Abstract

本实用新型提供一种背光模组及显示装置,所述背光模组包括:导光板,所述导光板包括出光面;及,设置于所述导光板的出光面一侧的光学膜片;在所述导光板的出光面一侧还设置有用于支撑及固定显示面板的支撑结构。本实用新型提供的背光模组及显示装置,能够有效解决窄边框背光模组的大视角亮线问题,且使窄边框的边框尺寸不受胶框成型厚度限制,减小边框尺寸。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示器(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)是目前常用的平板显示器,背光模组是液晶显示器的重要部件,用于在液晶显示器工作时为液晶面板提供光源。
随着智能手机的高速发展,市场对背光模组的性能、品味要求越来越高,要求高亮度、窄边框、画面品味最优。而传统显示装置的窄边框结构,需将背光模组的边框做窄,即液晶面板的有效显示区(AA区)到背光模组边缘的尺寸减小,这样就要求AA区到导光板的边缘尺寸减小,但该尺寸过小,会导致大视角下导光板与胶框的间隙强光被观察到,即大视角亮线,并且窄边框的边框尺寸受到胶框成型厚度的限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种背光模组及显示装置,能够有效解决窄边框背光模组的大视角亮线问题,且使窄边框的边框尺寸不受胶框成型厚度限制,减小边框尺寸。
本实用新型所提供的技术方案如下:
一种背光模组,用于为显示面板提供光源;所述背光模组包括:
导光板,所述导光板包括出光面;
及,设置于所述导光板的出光面一侧的光学膜片;
在所述导光板的出光面一侧还设置有用于支撑及固定显示面板的支撑结构。
进一步的,所述支撑结构为支撑垫块。
进一步的,所述导光板的边缘至少部分超出所述光学膜片的边缘,且在所述导光板的超出所述光学膜片的部分上设置所述支撑结构。
进一步的,所述支撑结构为采用硬质塑料制成的塑料部件。
进一步的,所述支撑结构为采用涤纶树脂制成的涤纶树脂部件。
进一步的,所述支撑结构为具有预设透光率的遮光结构。
进一步的,所述支撑结构通过粘贴方式贴附于所述导光板的出光面上。
进一步的,所述支撑结构的远离所述导光板的一面设有用于粘贴固定显示面板的双面胶。
进一步的,所述背光模组还包括背板,所述背板包括底板部和侧板部,所述底板部设置在所述导光板的与所述出光面相背的底面一侧,所述侧板部设置在所述导光板的四周。
进一步的,所述底板部与所述导光板的底面之间设置有反射片。
一种显示装置,包括显示面板及如上所述的背光模组,其中所述显示面板的边缘叠压在所述支撑结构上,以通过所述支撑结构支撑及固定。
本实用新型的有益效果如下:
本实用新型所提供的背光模组及显示装置,结构简单,易组装,通过在导光板的出光面一侧设置支撑结构,来支撑显示面板,一方面,该支撑结构来支撑显示面板,作为一个结构件,可以取代传统背光模组中的胶框,从而使得边框的尺寸不受胶框成型厚度的影响,可以实现背光模组边框尺寸减小的目的;另一方面,由于在导光板的出光面一侧设置支撑结构,取代了胶框,与传统背光模组相比,可以使得导光板的边缘向外延伸,从而可以增加导光板的边缘与有效显示区(AA区)的尺寸,解决现有技术中窄边框结构由于导光板的边缘与有效显示区尺寸太小而导致大视角亮线的问题,提升显示画面效果。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本实用新型实施例的附图,对本实用新型实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于所描述的本实用新型的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
针对现有技术中窄边框显示装置由于导光板的边缘与有效显示区的距离小而导致大视角亮线的问题,本实用新型提供了一种背光模组及显示装置,能够解决上述大视角亮线问题,同时能实现边框尺寸减小的目的。
如图1所示,本实用新型所提供的背光模组,用于为显示面板300提供光源;所述背光模组包括:
导光板100,所述导光板100包括出光面;
及,设置于所述导光板100的出光面一侧的光学膜片200;
在所述导光板100的出光面一侧还设置有用于支撑及固定显示面板300的支撑结构400。
本实用新型所提供的背光模组,结构简单,易组装,通过在导光板100的出光面一侧设置支撑结构400,来支撑显示面板300,一方面,该支撑结构400来支撑显示面板300,作为一个结构件,可以取代传统背光模组中的胶框,从而使得边框的尺寸不受胶框成型厚度的影响,可以实现背光模组边框尺寸减小的目的;另一方面,由于在导光板100的出光面一侧设置支撑结构400,取代了胶框,与传统背光模组相比,可以使得导光板100的边缘向外延伸,从而可以增加导光板100的边缘与有效显示区(AA区)的尺寸,解决现有技术中窄边框结构由于导光板100的边缘与有效显示区尺寸太小而导致大视角亮线的问题,提升显示画面效果。
在本实用新型所提供的优选实施例中,如图1所示,所述支撑结构采用支撑垫块实现。采用上述方案,通过在导光板100的出光面设置支撑垫块来对显示面板进行支撑,结构简单,制造工艺及组装方式简单。应当理解的是,在实际应用中,所述支撑结构400可以并不仅局限于支撑垫块的结构,还可以采用其他方式实现,例如,所述支撑结构400还可以是通过在导光板的出光面上、对应显示面板的显示区域之外的周边区域处设置支撑凸起来实现,该支撑凸起可以是与导光板一体成型;对于所述支撑结构的具体实现方式不再一一列举。
