一种防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,包括聚醚多元醇20-25重量份、异氰酸酯5-10重量份、增塑剂10-15重量份、轻钙18-20重量份、重钙20-25重量份、触变剂0.5-1重量份和潜固化剂0.5-1重量份。该涂料适用于立面或斜坡面,成膜均匀,防水效果好。

Description

防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料 Technical Field
本发明涉及一种防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,特别涉及一种单组份的防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料。
Background Art
目前国内的一些大型工程,如南水北调、大型体系场馆地下室墙面、高铁、地铁、隧道、人防等,需要在立面或斜坡面进行防水施工。由于是立面或斜坡面等,使得施工不方便,且易出质量问题。用防水涂料可形成无接缝防水层,但用通用型涂料涂刷在立面或斜坡面上时会流淌,造成上部薄、下部厚。上部刮不起厚度,且涂膜的表面厚薄不均。若要涂刷 1.5mm 厚的涂膜,可能需要涂刷四五遍才行,极大浪费人工及施工时间。因此开发一种能够应用在立面或斜坡面上的抗流挂的聚氨酯防水涂料将符合市场和用户需求,具有广阔的市场前景。目前,对用于立面或斜坡面的防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料具有较大的需求。然而,市场上几乎没有适合用于立面或斜坡面上的防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料。既使有类似研究,但也未广泛地推向市场。
聚氨酯防水涂料随着近些年得发展,在配方、生产装备及生产工艺方面得到了很大提高。但在储存稳定性及施工应用技术确存在一些比较难克服的问题。储存稳定性方面,由于现在生产绝大部分聚氨酯剩余的-NCO遇水会反应,在包装过程及包装储存后,只要有极微量的水汽进入就会产生化学反应,在涂料的上表面会产生结皮现象,导致涂料粘度增大,严重的会出现轻度固化,导致后续施工不易涂刮。针对涂料粘度大的问题,目前也采取了一些措施,如会在配方里面加入一定量的溶剂,使得涂料粘度变小。而涂料粘度的变小及溶剂比例的上升,使得涂料的流动性能增大。当在立面及斜坡面的施工时,由于自身重力使得涂料在没成膜前发生流坠,很难形成厚度均匀的涂膜,最后导致防水效果不甚理想。

