在服务器接收到上述电视网络数据获取请求时,根据该电视网络数据获取请求查找服务器中是否存在该位置信息对应的电视网络数据,当存在电视网络数据时,将该电视网络数据直接发送给电视机,以供电视机显示该电视网络数据。当服务器中不存在上述电视网络数据时,可以通过消息的形式反馈上述响应结果至电视机,以告知服务器中不存在上述电视网络数据,由电视机按照现有的电视网络数据搜索方案进行电视网络数据搜索。应当说明的是,上述电视网络数据为最新数据,例如是否为1天以内更新的电视网络数据。
本发明实施例通过接收客户端发送的电视网络数据获取请求;根据所述电视网络数据获取请求,判断是否存在对应的电视网络数据;当存在所述电视网络数据时,将所述电视网络数据发送至所述客户端;当不存在所述电视网络数据时,反馈相应的响应结果,以供所述客户端搜索所述电视网络数据,从而实现了电视网络数据的获取。由于本发明通过服务器保存更新的电视网络数据,从而无需每个电视机在获取电视网络数据时,均进入搜索过程,因此本发明提供的电视网络数据获取方法降低了电视网络数据获取的难度。
进一步地,参照图2,基于上述实施例,本实施例中,上述步骤S40之后还包括:
步骤S50,接收并保存所述客户端发送的数据信息;
本实施例中,上述数据信息包括所述客户端搜索到的电视网络数据和所述客户端的位置信息。
具体地,当电视机在进行电视网络数据获取时,若服务器中不存在电视网络数据,则由电视机自动进行电视数据搜索,当电视机进行电视网络数据搜索后,可以将该电视机将搜索到的电视网络数据发送给服务器,由服务器接收并保存。应当说明的是,本实施例中,为了完成电视网络数据共享,在进行电视网络数据发送时,需发送客户端搜索到的电视网络数据和所述客户端的位置信息。
进一步地,参照图3,基于上述实施例,本实施例中,上述步骤S30包括:
步骤S31,判断服务器是否繁忙;若是,则步骤S32,若否,则执行步骤S33;
步骤S32,将当前与所述电视网络数据一致的IP列表发送至所述客户端,以供客户端向所述IP列表中的IP获取所述电视网络数据;
步骤S33,获取所述电视网络数据,并将所述电视网络数据发送至所述客户端。
本实施例中,可通过判断内存的使用率判断服务器是否繁忙,即判断服务器的内存使用率、CPU使用率或网络宽带使用率是否大于预设值,该预设值的大小可根据实际需要进行设置,例如可以为百分之六十。以内存使用率为例,具体地,服务器每处理一条请求均需要占用一定的内存,当内存的占用率达到一定程度后,服务器将表现为繁忙状态,此时为了保证服务器正常运行,可以由服务器搜索与该电视网络数据一致的IP列表,并将该IP列表发送给客户端,以供客户端选择其中一个IP发送电视网络数据请求,从而获取该电视网络数据。当内存的占用率未达到一定程度,服务器将表现为空闲状态,此时服务器将获取本地储存的电视网络数据,并将该电视网络数据直接发送给发送电视网络数据获取请求的电视机。应当说明的是,上述IP列表由服务器进行记录并创建。
具体地,基于上述实施例,本实施例中,上述电视网络数据获取方法还包括:
记录接收到所述电视网络数据获取请求对应的IP信息;
实时监测所述IP信息对应的客户端是否处于联网状态;
删除处于非联网状态的IP信息,以更新所述IP信息;
根据更新后的所述IP信息和所述电视网络数据建立所述IP列表。
本实施例中,每当一个电视机从服务器上获取到上述电视网络数据时,均可由服务器进行IP记录,当电视机自动搜索并上报电视网络数据时,也可由服务器进行记录。具体地,当电视机关机时,可以发送一个关机信号至服务器,以供服务器监测服务器所记录IP信息对应的客户端是否处于联网状态。由于在电视机处于非联网状态后,其他电视机将无法从该电视机中获取到上述电视网络信息,本发明实施例,通过服务器监测,并更新上述IP信息,从而保证发送至电视机的IP列表的有效性。应当说明的是,检测客户端是否处于非联网具体可以采用心跳包的形式,因为如果客户端关机前未联网,那么无法捕捉到客户端关机状态。具体IP信息更新方法如下:客户端开机之后,每隔一定时间(比如2分钟)向服务器发送一个心跳包。服务器收到该心跳包就认为该客户端在联网状态,如果服务器超过一定时间(比如2分钟)收不到心跳包,就认为该客户端已经处于未联网状态,并将该客户端的IP地址从IP列表中移除。如果在此之后又收到该电视机的心跳包,说明该客户端又处在联网状态,重现将该客户端IP添加到IP列表中。
