Description

LED吸顶灯 技术领域
本发明涉及照明灯具技术应用领域,尤其涉及一种LED吸顶灯。
背景技术
   传统的吸顶灯一般采用环形的荧光灯作为发光光源,这种传统的吸顶灯主要设计在于将环形的荧光灯安装在灯体的内侧面,然后盖上一种透光的灯罩,接通电源后,灯光向下方向照射,这种灯具非常的普及。
   目前,由于LED具有长寿命、高光效、节能环保等优点,同时已经高量产以及普及化。LED作为发光源而将被普遍采用于吸顶灯灯具,替换传统采用环形的荧光灯的吸顶灯已经是势在必得。
另一反面,LED随着温度的升高,发光效率就会降低,使用年限也会缩短,进一步缩短LED吸顶灯灯具的使用年限。因此对于使用LED作为光源的吸顶灯灯具来说,延长灯具的使用寿命,改善发光效率是很有必要的;同时需要改善灯具的结构以及布局合理简单。
技术问题
为了解决上述现有的技术问题,本发明提供一种寿命长、高发光效率以及发光均匀的LED吸顶灯。
技术解决方案
   本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
   LED吸顶灯,主要包括底盘、灯罩,所述底盘与所述灯罩螺纹连接,其特征在于:所述底盘的内侧面的中心设有一凸柱,以所述凸柱为中心由内向外依次设有驱动模块和光源模块,且所述光源模块与所述驱动模块不重叠。
   作为本发明的进一步改进,所述凸柱与所述底盘可以一体形成;也可以分开设计,然后将凸柱固定在底盘的内侧中心处。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述光源模块由多个发光单元电性连接形成,所述发光单元包括基板和多个LED;所述LED按照一定的间隔固定在基板上,形成多个列且半径不同的同心圆的圆周上。
有益效果
本发明所述的一种LED吸顶灯,通过设置凸柱,凸柱外周设置驱动模块和光源模块,光源模块上的LED按照一定的间隔固定在基板上,形成多个列且半径不同的同心圆的圆周上。一方面,简化了该LED吸顶灯灯具结构,实现了放热结构的简单容易化,控制LED的温度上升,从而降低LED吸顶灯灯具的温度,延长其使用寿命;另一方面,LED布局设计合理,有多个LED照射出来的光更加均匀。

