背景技术
目前,触摸液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中,这些电子设备的边框越来越窄,亮度要求也越来越高,同时还要满足省电的要求。

本发明供了一种液晶显示装置的组装方法,请参阅图1,液晶显示装置的组装方法包括如下步骤:
将液晶面板与触摸板进行固定,形成触摸显示屏。具体而言,所述液晶面板与所述触摸板之间通过光学胶固定。液晶面板包括依次层叠设置的上偏光片、玻璃和下偏光片,所述触摸板通过光学胶粘贴固定在上偏光片的上方。
检测所述触摸显示屏。检测所述触摸显示屏时,将所述触摸显示屏放置于检测治具上,所述检测治具上设置一块通用背光单元,所述触摸显示屏放置于所述通用背光单元上。通用的背光单元的尺寸较大,可以配合不同尺寸的触摸显示屏使用,通用背光单元在检测治具中的作用是为触摸显示屏提供光源,以照亮的情况下,去检测触摸显示屏是否存在缺陷。检测所述触摸显示屏过程中,检测所述液晶面板与所述触摸板之间的气泡或异物或亮线的缺陷。

    检测所述触摸显示背光模组屏。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的液晶显示装置的组装方法,其中,检测所述触摸显示屏时,将所述触摸显示屏放置于检测治具上,所述检测治具上设置一块通用背光单元,所述触摸显示屏放置于所述通用背光单元上。