在本实用新型所提供的优选实施例中,如图1所示,所述导光板100的边缘至少部分超出所述光学膜片200的边缘,且在所述导光板100的超出所述光学膜片200的部分上设置所述支撑结构400。
采用上述方案,所述导光板100的边缘向外延伸一定长度,并且所述支撑结构400是设置在导光板100延伸出来的部分上,即,导光板100超出光学膜片200的部分上,这种结构简单,易组装,其中与传统的背光模组相比,由所述支撑结构400取代传统的胶框,边框的尺寸相较于现有技术中背光模组来说至少可以减少0.45mm以上。
应当理解的是,在实际应用中,还可以是,所述光学膜片200也向外延伸,所述支撑结构400设置在所述光学膜片200的边缘。
此外,在本实用新型所提供的优选实施例中,所述支撑结构400为采用硬质塑料制成的塑料部件。以该支撑结构400采用支撑垫块为例,所述支撑垫块为采用硬质塑料制成的塑料垫块。
采用上述方案,所述支撑结构400为硬质塑料制成,可以起到保证对显示面板300的支撑及固定牢靠性的效果。优选的,所述支撑结构400为采用涤纶树脂(PET)材质制成的涤纶树脂部件。当然可以理解的是,对于所述支撑结构400的具体材质并不作限定。
此外,在本实用新型所提供的优选实施例中,所述支撑结构400为具有预设透光率的遮光结构。采用上述方案,所述支撑结构400设置在导光板100的出光面的边缘处,若该支撑结构400的透光率过大,会导致出现漏光问题,而若该支撑结构400为黑色完全不透光的遮光结构,则由于黑色会吸光,会造成光损失,因此,该支撑结构400为具有预设透光率的遮光结构,例如:所述支撑结构400为灰色透光垫块,且优选的,该支撑结构400的预设透光率为15%左右,能起到对导光板100的边缘消光的作用。
此外,在本实用新型所提供的优选实施例中,所述支撑结构400通过粘贴方式贴附于所述导光板100的出光面上。这种方式,结构简单,组装方便。当然可以理解的是,对于所述支撑结构400的固定方式并不进行限定。
此外,在本实用新型所提供的优选实施例中,如图1所示,所述支撑结构400的远离所述导光板100的一面设有用于粘贴固定显示面板300的双面胶500。采用上述方案,所述支撑结构400利用双面胶500来粘贴固定住显示面板300,结构简单,易组装。
此外,在本实用新型所提供的优选实施例中,如图1所示,所述背光模组还包括背板600,所述背板600包括底板部601和侧板部602,所述底板部601设置在所述导光板100的与所述出光面相背的底面一侧,所述侧板部602设置在所述导光板100的四周,所述底板部601与所述导光板100的底面之间设置有反射片700。
在上述方案中,由于采用支撑结构400取代了传统的胶框,所述导光板100的边缘可以紧贴近背板600的侧板部602设置,两者之间不再有胶框。
此外,本实用新型实施例中还提供了一种显示装置,包括显示面板300及本实用新型实施例中所提供的背光模组,其中所述显示面板300的边缘叠压在所述支撑结构400上,以通过所述支撑结构400支撑及固定。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (11)

1.一种背光模组,用于为显示面板提供光源;所述背光模组包括:
导光板,所述导光板包括出光面;
及,设置于所述导光板的出光面一侧的光学膜片;
其特征在于,在所述导光板的出光面一侧还设置有用于支撑及固定显示面板的支撑结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述支撑结构为支撑垫块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述导光板的边缘至少部分超出所述光学膜片的边缘,且在所述导光板的超出所述光学膜片的部分上设置所述支撑结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述支撑结构为采用硬质塑料制成的塑料部件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述支撑结构为采用涤纶树脂制成的涤纶树脂部件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述支撑结构为具有预设透光率的遮光结构。
7.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述支撑结构通过粘贴方式贴附于所述导光板的出光面上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述支撑结构的远离所述导光板的一面设有用于粘贴固定显示面板的双面胶。
9.根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括背板,所述背板包括底板部和侧板部,所述底板部设置在所述导光板的与所述出光面相背的底面一侧,所述侧板部设置在所述导光板的四周。
10.根据权利要求9所述的背光模组,其特征在于,
所述底板部与所述导光板的底面之间设置有反射片。
11.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括显示面板及如权利要求1至10任一项所述的背光模组,其中所述显示面板的边缘叠压在所述支撑结构上,以通过所述支撑结构支撑及固定。