本发明的实施方式
   下面参照附图1至附图7结合本发明的优选实施例进一步详细说明。另外同一部位采用相同的符号表示,避免了重复说明。
   根据附图1表示LED吸顶灯主要由灯罩(10)、驱动盖(40)、驱动模块(50)、光源盖(60)、光源模块(70)、底盘(80)构成。在LED吸顶灯的安装过程,灯罩(10)与底盘(80)螺纹连接后形成一空腔 ,驱动盖(40)同驱动模块(50)设置于空腔内并一起固定在底盘(80)上,其中凸柱(81)从驱动模块(50)设计有 的中心缺口穿出;光源盖(60)同光源模块(70)一起固定在底盘(80)上。灯罩(10)与底盘(80)螺纹旋接,形成一LED吸顶灯。
   参照图2和图5所示,底盘(80)是采用金属材料制成,其表面涂有具有反射光作用的绝缘层;底盘(80)的内侧面的中心设计有凸柱(81),外周设计有向内侧折弯的与灯罩(10)匹配设计且具有内螺纹结构的衔接部分(图中未标注)。该凸柱(81)可以与底盘(80)一体形成,或者凸柱(81)和底盘(80)分开设计形成,然后将凸柱(81)固定在底盘(80)的内侧中心位置处。在本发明的优选实施例中,凸柱(81)和底盘(80)是采取分开设计形成的。
   像图1和图2所示的那样,在底盘(80)的内侧面,以凸柱(81)为中心由内向外依次设有驱动模块(50)和光源模块(70),并且光源模块(70)与驱动模块(50)不重叠。底盘(80)的外侧面是与天花板或墙面等物质靠近的固定面,为了防止底盘(80)的外侧面因摩擦被刮伤,因此在底盘(80)的外侧面设置有海绵双面胶(90),一方面可以防止安装过程因摩擦被刮伤;另一方面还具有粘贴固定作用,将LED吸顶灯更稳固的固定在墙面上或者其他物质表面上;同时保持底盘 (80)的外侧面与天花板或者墙面之间有空隙,更容易使LED发光产生的热量散开,降低LED温度,延长使用寿命。
   上述的驱动模块(50)是包括一圆弧形结构的电路板,在电路板上贴有各种各样的电子元器件。驱动模块(50)的一端与市电连接,另一端与光源模块(70)上的通电接头(73)电性连接,给LED供电并点亮LED吸顶灯。
   光源模块(70)像图4那样的圆环结构,其由多个发光单元通过连接线(74)电性连接形成,光源模块(70)上还设计有通电接头(73),通电接头(73)通过排针(图中未标注)与驱动模块(50)电性连接,给LED供电。所述的发光单元还包括基板(71)和多个LED(72)组成,其中 LED(72)按照一定的间隔固定在基板(71)上,形成多个列且半径不同的同心圆的圆周上。具体的说光源模块(70)上的LED最后排列形成多个环的同心圆,所有的LED排列在环上,在本发明的优选实施例中采用两环排列结构。
   参照图3所示,在驱动模块(50)和光源模块(70)还分别设置有驱动盖(40)、光源盖(60)。
   根据图1和图3所示,所述驱动盖(40)设置在驱动模块(50)的上侧同驱动模块(50)一起固定在底盘(80)上。驱动盖(40)采用绝缘材质设计而成的碗状结构,可以防止驱动模块(50)的带电元部件与其他部件接触,进而导致其他部件带电,同时具有防尘防损的作用。
   在驱动盖(40)上还设置有一组合模块(110),组合模块(110)由红外接收模块和微光模块组成,所述微光模块包括一小夜灯(图中未标注),小夜灯上侧还配设有一小夜灯盖(120),小夜灯盖(120)可以防止小夜灯受到外力而损坏。组合模块(110)固定在驱动盖(40)的内侧面并与驱动模块(50)电性连接,且小夜灯穿出驱动盖(40)。另外,红外接收模块设计有与其匹配的一遥控器(红外发射模块),因此可以实现远程控制LED吸顶灯的开关,同时还能调控LED吸顶灯的亮度和色温,以方便用户控制;微光模块的发光功率远小于上述的由多个LED组成的光源模块(70)的发光功率,因此由小夜灯发出微弱的光,可适用于晚上不太需要强光的时间使用,在一定程度上节约了电能。
   在驱动盖(40)上端还设计有缺口,缺口用与其匹配设计的上盖(20)和卡环(30)封住。
   参照图1至图3、图6所示,在底盘(80)的内侧面还设置有若干个卡脚(100),卡脚(100)固定在底盘(80)上,且分布在光源模块(70)的外周。在灯罩(10)的内侧面还设计有与卡脚(100)匹配的卡扣(图中未标注)。当灯罩(10)与底盘(80)螺纹连接时,卡脚(100)与卡扣固接,可以进一步加强固接,防止灯罩(10)掉落。
   图6表示灯罩(10)与底盘(80)螺纹连接过程。图6a先将各部件固定在底盘(80)上,将灯罩(10)与底盘(80)根据图6b所示的旋转方向进行螺纹固定,最后形成图6c所示的优选的LED吸顶灯。
   图7所示为本发明的优选实施例最后形成的LED吸顶灯立体结构图,这种LED吸顶灯大量用于阳台、走廊楼道、大厅客厅、写字楼与卧室等场所,由市电连接电源给LED灯提供电,LED灯发出的光给上述这些场所照明。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明施方式,其描述较为具体与详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (3)

  1. LED吸顶灯,主要包括底盘、灯罩,所述底盘与所述灯罩螺纹连接,其特征在于:所述底盘的内侧面的中心设有一凸柱,以所述凸柱为中心由内向外依次设有驱动模块和光源模块,且所述光源模块与所述驱动模块不重叠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述凸柱与所述底盘可以一体形成;也可以分开设计,然后将凸柱固定在底盘的内侧中心处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的LED吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述光源模块由多个发光单元电性连接形成,所述发光单元包括基板和多个LED;所述LED按照一定的间隔固定在基板上,形成多个列且半径不同的同心圆的圆周上。
