器的两端对应的两眼分别进行屈光调节,在显示器底端的两侧对称设置有螺纹旋钮用来旋转驱动显示器移动。
本实施例中的显示部2包括显示框架、镜片模组和支撑台,所述显示框架上开设有调节槽,所述支撑台与所述镜片模组固定连接,所述支撑台下方设置有调节块,所述调节块沿所述调节槽来回滑动,调节块与支撑台连接,镜片模组与支撑台固定,调节块沿开设在显示器框架上的调节槽来回滑动时即带动了镜片模组移动,通过滑动调节对称设置在显示部2两端的调节块即可以实现对于两眼间瞳距的调节。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非是对本发明作其它形式的限制,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更或改型为等同变化的等效实施例。但是凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何的简单修改、等同变化与改型,仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种可调节式头戴显示器,包括头戴部(1)、显示部(2)和声音输出部(3),所述显示部(2)包括两根支腿(21)和显示器(22),所述两根支腿(21)的一端分别与所述显示器(22)的对应端连接,所述两根支腿(21)另一端可转动的连接于对应侧所述头戴部(1)的端部,所述声音输出部(3)包括左耳机和右耳机,所述左耳机和右耳机分别包括耳壳(32)、耳壳支架和耳壳内的发音器,所述耳壳支架分别连接于所述头戴部(1)对应侧的端部,所述耳壳(32)与所述耳壳支架连接,其特征在于,所述头戴部(1)上设置头戴部长度调节机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节式头戴显示器,其特征在于,所述头戴部长度调节机构包括带有伸出端的滑动杆(11)、连接杆一(12)和中间向下凸起的弹性片(4),在所述伸出端的上表面上设置有多个波浪形凸起(111),所述连接杆一(12)内开设有长槽一(121),所述弹性片(4)的两端嵌入固定到所述长槽一(121)内,所述弹性片(4)中间向下凸起压入所述波浪形凸起(111)之间的凹部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节式头戴显示器,其特征在于,所述显示部的支腿(21)上设置支腿长度调节机构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可调节式头戴显示器,其特征在于,所述支腿长度调节机构包括连接杆二(211)、伸缩杆(212)、与显示器(22)连接的连接杆三(213)和弹簧(5),所述连接杆二(211)上开设有长槽二,所述连接杆三(213)上开设有长槽三,所述弹簧(5)一端与所述伸缩杆(212)连接,另一端固定于所述长槽二或长槽三内,所述伸缩杆(212)的另一端对应的固定于所述长槽三或长槽二内,所述伸缩杆(212)的上表面或下边面上设有塑性弹性凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节式头戴显示器,其特征在于,所述耳壳支架包括与所述头戴部连接的耳壳支架固定部(311)和与耳壳(32)活动连接的耳壳支架转动部(312),所述耳壳支架转动部(312)与耳壳支架固定部(311)绕竖向轴线旋转连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可调节式头戴显示器,其特征在于,所述耳壳支架固定部(311)上开设有盲孔一,所述耳壳支架转动部(312)上开设有盲孔二,有一转轴插入所述盲孔一与所述盲孔二内,实现所述耳壳支架转动部(312)与耳壳支架固定部(311)的旋转连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的可调节式头戴显示器,其特征在于,所述头戴部(1)整体为一弧形弯折塑带。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可调节式头戴显示器,其特征在于,所述显示部(2)内设置有驱动所述显示器前后移动实现屈光调节的前后调节组件,所述前后调节组件包括螺杆和螺纹旋钮,所述螺杆与所述显示器固定连接,所述螺纹旋钮与所述螺杆螺纹连接配合驱动所述螺杆前移或后退。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可调节式头戴显示器,其特征在于,所述显示部(2)包括显示框架、镜片模组和支撑台,所述显示框架上开设有调节槽,所述支撑台与所述镜片模组固定连接,所述支撑台下方设置有调节块,所述调节块沿所述调节槽来回滑动。