本发明还提供一种电视网络数据获取服务器,参照图4,在一实施例中,本发明提供的电视网络数据获取服务器包括:
请求接收模块100,用于接收客户端发送的电视网络数据获取请求;所述电视网络数据为电视节目信息或电子节目菜单;
判断模块200,用于根据所述电视网络数据获取请求,判断是否存在对应的电视网络数据;
发送模块300,用于当存在所述电视网络数据时,将所述电视网络数据发送至所述客户端;当不存在所述电视网络数据时,反馈相应的响应结果,以供所述客户端搜索所述电视网络数据。
本发明实施例提供的电视网络数据获取服务器主要应用于电视机对节目信息的处理。本实施例中,上述客户端优选为电视机,以下实施例中,将以电视机为例作出详细说明。具体地,电视机在进行节目搜索时或者开始进入频道进行节目播放时,将会触发电视机向电视网络数据获取服务器发送电视网络数据获取请求,该电视网络数据请求包括位置信息,该位置信息包括电视网络信息,还可以包括地理位置信息。其中地理位置信息为所述客户端当前所处的地理位置信息,上述电视网络信息为所述客户端所在的电视网络。当所述电视处于联网状态时,电视机可以通过定位的方式直接获取到当前所处的地理位置信息,可以通过解析NIT表获取到电视网络信息。
在电视网络数据获取服务器接收到上述电视网络数据获取请求时,根据该电视网络数据获取请求查找电视网络数据获取服务器中是否存在该位置信息对应的电视网络数据,当存在电视网络数据时,将该电视网络数据直接发送给电视机,以供电视机显示该电视网络数据。当电视网络数据获取服务器中不存在上述电视网络数据时,可以通过消息的形式反馈上述响应结果至电视机,以告知电视网络数据获取服务器中不存在上述电视网络数据,由电视机按照现有的电视网络数据搜索方案进行电视网络数据搜索。应当说明的是,上述电视网络数据为最新数据,例如是否为1天以内更新的电视网络数据。
本发明实施例通过接收客户端发送的电视网络数据获取请求;根据所述电视网络数据获取请求,判断是否存在对应的电视网络数据;当存在所述电视网络数据时,将所述电视网络数据发送至所述客户端;当不存在所述电视网络数据时,反馈相应的响应结果,以供所述客户端搜索所述电视网络数据,从而实现了电视网络数据的获取。由于本发明通过电视网络数据获取服务器保存更新的电视网络数据,从而无需每个电视机在获取电视网络数据时,均进入搜索过程,因此本发明提供的电视网络数据获取电视网络数据获取服务器降低了电视网络数据获取的难度。
进一步地,参照图5,基于上述实施例,本实施例中,上述电视网络数据获取服务器还包括:
数据接收模块400,用于接收并保存所述客户端发送的数据信息;
本实施例中,上述数据信息包括所述客户端搜索到的电视网络数据和所述客户端的位置信息。
具体地,当电视机在进行电视网络数据获取时,若电视网络数据获取服务器中不存在电视网络数据,则由电视机自动进行电视数据搜索,当电视机进行电视网络数据搜索后,可以将该电视机将搜索到的电视网络数据发送给电视网络数据获取服务器,由电视网络数据获取服务器接收并保存。应当说明的是,本实施例中,为了完成电视网络数据共享,在进行电视网络数据发送时,需发送客户端搜索到的电视网络数据和所述客户端的位置信息。
进一步地,参照图6,基于上述实施例,本实施例中,上述发送模块300包括:
判断单元301,用于当存在所述电视网络数据时,判断电视网络数据获取服务器是否繁忙;
发送单元302,用于当电视网络数据获取服务器的内存使用率大于预设值时,将当前与所述电视网络数据一致的IP列表发送至所述客户端,以供客户端向所述IP列表中的IP获取所述电视网络数据;
输出单元303,用于当所述电视网络数据获取服务器的内存使用率小于或等于所述预设值时,获取所述电视网络数据,并将所述电视网络数据发送至所述客户端。
