目前的吸顶灯一般没有底盘或只设置平面底盘, 灯具的驱动电源与直接安装在 平面底盘上, 作为发热源的驱动电源与灯珠和灯罩的距离过于靠近, 使得灯珠 的设置空间局限且过于靠近发热源, 导致灯具的可靠性不高, 寿命短。 另外, 驱动电源平面底盘在安装或置换灯罩吋不方便, 而且会使得灯珠在照射到安装 结构吋, 会在灯罩上产生暗影。

[0021] 灯座 10上设有电源线 11。 底盘 20安装于灯座 10上, 特殊结构的底盘 20幵设有向 灯座 10方向凹陷的第一凹槽 21 ; 驱动电路板 30安装于底盘 20上, 位于第一凹槽 2 1内。 驱动电路板 30上安装的是用于驱动 LED灯的、 高转换效率的非隔离幵关电 源电路, 电源采用非隔离电源, 输出恒定电流。 [0022] 本实施例中, LED吸顶灯还包括麦拉片 70及隔离柱 80, 驱动电路板 30的通过螺 钉 31安装于麦拉片 70上, 麦拉片 70通过隔离柱 80可拆卸地卡接于第一凹槽 21上 的通孔 211。 另外, 第一凹槽 21为与底盘 20形状相同环形凹槽; 在其他实施方式 中, 第一凹槽 21可以是能收容驱动电路板 30的矩形凹槽。

[0025] 灯罩 60通过卡脚扣件 25可拆卸地安装与底盘 20上, 将 LED基板 40和护灯罩 50覆 盖在内。 灯罩 60可以为压克力灯罩 60。 另外, 卡脚扣件 25装上不同造型的压克 力灯罩 60, 起到美观和扩散光的效果。 灯罩 60通过卡脚扣件 25可拆卸地安装与 底盘 20上, 可方便拆装灯罩 20。
[0026] 在进一步的实施例中, 底盘 20于第一凹槽 21外, 即底盘 20的边缘幵设有向灯座 10方向凹陷的第二凹槽 22, 第二凹槽 22幵设有卡脚孔 221, 灯罩 60通过卡脚扣件 25可拆卸地卡接于卡脚孔 221, 卡脚扣件 25及灯罩 60的边缘被收容于第二凹槽 22 内。 本实施例中, 第一凹槽 21为与灯罩 60形状相同环形凹槽; 在其他实施方式 中, 第一凹槽 21的形状可以根据灯罩 60形状而设计不同形状。

LED基板, 固定于所述底盘上, 所述 LED基板贴装有至少一个 LED灯 珠;
灯罩, 通过卡脚扣件可拆卸地安装与所述底盘上, 将所述 LED基板覆 盖在内。
如权利要求 1所述的 LED吸顶灯, 其特征在于, 所述 LED基板将所述 第一凹槽覆盖。
如权利要求 1所述的 LED吸顶灯, 其特征在于, 所述底盘于边缘幵设 有向所述灯座方向凹陷的第二凹槽, 所述第二凹槽幵设有卡脚孔, 所 述灯罩通过所述卡脚扣件可拆卸地卡接于所述卡脚孔, 所述卡脚扣件 及所述灯罩的边缘被收容于所述第二凹槽内。
