一种终端 技术领域
本发明涉及声学领域,尤其涉及一种终端。
背景技术
目前,一般将终端(如手机、平板电脑等)的出音孔设置在背面或正面,但将终端放置于沙发、床铺等软物位置时,出音孔易被沙发、床铺等软物堵住,使得扬声器播放的声音效果不好;若将终端的出音孔设置于终端的侧面时,由于终端的厚度越来越薄,使得出音孔的发声面积大受限制,扬声器播放的音效也不尽如人意。
发明内容
本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种终端,旨在解决终端的出音孔的发声面积受限而音效不好的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供一种终端,该终端包括壳体及扬声器,所述壳体包括底板及与所述底板垂直设置的四个侧板,所述侧板依次连接并与所述底板围合成一容置空间,所述扬声器收容于所述容置空间内,所述终端还包括设置在任一所述侧板上的出声部,所述扬声器固定安装在所述出声部处,所述出声部上设有通孔,所述出声部为一向所述壳体外突出的曲面结构。
上述方案中,所述曲面结构为椭球面。
上述方案中,所述椭球面的短轴方向与所述椭球面突出于所述壳体的高度方向一致。
上述方案中,所述曲面结构为球面。
上述方案中,所述扬声器的发声表面与所述曲面结构的形状一致。
上述方案中,所述通孔呈针孔状,且均匀分布于所述出声部上。
上述方案中,所述壳体由金属材料一体成型。
本发明实施例所提供的一种终端,该终端包括扬声器与出声部,出声部设置在终端壳体的任一侧板上,通过将出声部设置成向壳体外突出的曲面结构,从而可以增大扬声器的实际发声面积,并且曲面结构较易将扬声器播放的声音传播至出声部周围的空间中去,使得将传统的出声部设计在终端底板上,易被沙发、床铺等等软物堵住所引起的音效不好的问题得以解决,并能达到较大的音量及较好的音效。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种终端。
在本发明实施例中,参照图1、图2及图3,图1为本发明第一实施例的结构示意图;图2为本发明第一实施例的另一视角的结构示意图;图3为本发明的扬声器的结构示意图。该终端包括壳体及扬声器400,所述壳体包括底板100及与底板100垂直设置的四个侧板200,四个侧板200依次连接并与底板100围合成一容置空间,扬声器400收容于容置空间内,所述终端还包括设置在任一侧板200上的出声部300,扬声器400固定安装在出声部300处,出声部300上设有通孔310,出声部300为一向壳体外突出的 曲面结构。
在本实施例中,出声部300设置在壳体的下侧板200上,该出声部300即为终端的出音孔,为了避免传统的设置在底板100上的出声部300被沙发,床铺等软物堵住,将出声部300设置在侧板200上;但由于终端的厚度越来越薄,出声部300的出声面积将受到限制,终端的发音效果将大大受到影响;在本实施例中,将出声部300设置成向外突出的曲面结构,则在出声部300横截面积一定的情况下,有效地增加了出声面积,提高终端的发音效果。
并且,扬声器400播放的声音通过该曲面结构可以更多地扩散至出声部300周边的空间区域,而不限于出声部300所正对的空间,实现了扬声器400播放的音量更大,效果更好的目的。
在一实施方式中,所述曲面结构为椭球面。
这里,该曲面结构的曲率半径可为一致或均匀变化,从而传到扬声器400正前方的声音能量密度和传到用户耳朵中的声音能量密度基本一致的,使得扬声器400播放的声音均匀地扩散至出声部300周围的空间,整个声场空间的声音扩散都是均匀的,能够给用户更好的听觉体验。
由于椭球面的曲率半径为均匀变化的,在本实施例中,以椭球面为例进行说明。
且本实施例选择短轴方向与所述椭球面突出于所述壳体的高度方向一致的椭球面,此种椭球面较其他的椭球面突出于侧板200的高度低,整个终端的外观让用户觉得更协调,手感更舒适。
为了设计最佳音效的椭球面,可通过音频软件设计拟合函数。椭球面的函数表达式为:x2/a2+y2/b2+z2/c2=1。
根据上述表达式,可知,a、b、c分别表示椭球面在x、y、z轴方向的曲率,a、b、c这三个参数决定了曲面的曲率半径变化程度,a、b、c这三个参数的取值与终端的整个尺寸,终端本身的造型,扬声器400音腔的大 小,曲面扬声器400所摆放的位置有关。通过音频仿真软件对a、b、c赋予初始值,并将终端的整体结构3D图输入音频仿真软件,从而获取扬声器400的频响曲线、失真度等仿真结果;通过不断改变曲率参数a、b、c,直到仿真获得最好的频响曲线结果和最小的失真度,则这组曲率参数为最佳参数,根据这组参数来确定椭球面的具体形状,为后序壳体的制作提供参数。
在本实施例中,我们将终端的长、宽、高分别定义为l、w、h,扬声器400的音腔大小的体积为p,扬声器400中轴线距离手机中轴线的距离为d,将3D图输入仿真软件,那么可得出a、b、c参数与l、w、h、p、d的之间的一组较佳的规律关系:a=α*h*p,b=β*w*p/d,c=δ*l*p。其中,α、β、δ为常量。
在一实施方式中,该曲面结构还可为球面,使得曲面结构的曲率半径一致,球面状的出声部300的音效更好,更能在空间中均匀传播。
在一实施方式中,所述扬声器400的发声表面410与所述曲面结构的形状一致。
在确定了出声部300的形状后,通过将扬声器400的发声表面410设计成与曲面结构相贴合的形状,使得扬声器400本身的发声面积增大,不需增大电路增益,就可提高扬声器400的响度,节省了扬声器400的功率;并且其播放的声音通过曲面结构发出后,在空间中均匀扩散,音量更大,音效更好。
在一实施方式中,参照图4,图4为图2中A处的放大图;所述通孔310呈针孔状,且均匀分布于所述出声部300上。
将该曲面结构上分布若干针孔状通孔310,使得扬声器400播放的声音更容易从壳体内部穿透,并且音量基本不会被削弱。
在一实施方式中,所述壳体可由金属材料一体成型。
由于声音在金属材质中的传播速度较快,当确定出声部300的形状后, 该终端的壳体可通过金属材料一体成型,适于大批量生产,节省生产成本。
在本实施例中,该终端可具体为手机、平板电脑等便携移动装置。

  1. 一种终端,所述终端包括壳体及扬声器,所述壳体包括底板及与所述底板垂直设置的四个侧板,所述侧板依次连接并与所述底板围合成一容置空间,所述扬声器收容于所述容置空间内,所述终端还包括设置在任一所述侧板上的出声部,所述扬声器固定安装在所述出声部处,所述出声部上设有通孔,所述出声部为一向所述壳体外突出的曲面结构。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其中,所述曲面结构为椭球面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的终端,其中,所述椭球面的短轴方向与所述椭球面突出于所述壳体的高度方向一致。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其中,所述曲面结构为球面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其中,所述扬声器的发声表面与所述曲面结构的形状一致。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的终端,其中,所述通孔呈针孔状,且均匀分布于所述出声部上。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的终端,所述壳体由金属材料一体成型。