本实施例中,可通过判断内存的使用率判断服务器是否繁忙,即判断服务器的内存使用率、CPU使用率或网络宽带使用率是否大于预设值,该预设值的大小可根据实际需要进行设置,例如可以为百分之六十。以内存使用率为例,具体地,电视网络数据获取服务器每处理一条请求均需要占用一定的内存,当内存的占用率达到一定程度后,电视网络数据获取服务器将表现为繁忙状态,此时为了保证电视网络数据获取服务器正常运行,可以由电视网络数据获取服务器搜索与该电视网络数据一致的IP列表,并将该IP列表发送给客户端,以供客户端选择其中一个IP发送电视网络数据请求,从而获取该电视网络数据。当内存的占用率未达到一定程度,电视网络数据获取服务器将表现为空闲状态,此时电视网络数据获取服务器将获取本地储存的电视网络数据,并将该电视网络数据直接发送给发送电视网络数据获取请求的电视机。应当说明的是,上述IP列表由电视网络数据获取服务器进行记录并创建。
具体地,参照图7,基于上述实施例,本实施例中,上述电视网络数据获取服务器还包括:
记录模块500,用于记录接收到所述电视网络数据获取请求对应的IP信息;
检测模块600,用于实时监测所述IP信息对应的客户端是否处于联网状态;
更新模块700,用于删除处于非联网状态的IP信息,以更新所述IP信息;
处理模块800,用于根据更新后的所述IP信息和所述电视网络数据建立所述IP列表。
本实施例中,每当一个电视机从电视网络数据获取服务器上获取到上述电视网络数据时,均可由电视网络数据获取服务器进行IP记录,当电视机自动搜索并上报电视网络数据时,也可由电视网络数据获取服务器进行记录。具体地,当电视机关机时,可以发送一个关机信号至电视网络数据获取服务器,以供电视网络数据获取服务器监测电视网络数据获取服务器所记录IP信息对应的客户端是否处于联网状态。由于在电视机处于非联网状态状态后,其他电视机将无法从该电视机中获取到上述电视网络信息,本发明实施例,通过电视网络数据获取服务器监测,并更新上述IP信息,从而保证发送至电视机的IP列表的有效性。应当说明的是,检测客户端是否处于非联网状态具体可以采用心跳包的形式,因为如果客户端关机前未联网,那么无法捕捉到客户端关机状态。具体IP信息更新方法如下:客户端开机之后,每隔一定时间(比如2分钟)向电视网络数据获取服务器发送一个心跳包。电视网络数据获取服务器收到该心跳包就认为该客户端在联网状态,如果电视网络数据获取服务器超过一定时间(比如2分钟)收不到心跳包,就认为该客户端已经处于未联网状态,并将该客户端的IP地址从IP列表中移除。如果在此之后又收到该电视机的心跳包,说明该客户端又处在联网状态,重现将该客户端IP添加到IP列表中。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电视网络数据获取方法,其特征在于,所述电视网络数据获取方法包括以下步骤:
    接收客户端发送的电视网络数据获取请求;所述电视网络数据为电视节目信息或电子节目菜单;
    根据所述电视网络数据获取请求,判断是否存对应的电视网络数据;
    当存在所述电视网络数据时,将所述电视网络数据发送至所述客户端;
    当不存在所述电视网络数据时,反馈相应的响应结果,以供所述客户端搜索所述电视网络数据。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电视网络数据获取方法,其特征在于,所述当不存在所述电视网络数据时,反馈相应的响应结果,以供所述客户端搜索所述电视网络数据之后还包括:
    接收并保存所述客户端发送的数据信息;所述数据信息包括所述客户端搜索到的电视网络数据和所述客户端的位置信息。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电视网络数据获取方法,其特征在于,所述位置信息包括电视网络信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的电视网络数据获取方法,其特征在于,所述当存在所述电视网络数据时,将所述电视网络数据发送至所述客户端包括:
    当存在所述电视网络数据时,判断服务器是否繁忙;