针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种适合用于立面及斜坡面的防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,其成膜均匀、防水效果好。
Technical Solution
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,包括以下成分:
聚醚多元醇 20~25 重量份;
异氰酸酯 5~10 重量份;
增塑剂 10~15 重量份;
轻钙 18~20 重量份;
重钙 20~25 重量份;
触变剂 0.5~1 重量份;
潜固化剂 0.5~1 重量份。
优选地,还包括催化剂 0.1~0.2 重量份。
优选地,还包括消泡剂 0.01~0.05 重量份。
优选地,还包括溶剂油 3~8 重量份。
优选地, 所述触变剂为气相二氧化硅。
优选地, 所述潜固化剂为 ALT-401 。
优选地, 所述聚醚多元醇为聚醚 330N 、聚醚 2000 、聚醚 3050 中任选一种或几种。
优选地,所述异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种。
Advantageous Effects
本发明采用以上技术方案,相比现有技术具有如下优点:解决了聚氨酯防水涂料在立面和斜坡面上施工时产生的流淌、流挂问题,其成膜均匀、防水效果好,还解决了聚氨酯涂料含少量溶剂会粘度变大的问题,且储存稳定。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域的技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围作出更为清楚明确的界定。
下述的聚醚多元醇为山东东大化学工业有限公司生产的聚醚 330N 、聚醚 2000 、聚醚 3050 中任选一种或几种。下述的异氰酸酯为德国拜耳公司生产的牌号为 MDI-80 的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、牌号为 TDI-80 的甲苯二异氰酸酯中任选一种或两种。下述的增塑剂为 DOP (中文名称:邻苯二甲酸二辛酯)、 DBP (中文名称:邻苯二甲酸二丁酯)、 DINP (中文名称:邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯)、氯化石蜡中任选一种或几种。下述的轻钙为合山化工有限公司生产的牌号 CCR-603 的轻钙。下述的重钙为重质碳酸钙。下述的触变剂为德山化工有限公司生产的牌号为 PM-20L 的气相二氧化硅。下述的潜固化剂为安乡艾利特化工有限公司生产的牌号为 401 的潜固化剂。下述的催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、水杨酸中的一种或两种。下述的消泡剂为毕克化学公司生产的牌号为 660N 的消泡剂。下述的溶剂油为二甲苯。
实施例一
将 23kg 聚醚多元醇和 13kg 增塑剂加入到用 5kg 溶剂油清洗过的反应釜中,并开始搅拌加热。将 19kg 轻钙和 23kg 重钙的粉料缓慢投入到分散釜中,边加边搅拌,使粉料充分分散,粉料加完后,保持反应釜中的物料温度为 100~110 ℃ 。之后保持恒温、 -0.08MPa 的压力下抽真空 1.5 小时,将物料冷却至 75~80 ℃。向反应釜中加入8kg异氰酸酯并在 70~85 ℃下反应2小时。再将0.8kg潜固化剂加入到反应釜中,继续恒温反应30分钟后,停止加热。向反应釜中加入0.8kg触变剂及0.15kg催化剂,搅拌反应15分钟后,加入0.03kg消泡剂。停止搅拌,并降温、抽真空,开始出料。出完料后,用溶剂油清洗反应釜,以备下次生产。
实施例二
将 20kg 聚醚多元醇和 10kg 增塑剂加入到用 8kg 溶剂油清洗过的反应釜中,并开始搅拌加热。将 18kg 轻钙和 25kg 重钙的粉料缓慢投入到分散釜中,边加边搅拌,使粉料充分分散,粉料加完后,保持反应釜中的物料温度为 100~110 ℃ 。之后保持恒温、 -0.08MPa 的压力下抽真空 1.5 小时,将物料冷却至 75~80 ℃。向反应釜中加入10kg异氰酸酯并在 70~85 ℃下反应2小时。再将0.5kg潜固化剂加入到反应釜中,继续恒温反应30分钟后,停止加热。向反应釜中加入0.5kg触变剂及0.1kg催化剂,搅拌反应15分钟后,加入0.01kg消泡剂。停止搅拌,并降温、抽真空,开始出料。出完料后,用溶剂油清洗反应釜,以备下次生产。
实施例三
将 25kg 聚醚多元醇和 15kg 增塑剂加入到用 3kg 溶剂油清洗过的反应釜中,并开始搅拌加热。将 20kg 轻钙和 20kg 重钙的粉料缓慢投入到分散釜中,边加边搅拌,使粉料充分分散,粉料加完后,保持反应釜中的物料温度为 100~110 ℃ 。之后保持恒温、 -0.08MPa 的压力下抽真空 1.5 小时,将物料冷却至 75~80 ℃。向反应釜中加入5kg异氰酸酯并在 70~85 ℃下反应2小时。再将1kg潜固化剂加入到反应釜中,继续恒温反应30分钟后,停止加热。向反应釜中加入1kg触变剂及0.2kg催化剂,搅拌反应15分钟后,加入0.05kg消泡剂。停止搅拌,并降温、抽真空,开始出料。出完料后,用溶剂油清洗反应釜,以备下次生产 。
本发明的聚氨酯防水涂料及其制备方法为单组分的,储存稳定,防流挂性能好,适合用于立面或斜坡面上,成膜均匀,防水效果好。

1.一种防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,包括以下成分:
聚醚多元醇20~25重量份;
异氰酸酯5~10重量份;
增塑剂10~15重量份;
轻钙18~20重量份;
重钙20~25重量份;
触变剂0.5~1重量份;
潜固化剂0.5~1重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于:还包括催化剂0.1~0.2重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于:还包括消泡剂0.01~0.05重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于:还包括溶剂油3~8重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于:所述触变剂为气相二氧化硅。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于:所述潜固化剂为ALT-401。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于:所述聚醚多元醇为聚醚330N、聚醚2000、聚醚3050中任选一种或几种。
8. 根据权利要求1所述的防流挂聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于:所述异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种。
