Abstract
一种LED灯具,包括底盘(8)、LED灯板(7)、LED灯盖(6)、电源(5)、电源盖(4)和灯罩(1)。灯罩(1)与底盘(8)螺紋连接后形成一空腔。设置于LED灯板(7)的上侧的LED灯盖(6)同LED灯板(7)设置于空腔内并一起固定在底盘(8)上,设置于电源(5)的上侧的电源盖(4)同电源(5)设置于空腔内并一起固定在底盘(8)上。LED灯具还包括一组合模块(10),组合模块(10)由红外接收模块和微光模块组成。微光模块包括一小夜灯(101)。组合模块(10)固定在电源盖(4)的内侧面并与电源(5)电性连接,且小夜灯(101)穿出电源盖(4)。该LED灯具可实现远程距离开关以及光强和色温的调控,同时安装过程方便简单。
Description
一种 LED灯具 技术领域 本发明涉及 LED照明技术应用领域, 尤其涉及一种 LED灯具。 背景技术
LED灯具相对于传统灯具, 其具有高光效, 长寿命, 环保, 可调亮度和可调 色温等优点。尤其是 LED吸顶灯, 随着 LED技术的不断发展, LED吸顶灯取代传 统吸顶灯是必然的。
目前, 现有的 LED吸顶灯一般包括底盘、 LED灯板、 LED灯盖、 电源、 电源 盖和灯罩, 灯板与灯罩通过螺紋连接, 且 LED灯板同 LED灯盖设置于底盘与灯 罩之间并一起固定在底盘上, 电源同电源盖设置于底盘与灯罩之间并一起固定 在地盘上。但是这种 LED吸顶灯的缺点在于, 没有设置智能控制模块, LED吸顶 灯的开 /关, 以及光源的色温、 亮度都是通过固定按钮控制, 无法通过远距离控 制; 同时此种 LED吸顶灯没有设置小夜灯, 无法满足在不太需要强光的时间使 用。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有的技术问题, 本发明提供一种 LED灯具, 实现远程距离 开关以及光强和色温的调控, 同时可适用于晚上不需要强光的时间使用。 本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种 LED灯具,主要包括底盘、 LED灯板、 LED灯盖、电源、电源盖和灯罩, 所述灯罩与所述底盘螺紋连接后形成一空腔,设置于所述 LED灯板的上侧的 LED 灯盖同 LED灯板设置于空腔内并一起固定在底盘上, 以及设置于所述电源的上 侧的电源盖同电源设置于空腔内并一起固定在底盘上; 所述 LED灯具还包括一 组合模块, 所述组合模块由红外接收模块和微光模块组成, 所述微光模块包括
一小夜灯; 所述组合模块固定在所述电源盖的内侧面并与电源电性连接, 且所 述小夜灯穿出所述电源盖。
作为本发明的进一歩改进, 所述小夜灯为 LED灯, 数量为 1颗。
作为本发明的进一步改进, 在所述小夜灯的上侧还设计有一小夜灯盖。 本发明所述的一种 LED灯具, 设置红外线接收模块, 可以实现远程距离开 关以及光强和色温的调控; 设置微光模块, 通过发出微弱的光可适用于晚上不 需要强光的时间使用; 该 LED吸顶灯结构简单, 安装方便, 易更换。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。
参照附图 1至图 4所示, 一种 LED灯具, 主要包括灯罩 (1)、 上盖 (2)、 卡环 (3)、 电源盖 (4)、 电源 (5 )、 LED灯盖 (6)、 LED灯板 (7)、 底盘 (8)、 海绵双面胶(9)、组合模块 ( 10)、小夜灯 ( 101), 卡脚(11), 小夜灯盖(12)。
在发明中, 灯罩(1 )与底盘(8 )螺紋连接后形成一空腔 , LED灯盖(6 ) 同 LED灯板(7 ) 设置于空腔内并一起固定在底盘 (8 ) 上; 电源盖 (4) 同电源 ( 5 ) 穿过 LED灯板 (7 ) 设计有的中心孔设置于空腔内并一起固定在底盘 (8 )
上, 且电源盖 (4) 的内侧面预先固定组合模块 (10), 组合模块 (10) 与电源 (5) 电性连接。 将灯罩 (1) 与底盘 (8) 螺紋旋接, 形成一 LED吸顶灯。
