空调室内机 技术领域
本发明涉及一种空调,尤其涉及一种空调室内机。
背景技术
申请号为201110252121.1的中国专利,公开了一种空调装置,包括蒸发器、贯流风叶、前蜗舌、后蜗舌及风道,风道位于贯流风叶、蒸发器之间,风道包括风道第一弧线段及风道第二弧线段,风道第一弧线段的圆心O1的轨迹为以贯流风叶的圆心O0为圆心半径为R1的圆,风道第一弧线段的弧长为115mm~129mm,风道第二弧线段的圆心O2的轨迹为以贯流风叶的圆心O0为圆心半径为R2的圆,风道第二弧线段的弧长为60mm~70mm,风道第一弧线段的圆心O1与贯流风叶的圆心O0所在直线O0O1、风道第二弧线段的圆心O2与贯流风叶的圆心O0所在直线O0O2之间的夹角为60°~65°,在风道第一弧线段的终点与风道第二弧线段起点处具有公切线。这种空调器由于壳体为圆形,其出风口的面积因为考虑到风道结构,因此较小,另外其出风角度也受到局限。
发明内容
本发明主要是提供一种空调室内机,增加了空调的出风口的面积,同时又扩大了空调的出风角度,提高了空调的使用舒适性。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:它包括风叶、涡旋部和舌部,所述涡旋部和舌部之间形成的空气出口,所述空气出口包括第一出口段和第二出口段,所述第二出口段内设置有导风装置。
作为优选,所述导风装置包括若干导风板。
作为优选,所述导风板并排设置,相邻导风板之间设置有间隙。
作为优选,所述舌部包括朝向风叶的第一舌面、与涡旋部相对设置的第二舌面、以及第三舌面,所述第三舌面包括侧延伸面、与所述侧延伸面相连的外延伸面。
作为优选,所述侧延伸面和外延伸面之间的夹角为钝角。
作为优选,所述侧延伸面和外延伸面之间的夹角为120度~160度之间。
作为优选,所述第二舌面和所述涡旋部上相对应的部分围成所述第一出口段,所述第三舌面和所述涡旋部上相对应的部分围成所述第二出口段,所述第一出口段和所述第二出口段相连。
作为优选,所述第二舌面与所述侧延伸面相连,所述第二舌面与所述侧延伸面的夹角为钝角。
作为优选,所述侧延伸面形成所述第二舌面的折边。
作为优选,所述第三舌面在所述舌部末端形成一侧扩口,所述导风装置延伸至所述侧扩口内。
作为优选,所述涡旋部末端设置有一涡旋延伸面,所述涡旋延伸面与所述涡旋部的夹角为钝角。
作为优选,所述空调室内机为立式柜机,所述立式柜机包括有竖向送风口,所述导风装置包括连杆以及与所述连杆相连的若干导风板,所述导向板为竖向设置。
作为优选,所述立式柜机包括弧形的前面板,所述涡旋部和舌部构成的送风口设置在所述弧形的前面板上。
本发明带来的有益效果是,本发明增加了空调的出风口的面积,同时又扩大了空调的出风角度,提高了空调的使用舒适性。

具体实施方式
实施例:本实施例的空调室内机如图1、2所示,包括风叶1、涡旋部2和舌部3,涡旋部2和舌部3之间形成的空气出口,空气出口包括第一出口段4和第二出口段5,第二出口段5内安装有导风装置。
空调室内机为立式圆筒柜机,包括一圆弧形的前面板,圆弧形的前面板上设有竖向送风口,导风装置包括四块竖向设置导风板6-2,导风板6-2并排连接在连杆6-1上,相邻导风板6-2之间设有间隙。
舌部3包括朝向风叶1的第一舌面3-1、与涡旋部2相对设置的第二舌面3-2、以及第三舌面,第三舌面包括侧延伸面3-3-1、与侧延伸面3-3-1相连的外延伸面3-3-2,侧延伸面3-3-1和外延伸面3-3-2之间的夹角为140度。
第二舌面3-2和涡旋部2上相对应的部分围成第一出口段4,第三舌面和所述涡旋部2 上相对应的部分围成所述第二出口段5,第一出口段4和第二出口段5相连。本实施例的空调室内机改变了现有风道惯有的形状,扩大了风道的出口部分的宽度,扩大了送风口宽度,提高了送风口面积,另一方面又扩大了导风板的安装空间,空调器可安装更多的导风板6-2,本实施例的空调器不但充分利用了空调室内机前面板尤其是立式圆筒柜机前面板有限的空间,摆风效果更好,增大了左右摆风的角度,提高了空调的使用舒适性。
第二舌面3-2与侧延伸面3-3-1相连,第二舌面3-2与侧延伸面3-3-1的夹角为钝角,侧延伸面3-3-1形成第二舌面3-2的折边。
第三舌面在舌部3末端形成一侧扩口5-1,导风装置延伸至侧扩口5-1内。
涡旋部2末端一体制有一涡旋延伸面2-1,涡旋延伸面2-1与涡旋部2的夹角为钝角,角度可以为120度至160度,涡旋延伸面减小了涡旋部对导风板干涉,扩大了导风板的摆动角度。。
以上仅就本发明较佳的实施例作了说明,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制。本发明不仅局限于以上实施例,其具体结构或形状允许有变化。总之,本发明的保护范围应包括那些对于本领域普通技术人员来说显而易见的变换或者替代以及改型。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种空调室内机,其特征在于,包括风叶、涡旋部和舌部,所述涡旋部和舌部之间形成的空气出口,所述空气出口包括第一出口段和第二出口段,所述第二出口段内设置有导风装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述导风装置包括若干导风板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述导风板并排设置,相邻导风板之间设置有间隙。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述舌部包括朝向风叶的第一舌面、与涡旋部相对设置的第二舌面、以及第三舌面,所述第三舌面包括侧延伸面、与所述侧延伸面相连的外延伸面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述侧延伸面和外延伸面之间的夹角为钝角。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述侧延伸面和外延伸面之间的夹角为120度~160度之间。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第二舌面和所述涡旋部上相对应的部分围成所述第一出口段,所述第三舌面和所述涡旋部上相对应的部分围成所述第二出口段,所述第一出口段和所述第二出口段相连。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第二舌面与所述侧延伸面相连,所述第二舌面与所述侧延伸面的夹角为钝角。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述侧延伸面形成所述第二舌面的折边。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述第三舌面在所述舌部末端形成一侧扩口,所述导风装置延伸至所述侧扩口内。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述涡旋部末端设置有一涡旋延伸面,所述涡旋延伸面与所述涡旋部的夹角为钝角。
  12. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6或7或8或9或10或11所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述空调室内机为立式柜机,所述立式柜机包括有竖向送风口,所述导风装置包括连杆以及与所述连杆相连的若干导向板,所述导向板为竖向设置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的空调室内机,其特征在于,所述空调室内机为立式柜机,所述立式柜机包括弧形的前面板,所述涡旋部和舌部构成的送风口设置在所述弧形的前面板上。
