(5)将底座插入灯体底部开口的内腔中并使底座的螺柱、线柱与灯体顶部多顶平面的螺孔和LED板螺孔对正,将螺钉分别穿过LED板螺孔和灯体螺孔后,将LED板与灯体和底座固设为一体;
(6)把灯罩扣接在灯体的第一环形槽内,完成组装。
有益效果
(1)光线过渡柔和,不刺眼,使球泡亮灯效果更漂亮,外形更美光。
(2)在底座上设置凸伸的螺柱和线柱,使电源线的插入更容易,提高了其组装性。

请参阅图1、图2所示,该光源柔和的LED球泡灯,包括顺序连接的螺头1、底座2、底座2内套装的PCB驱动板3、灯体4和灯罩5,底座2从灯体4底部穿套在灯体4内腔中,LED板6与散热器7套装在灯体4顶部,螺钉8穿设在LED板螺孔61、散热器螺孔71、灯体螺孔41、底座螺柱21后,将LED板6、散热器7、灯体4、底座2固设为一体,PCB驱动板3上的电源线31经底座穿孔23、灯体穿孔42、散热器穿孔72和LED板穿孔62后焊接在LED板6上设置的焊点63并使焊点63电连接于各LED光源64,灯罩5组装在灯体4上。
所述LED板6由顶部的多棱锥台65、底部的多棱体66、多棱锥台65台面上开设供电源线31穿套的穿孔62、位于穿孔62侧边设置的焊点63、多棱锥台65与多棱体66外壁上设置的LED光源64组成形似倒置的盆状体。
所述散器7由顶部的多棱锥台73、底部的多棱体74、多棱锥台73台面开设供电源线31穿设的穿孔72组成形似倒置的盆状体。
所述灯体4由开口向上的底部圆锥体43、圆锥体43开口端沿内壁开设供灯罩5扣接的内卡扣431、自圆锥体43内凸伸的中部柱体44、圆锥体43与柱体44结合部成型的第一环形槽47、从柱体44凸伸并形成第二环形槽48的顶部多棱锥台45、多棱锥台45上开设供电源线31穿设的穿孔42和供螺钉8穿设的螺孔41,柱体44顶端的第二环形槽48壁轴向开设的若干与第二环形槽48贯通的开口槽46组成。
所述LED板6底部的多棱体66、所述散热器7底部的多棱体73与所述灯体4顶部的多棱锥台45之间呈锐角设置。
所述底座2由开口向上的底部圆锥体24、圆锥体24外壁设有与螺头1螺丝连接的外螺纹241、从圆锥体24腔体内凸伸的中部柱体25、柱体25壁自圆锥体24轴向凸伸的一段定位凸柱242、圆锥体24与柱体25的结合部上成型供灯体圆锥体43套装的环形槽26、柱体25顶部凸伸的一对带有与柱体25和圆锥体24贯通的螺柱21和线柱22组成。
请参阅附图所示,该光源柔和的LED球泡灯的制造方法,包括工序:
(1)把PCB驱动板3插装在底座2内腔,PCB驱动板3底部的电源线31,焊接在螺头1上,底座2螺接于螺头1;
(2)把PCB驱动板3顶部的电源线31分别穿过底座2内腔并经线柱22穿孔、灯体穿孔42、散热器穿孔72、LED穿孔62后连接在LED板多棱锥台65的焊点63上,使焊点63与各LED光源64电连接;
(3)将底座2插入灯体4底部开口的内腔中并使底座2的螺柱21与灯体4顶部多锥台螺孔41、散热器螺孔71和LED板螺孔61对正,使LED板多棱体66、散热器多棱体74嵌设在灯体4的第二环形槽48内,并使LED板的多棱体66、散热器7的多棱体74分别覆设在灯体4顶部多棱锥台45的各对应面上,将螺钉8分别穿过LED板螺孔61、散热器螺孔71、灯体螺孔41后,将LED板6、散热器7、灯体4和底座2固设为一体;
(4)把灯罩5扣接在灯体4的第一环形槽47内,完成组装。
本发明的实施方式
图3、图4示出了本发明的第二个实施例。
请参阅图3、图4所示,本实施例与前述实施例的区别,该光源柔和的LED球泡灯,在灯体4顶部的多棱体45上套装固定圈9,使固定圈9与灯体顶部的多棱体45之间形成环形的安装空间,并在该安装空间内套装LED板6。
本实施例中,所述固定圈9由与灯体4顶部形状匹配的多棱体套管91、多棱体套管91顶部内壁成型供LED板6底部插接定位的内环槽92、多棱体套管91底部成型与所述灯体顶部多棱体45的底部圆形套接部49相互套合的环形部93组成。
本实施例中,所述LED板6由多棱体66、多棱体66顶部的台面上开设供电源线31穿套的穿孔62、位于穿孔62侧边设置的焊点63与LED板螺孔61、多棱体66顶部台面与多棱体66外壁上设置的LED光源64组成。
