[0066] 综上所述, 实施本发明的一种电子烟及用于防止雾化器相对电池杆晃动的方法 , 具有以下有益效果: 首先, 通过在雾化器 1的对接柱 131与电池杆 2的对接槽 22 1相接触的侧壁上设置可对雾化器 1进行径向定位并阻止雾化器 1相对电池杆 2晃 动和转动的弹性定位结构, 使得在雾化器 1相对电池杆 2不晃动的情况下, 雾化 器 1内的第一内电极与电池杆 2内的弹性电极弹性抵接良好, 相应的电阻保持稳 定不变, 能够保证正常的烟雾量, 且能够保证电子烟的正常工作; 其次, 在对 接柱 131的外周侧壁上设置有可对对接柱 131径向弹性伸缩的弹性垫 102、 弹片 20 3或球体 202, 所述弹性垫 102、 弹片 203或球体 202的端面抵接至对接槽 221的内 壁上, 使对接柱 131与对接槽 221过盈配合, 从而防止雾化器 1相对电池杆 2晃动 ; 最后, 雾化器 1上设置有可拆卸更换的雾化芯, 吸嘴 12和第一连接件 13分别可 拆卸连接在雾化器 1的两端, 拆下吸嘴 12可以清洗里面凝结的烟油, 拆下第一连 接件 13可以往雾化器 1里注入烟油。

[权利要求 1] 一种电子烟, 包括雾化器 (1) 及电池杆 (2) , 其特征在于, 所 述雾化器 (1) 包括雾化套 (11) 、 设置在所述雾化套 (11) 内的 电热丝组件及设置在所述雾化套 (11) 一端的吸嘴 (12) , 所述 雾化套 (11) 的远离吸嘴 (12) 的一端设置有与所述电池杆 (2) 进行可拆卸连接的第一连接件 (13) , 所述电池杆 (2) 设置有电 池 (23) 、 用于控制所述电池 (23) 为所述雾化器 (1) 供电的按 钮 (21) 以及与所述第一连接件 (13) 相适配的第二连接件 (22 所述第一连接件 (13) 内设置有第一磁性件及与所述电热丝组件 电连接的第一内电极, 所述第二连接件 (22) 内设置有与所述第 一磁性件磁性相吸的第二磁性件及与所述第一内电极弹性抵接的 第二内电极 (223) , 所述第二内电极 (223) 与所述电池 (23) 电连接;
所述第一连接件 (13) —端设置有朝向所述第二连接件 (22) 的 对接柱 (131) , 所述第二连接件幵设有供所述对接柱 (131) 插 设的对接槽 (221) , 所述对接柱 (131) 与对接槽 (221) 相接触 的侧壁上具有用于可对所述雾化器 (1) 进行径向定位并阻止所述 雾化器 (1) 相对所述电池杆 (2) 晃动和转动的弹性定位结构。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述弹性定位结构包 括设置在所述对接柱 (131) 外周侧壁上的弹性垫 (102) 、 弹片 (203) 或球体 (202) , 所述弹性垫 (102) 、 弹片 (203) 或球 体 (202) 均可沿对接柱 (131) 径向弹性伸缩且所述弹性垫 (102 ) 、 弹片 (203) 或球体 (202) 的端面抵接至所述对接槽 (221) 的内壁上, 使所述对接柱 (131) 与所述对接槽 (221) 过盈配合
[权利要求 3] 根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述对接柱 (131) 的外周面幵设有环形的凹槽 (101) , 所述弹性垫 (102) 卡设在 所述凹槽 (101) 内, 所述弹性垫 (102) 远离所述凹槽 (101) 的 一端面凸设于所述凹槽 (101) 口且弹性抵接在所述对接槽 (221

根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述对接柱 (131) 的外周面幵设有两个相对设置的幵孔 (201) , 每一所述幵孔 (20 1) 内对应设置有所述球体 (202) , 所述球体 (202) 凸设于所述 幵孔 (201) 且弹性抵接在所述对接槽 (221) 的内壁上。
根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述对接柱 (131) 的外周面幵设有两个相对设置的幵孔 (201) , 每一所述幵孔 (20 1) 内对应设置有所述弹片 (203) ; 所述弹片 (203) 凸设于所述 幵孔 (201) 且弹性抵接在所述对接槽 (221) 的内壁上。
根据权利要求 2所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接件 (13 ) 包括第一外电极、 插设在所述第一外电极内的第一绝缘环及插 设在所述第一绝缘环内的所述第一内电极, 所述第一外电极及所 述第一内电极分别与所述电热丝组件的两端电连接, 所述第一外 电极的远离所述雾化套 (11) 的一端设置有所述对接柱 (131) 。 根据权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器 (1) 包 括储油组件及插设在所述储油组件的加油口端并与所述第一连接 件 (13) 可拆卸连接的雾化芯, 所述雾化芯包括与所述第一连接 件 (13) 可拆卸连接的雾化座 (142) 、 架设在所述雾化座 (142 ) 上的所述电热丝组件、 盖设在所述雾化座 (142) 上的雾化盖 ( 149) 、 盖设在所述雾化盖 (149) 上的硅胶帽 (150) , 所述雾化 盖 (149) 与所述吸嘴 (12) 连通且用于将所述电热丝组件雾化烟 油产生的烟雾导入所述吸嘴 (12) 。
根据权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第一外电极包括 第一下外电极 (134) 及插入所述第一下外电极 (134) 并与所述 第一下外电极 (134) 抵接并电连接的第一上外电极 (141) , 所 述第一上外电极 (141) 与所述雾化座 (142) 可拆卸连接; 所述 第一绝缘环包括套设在所述第一下外电极 (134) 内的第一下绝缘 环 (135) , 以及套设在所述雾化座 (142) 内的第一上绝缘环 (1 45) ; 所述第一内电极包括套设在所述第一下绝缘环 (135) 内的 第一下内电极 (132) 及套设在所述第一上绝缘环 (145) 内的第 一上内电极 (146) ;
