数据接口用于电子设备之间的数据传输,现有技术中,存在各种标准以及不同用途的数据接口,以USB数据接口为例,USB数据接口通常在不使用的时候裸露在外,从而导致易进灰尘,易潮湿,被氧化,导致接口堵塞,接触不良,甚至损坏等后果。
数据接口越来越精密,内部的片针触点间距已经缩小到0.2毫米,数据在传输过程中防干扰要求提高,必须防止片针触点之间的短路干扰现象。因此要求对数据接口内部的清洁,除去灰尘固体颗粒等。
【发明内容】
本发明实施例提供一种数据接口的清洁装置和清洁方法,以解决现有技术中数据接口内部存在灰尘颗粒的技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供了一种数据接口的清洁装置,其包括数据接口配对件和气流组件,数据接口配对件用于与数据接口配对连接;气流组件与数据接口配对件连接,用于产生清洁气流;其中,气流组件产生的清洁气流经由数据接口配对件对数据接口进行清洁。

数据接口配对件10用于与数据接口30配对连接。在本实施例中,数据接口30优选为USB数据接口30,当然,在其他实施例中也可是HDMI等其他数据接口30,本发明对此不作限定。
气流组件20与数据接口配对件10连接,用于产生清洁气流。
通过将气流组件20设于数据接口配对件10远离数据接口30的一端,气流组件20产生的清洁气流经由数据接口配对件10可对数据接口进行清洁,本发明提供的数据接口30的清洁装置能够对数据接口30内部进行除尘,保持数据接口30的清洁,避免数据接口30发生短路。
在本实施例中,气流组件20包括气流产生单元40、清洁液容置部50、清洁液注入单元60和缓冲管70。
气流产生单元40用于产生高压气流。在本实施例中,气流产生单元40为吹气胶球,当然,本领域技术人员也可根据实际情况设置其他能够产生高压气流的气流产生单元40,本发明对此不作限定。

其中,利用气流组件产生清洁气流包括:利用气流产生单元产生高压气流,高压气流流经清洁液容置部容置的清洁液体,将清洁液体气化并结合形成清洁气流。因此,在本实施例中,清洁气流为高压气流和清洁液体的混合体,其清洁效果较单一气体好。
S204:清洁后的清洁气流从仿形数据接口的壳体的排气口流出。
其中,在本实施例中,排气口为沿壳体设置的多个通孔。本实施例的数据接口清洁方法通过将数据接口配对件与数据接口配对连接,再输入清洁气流对数据接口进行清洁,能够对数据接口内部进行除尘,保持数据接口的清洁,避免数据接口发生短路。
本实施例中,通过将不设有连接端子的仿形数据接口与数据接口配对连接,再使得气流产生组件产生的高压气流与清洁液体结合成为清洁气流,顺着气流通道能够对数据接口的内部以及连接端子进行清洗,保持数据接口的清洁,避免数据接口发生短路。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种数据接口的清洁装置,其特征在于,包括:
    数据接口配对件,用于与所述数据接口配对连接;
    气流组件,与所述数据接口配对件连接,用于产生清洁气流;
    其中,所述气流组件产生的所述清洁气流经由所述数据接口配对件对所述数据接口进行清洁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述气流组件包括:
    气流产生单元,用于产生高压气流;
    清洁液容置部,设于所述数据接口配对件与所述气流产生单元之间,所述清洁液容置部容置有清洁液体;
    其中,所述清洁液体与所述高压气流相遇时气化并与所述高压气流结合形成所述清洁气流。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述气流组件还包括清洁液注入单元,与所述清洁液容置部连通,用于向所述清洁液容置部注入所述清洁液体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁液注入单元包括清洁液注入通道和注入盖,所述清洁液注入通道与所述清洁液容置部连通,所述注入盖盖设于所述清洁液注入通道远离所述清洁液容置部的一端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述气流组件还包括缓冲管,所述缓冲管设于所述清洁液容置部与所述数据接口配对件之间,用于对所述清洁液体的气化过程进行缓冲。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,
    所述数据接口配对件为仿形数据接口,所述仿形数据接口内部设有多条凹槽,所述仿形数据接口对应所述多条凹槽不设有用于与所述数据接口产生电连接的连接端子。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述仿形数据接口的壳体设有排气口,所述多条凹槽形成清洁气流通道,所述排气口对应所述清洁气流通道设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述排气口为沿所述壳体设置的多个通孔。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述气流产生单元为吹气胶球。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的清洁装置,其特征在于,所述清洁液体为有机溶剂。
  11. 一种数据接口的清洁方法,其特征在于,包括:
    将数据接口配对件与所述数据接口配对连接;
    利用气流组件产生清洁气流,使得所述清洁气流经由所述数据接口配对件对所述数据接口进行清洁。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁方法,其特征在于,所述利用气流组件产生清洁气流包括:
    利用气流产生单元产生高压气流,所述高压气流流经清洁液容置部容置的清洁液体,将所述清洁液体气化并结合形成所述清洁气流。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的清洁方法,其特征在于,在所述利用气流组件产生清洁气流之前,所述方法还包括:
    通过与所述清洁液容置部连通的清洁液注入单元向所述清洁液容置部注入所述清洁液体。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的清洁方法,其特征在于,所述数据接口配对件为仿形数据接口,所述仿形数据接口内部设有多条凹槽,所述仿形数据接口对应所述多条凹槽不设有用于与所述数据接口产生电连接的连接端子。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的清洁方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:清洁后的所述清洁气流从所述仿形数据接口的壳体的排气口流出。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的清洁方法,其特征在于,所述排气口为沿所述壳体设置的多个通孔。