本实施例中,所述灯体4由底部开口的圆锥体43、圆锥体43开口端沿内壁开设供灯罩5扣接的内卡扣431、中部自圆锥体43内凸伸的柱体44、圆锥体43与柱体44结合部成型的环形槽47、从柱体44顶部凸伸的圆形套接部49、圆形套接部49凸伸的多棱锥台45、多棱锥台45凸伸的多棱体45、多棱体45顶平面上开设供电源线31穿设的穿孔42和供螺钉8穿设的螺孔41组成。
其它结构相同,此处省略。
请参阅附图所示,该光源柔和LED球泡灯的制造方法,包括工序:
(1)把PCB驱动板3插装在底座2内腔,PCB驱动板3底部的电源线31,焊接在螺头1上,底座2螺接于螺头1;
(2)把固定圈9套装在灯体4顶部,使固定圈8底部的环形部93与灯体4顶部多棱体45底部的圆形套接部49相套接;
(3)把LED板6从灯体4顶部套装并以LED板6的底端抵扣在多棱体套管91顶部的内环槽中;
(4)把PCB驱动板3顶部的电源线31分别穿过底座2内腔并经线柱22的穿孔、灯体穿孔42和LED穿孔后62连接在LED板6顶部台面的焊点63上,使焊点63与各LED光源电64连接;
(5)将底座2插入灯体4底部开口的内腔中并使底座2的螺柱21、线柱22与灯体4顶部多顶平面的螺孔41和LED板螺孔61对正,将螺钉8分别穿过LED板螺孔61和灯体螺孔41后,将LED板6、灯体4和底座2固设为一体;
(6)把灯罩5扣接在灯体4的第一环形槽47内,完成组装。

以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种光源柔和的LED球泡灯,包括顺序连接的螺头、底座、底座内套装的PCB驱动板、灯体和灯罩,其特征在于:所述底座从灯体底部穿套在灯体内腔中,LED板套装在灯体顶部,螺钉穿设在LED板螺孔、灯体螺孔、底座螺柱后,将LED板、灯体、底座固设为一体,PCB驱动板上的电源线经底座穿孔、灯体穿孔和LED板穿孔后焊接在LED板上设置的焊点并使焊点电连接于各LED光源,灯罩组装在灯体上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述光源柔和的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述LED板与所述灯体顶部之间夹设散热器,散热器的顶部开设供电源线穿设的穿孔和供螺钉穿设的螺孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述光源柔和的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述散热器由顶部的多棱锥台、底部的多棱体、多棱锥台台面开设供电源线穿设的穿孔和供螺钉穿设的螺孔组成形似倒置的盆状体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述光源柔和的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述LED板由顶部的多棱锥台、底部的多棱体、多棱锥台台面上开设供电源线穿套的穿孔、位于穿孔侧边设置的焊点、多棱锥台与多棱体外壁上设置的LED光源组成形似倒置的盆状体。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述光源柔和的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述灯体由底部开口的底部圆锥体、圆锥体开口端沿内壁开设供灯罩扣接的内卡扣、中部自圆锥体内凸伸的中部柱体、圆锥体与柱体结合部成型的第一环形槽、顶部从柱体凸伸并形成第二环形槽的顶部多棱锥台、多棱锥台上开设供电源线穿设的穿孔和供螺钉穿设的螺孔、柱体顶端的第二环形槽壁轴向开设的若干与第二环形槽贯通的开口槽组成。