    若是,则将当前与所述电视网络数据一致的IP列表发送至所述客户端,以供客户端向所述IP列表中的IP获取所述电视网络数据;
    若否,则获取所述电视网络数据,并将所述电视网络数据发送至所述客户端。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电视网络数据获取方法,其特征在于,所述电视网络数据获取方法还包括:
    记录接收到所述电视网络数据获取请求对应的IP信息;
    实时监测所述IP信息对应的客户端是否处于联网状态;
    删除处于非联网状态的IP信息,以更新所述IP信息;
    根据更新后的所述IP信息和所述电视网络数据建立所述IP列表。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电视网络数据获取方法,其特征在于,所述当不存在所述电视网络数据时,反馈相应的响应结果,以供所述客户端搜索所述电视网络数据之后还包括:
    接收并保存所述客户端发送的数据信息;所述数据信息包括所述客户端搜索到的电视网络数据和所述客户端的位置信息。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电视网络数据获取方法,其特征在于,所述位置信息包括电视网络信息。
  8. 一种电视网络数据获取服务器,其特征在于,所述电视网络数据获取服务器包括:
    请求接收模块,用于接收客户端发送的电视网络数据获取请求;所述电视网络数据为电视节目信息或电子节目菜单;
    判断模块,用于根据所述电视网络数据获取请求,判断是否存对应的电视网络数据;
    发送模块,用于当存在所述电视网络数据时,将所述电视网络数据发送至所述客户端;当不存在所述电视网络数据时,反馈相应的响应结果,以供所述客户端搜索所述电视网络数据。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的电视网络数据获取服务器,其特征在于,所述电视网络数据获取服务器还包括:
    数据接收模块,用于接收并保存所述客户端发送的数据信息;所述数据信息包括所述客户端搜索到的电视网络数据和所述客户端的位置信息。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的电视网络数据获取服务器,其特征在于,所述位置信息包括电视网络信息。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的电视网络数据获取服务器,其特征在于,所述发送模块包括:
    判断单元,用于当存在所述电视网络数据时,判断电视网络数据获取服务器是否繁忙;
    发送单元,用于当电视网络数据获取服务器的内存使用率大于预设值时,将当前与所述电视网络数据一致的IP列表发送至所述客户端,以供客户端向所述IP列表中的IP获取所述电视网络数据;
    输出单元,用于当所述电视网络数据获取服务器的内存使用率小于或等于所述预设值时,获取所述电视网络数据,并将所述电视网络数据发送至所述客户端。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电视网络数据获取服务器,其特征在于,所述电视网络数据获取服务器还包括:
    记录模块,用于记录接收到所述电视网络数据获取请求对应的IP信息;
    检测模块,用于实时监测所述IP信息对应的客户端是否处于联网状态;
    更新模块,用于删除处于非联网状态的IP信息,以更新所述IP信息;
    处理模块,用于根据更新后的所述IP信息和所述电视网络数据建立所述IP列表。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的电视网络数据获取服务器,其特征在于,所述电视网络数据获取服务器还包括:
    数据接收模块,用于接收并保存所述客户端发送的数据信息;所述数据信息包括所述客户端搜索到的电视网络数据和所述客户端的位置信息。