在发明中, 底盘 (8) 的外周内侧设计有与灯罩 (1) 相匹配的螺紋, 当底 盘 (8) 与灯罩 (1) 固接时, 可以通过螺紋旋转固接, 方便安装; 同时为了使 底盘 (8) 与灯罩 (1) 更稳固的连接, 还设计有若干卡脚 (11), 卡脚 (11) 的 一端固接底盘 (8), 另一端固接灯罩 (1)。 另外, 在底盘 (8) 的内底侧的中间 设计有一凸台, 凸台所在的位置从内向外设计有若干固定阶, 其中一固定阶用 于将 LED灯板 (7) 通过螺钉固定并与 LED灯板 (7) 匹配设计; 一固定阶用于 固定电源 (5) 并与电源 (5) 匹配设计; 并且电源 (5) 穿过 LED灯板 (7) 设 计有的中心孔并固定在固定阶上。
LED灯板 (7) 是由多个 LED灯焊接于灯板上组成的, 所述 LED灯可以是大 功率白光 LED灯和或暖光 LED灯, 当采用冷光和暖光结合的方式时, 可通过驱 动电源的控制器对二种光源进行调光控制, 从而实现光源的色温和光强的同时 调节。同时,在 LED灯板(7)的侧还设置有一 LED灯盖(6),所述 LED灯盖(6) 可以保护 LED灯板 (7) 上的 LED灯受到损坏和防止灰尘直接掉落在 LED灯上, 也为了防止生产线上的员工在组装灯具时触碰 LED灯而损坏。
电源 (5) 的一端与市电连接, 另一端与 LED灯板上的 LED灯电性连接, 当 电源 (5)接通市电后, 通过电源 (5) 给 LED灯供电并点亮 LED吸顶灯。
所述电源盖 (4) 设置在电源的上侧同电源 (5) —起固定在底盘 (8) 上。 所述电源盖 (4) 釆用绝缘材质设计而成的碗状结构, 电源盖 (4) 可以防止电 源 (5) 的带电元部件与其他部件接触, 进而导致其他部件带电, 同时还能防止 灰尘掉落在电源 (5) 上, 导致电源 (5) 的损坏。
另外, 电源盖 (4) 的顶部设计有开口, 通过一可透光的上盖 (2) 和卡环 (3)将开口封住, 其中上盖 (2) 采用透光率极好的亚克力材质设计而成。
在发明中, 还设置有一组合模块(10), 所述组合模块 (10 ) 由红外接收模 块和微光模块组成, 所述微光模块包括一小夜灯 (101 )。 组合模块 (10 ) 固定 在所述电源盖(4)的内侧面并与电源(5 )电性连接,且小夜灯穿出电源盖(4)。 所述红外接收模块设计有与其匹配的一遥控器(红外发射模块), 因此可以实现 远程控制 LED吸顶灯的开关, 同时还能调控 LED吸顶灯的亮度和色温, 以方便 用户控制。 所述微光模块所包括的一小夜灯 (101 )采用一颗 LED灯组成, 小夜 灯 (101 ) 的上侧还设置有一小夜灯盖 (12 ), 小夜灯盖 (12 ) 可以防止小夜灯 ( 101 )受到外力而损坏; 并且微光模块的发光功率远小于上述的由多个 LED灯 组成的 LED灯板 (7 ) 的发光功率, 因此由小夜灯 (101 ) 发出的微弱的光, 可 适用于晚上不太需要强光的时间使用, 在一定程度上节约了电能。
最后, 将灯罩 (1 ) 与底盘 (8 ) 螺紋旋接固接, 并且内侧有卡脚 (11 ) 开 住, 进一步固定灯罩(1 )与底盘(8 )之间的稳定性, 形成一 LED吸顶灯灯具。
当 LED吸顶灯固定在天花板或墙面等物质上时, 为了防止 LED吸顶灯的底 部因摩擦被刮伤, 因此在底盘 (8 ) 的外部设置有海绵双面胶 (9), 同时还具有 固定 LED吸顶灯的作用, 将 LED吸顶灯更稳固的固定在墙面上或者其他物质表 面上。
这种 LED吸顶灯大量用于阳台、 走廊楼道、 大厅客厅、 写字楼与卧室等场 所, 由市电连接电源给 LED灯提供电, LED灯发出的光给上述这些场所照明。

1、 一种 LED灯具, 主要包括底盘、 LED灯板、 LED灯盖、 电源、 电源盖和灯罩, 所述灯罩与所述底盘螺紋连接后形成一空腔,设置于所述 LED灯板的上侧的 LED 灯盖同 LED灯板设置于空腔内并一起固定在底盘上, 以及设置于所述电源的上 侧的电源盖同电源设置于空腔内并一起固定在底盘上; 其特征在于: 所述 LED 灯具还包括一组合模块, 所述组合模块由红外接收模块和微光模块组成, 所述 微光模块包括一小夜灯; 所述组合模块固定在所述电源盖的内侧面并与电源电 性连接, 且所述小夜灯穿出所述电源盖。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED灯具, 其特征在于: 所述小夜灯为 LED灯, 数量 为 1颗。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的 LED灯具, 其特征在于: 在所述小夜灯的上侧还设计 有一小夜灯盖。