  6. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述光源柔和的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述LED板底部的多棱体、所述散热器底部的多棱体与所述灯体顶部的多棱锥台之间呈锐角设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述光源柔和的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述灯体顶部套装固定圈,所述固定圈与所述灯体顶部之间的空腔内套装LED板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述光源柔和的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述固定圈由与所述灯体顶部形状匹配的多棱体套管、多棱体套管顶部内壁成型供LED板底部插接定位的内环槽、多棱体套管底部成型与所述灯体顶部多棱体的底部圆形套接部相互套合的环形部组成。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述光源柔和的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述LED板由多棱体、多棱体顶部的台面上开设供电源线穿套的穿孔、位于穿孔侧边设置的焊点、多棱体顶部台面与多棱体外壁上设置的LED光源组成。
  10. 根据权利要求6至8任一项所述光源柔和的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述灯体由底部开口的圆锥体、圆锥体开口端沿内壁开设供灯罩扣接的内卡扣、中部自圆锥体内凸伸的柱体、圆锥体与柱体结合部成型的第一环形槽、从柱体顶部凸伸的圆形套接部、圆形套接部凸伸的多棱锥台、多棱锥台凸伸的多棱体、多棱体顶平面上开设供电源线穿设的穿孔和供螺钉穿设的螺孔组成。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述光源柔和的LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述底座由底部开口向上的底部圆锥体、圆锥体外壁设有与螺头螺丝连接的外螺纹、中部从圆锥体腔体内凸伸的中部柱体、柱体壁自圆锥体轴向向上凸伸的一段定位凸柱、圆锥体与柱体的结合部上成型供灯体圆锥体套装的环形槽、柱体顶部凸伸的一对带有与柱体和圆锥体贯通的螺柱和线柱组成。
  12. 一种光源柔和的LED球泡灯的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下工序:
    (1)把PCB驱动板插装在底座内腔,PCB驱动板底部的电源线,焊接在螺头上,底座螺接于螺头;
    (2)把PCB驱动板顶部的电源线分别穿过底座内腔并经线柱穿孔、灯体穿孔、散热器穿孔、LED穿孔后连接在LED板多棱锥台的焊点上,使焊点与各LED光源电连接;
    (3)将底座插入灯体底部开口的内腔中并使底座的螺柱、线柱与灯体顶部多锥台螺孔、散热器螺孔和LED板螺孔对正,使LED板多棱体、散热器多棱体嵌设在灯体的第二环形槽内,并使LED板的多棱体、散热器的多棱体分别覆设在灯体顶部多棱锥台的各对应面上,将螺钉分别穿过LED板螺孔、散热器螺孔、灯体螺孔后,将LED板、散热器、灯体和底座固设为一体;
    (4)把灯罩扣接在灯体的第一环形槽内,完成组装。
  13. 一种光源柔和的LED球泡灯的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下工序:
    (1)把PCB驱动板插装在底座内腔,PCB驱动板底部的电源线,焊接在螺头上,底座螺接于螺头;
    (2)把固定圈套装在灯体顶部,使固定圈底部的环形部与灯体顶部多棱体底部的圆形套接部相套接;
    (3)把LED板从灯体顶部套装并以LED板的底端抵扣在多棱体套管顶部的内环槽中;
    (4)把PCB驱动板顶部的电源线分别穿过底座内腔并经线柱的穿孔、灯体穿孔和LED穿孔后连接在LED板顶部台面的焊点上,使焊点与各LED光源电连接;
    (5)将底座插入灯体底部开口的内腔中并使底座的螺柱、线柱与灯体顶部多顶平面的螺孔和LED板螺孔对正,将螺钉分别穿过LED板螺孔和灯体螺孔后,将LED板、灯体和底座固设为一体;
    (6)把灯罩扣接在灯体的第一环形槽内,完成组装。
