可选地,所述盘点单元在接收到扫描单元发来的货品外包装编码后,在 数据库服务器中查询对应外包装是否满箱,若满箱,则触发扫描单元随机扫描外包装内的一个货品内包装编码,并从所述数据库服务器中导出所述货品外包装编码对应的所有货品内包装编码,否则触发扫码单元逐个扫描外包装内的所有货品内包装编码,并将外包装内的所有货品内包装编码发送至所述盘点单元。
可选地,所述数据处理单元包括:校验单元,连接所述扫码单元,所述校验单元用于发出校验指令至所述扫码单元,扫码单元将扫描的货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码传输至所述校验单元,所述校验单元查询数据库服务器,并判断扫描的货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码包装关系记录是否与数据库中的包装关系记录一致,若不一致,则提示包装错误信息。
可选地,所述校验单元在接收到扫描单元发来的货品外包装编码和货品内包装编码后,在数据库服务器中查询货品外包装编码和货品内包装编码的包装关系是否正确,若否,则提示校验错误,若是,则查询内包装是否满箱,若满箱,则提示校验正确,若不满箱,则触发扫码单元逐个扫描内包装内的所有货品编码,并判断货品和内包装的包装关系是否正确,若正确,则提示校验正确,否则提示校验错误。
可选地,所述扫码单元还用于在扫描完成后判断所扫描的编码在数据库服务器中是否存在,若不存在则报错,并触发继续扫描。
可选地,所述手持终端为:掌上电脑、平板电脑或智能手机。
根据本公开的另一方面,还提出了一种仓库数据处理方法,包括:扫描货品信息和/或库位编码;从数据库服务器获取包括货品信息和/或库位编码的库存数据;以及根据扫描的货品信息和/或库位编码对所述库存数据进行仓库数据处理。
可选地,所述货品信息包括:货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码三者至少之一。
可选地,上述仓库数据处理方法,还包括:根据移库指令扫描将要被移动的货品的货品外包装编码和新的库位编码;将所述货品外包装编码和新的库位编码传输至所述数据库服务器,以使所述数据库服务器将与所述货品外包装编码对应的库存数据中的原库位编码更新为新的库位编码。
可选地,该仓库数据处理方法,还包括:根据盘点指令扫描货品的货品外包装编码和货品内包装编码;建立货品内包装编码归属于货品外包装编码对应的包装关系记录;生成包括货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码及包装关系记录的临时数据表;从所述数据库服务器获取当前存储的包括货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码及包装关系记录的库存数据表;以及比较临时数据表和库存数据表,若存在差异的记录,则生成差异报表。
可选地,该仓库数据处理方法,还包括:根据校验指令扫描货品的货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码;查询数据库服务器,判断扫描的货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码包装关系记录是否与数据库中的包装关系记录一致,若不一致,则提示包装错误信息。
本公开通过手持终端扫描货品信息和/或库位编码,并根据扫描的货品信息和/或库位编码对库存数据进行仓库数据处理,实现了移动式及便携式的仓库数据处理。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本公开的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本公开,但不用来限制本公开的范围。
如图1所示,本公开实施例的仓库数据处理系统包括:手持终端100和数据库服务器200。手持终端100连接数据库服务器200,手持终端100用于扫描货品信息和/或库位编码,从数据库服务器200获取包括货品信息和/或库位编码的库存数据,并根据扫描的货品信息和/或库位编码对库存数据进行仓库数据处理,以更新或验证数据库服务器200中的库存数据。可选地,货品信息包括:货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码三者至少之一。
本实施例通过手持终端100扫描货品信息和/或库位编码,并根据扫描的货品信息和/或库位编码对库存数据进行仓库数据处理,实现了移动式及便携式的仓库数据处理。优选地,手持终端100通过无线连接数据库服务器200, 以实现无线数据传输。
本实施例中,手持终端100包括:扫码单元110和数据处理单元120,数据处理单元120连接扫码单元110。扫码单元110用于将扫描的货品信息和/或库位编码传输至数据处理单元120。数据处理单元120连接数据库服务器200,用于根据扫描的货品信息和库位编码对库存数据进行仓库数据处理。
本实施例中,数据处理单元120包括:移库单元121,移库单元121连接扫码单元110,移库单元121用于发送移库指令至扫码单元110,扫码单元110扫描要被移动的货品的货品外包装编码和新的库位编码,并将要被移动的货品的货品外包装编码和新的库位编码传输至移库单元121。移库单元121将货品外包装编码和新的库位编码传输至数据库服务器200,以使数据库服务器200更新与货品外包装编码对应的库存数据中的原库位编码为新的库位编码。
进一步地,为了保证新扫描的库位为可用库位(库位可能被预定或未更新,数据库记录中为被占用状态),移库单元121还用于在将货品外包装编码和新的库位编码传输至数据库服务器200之前,查询新的库位编码在数据库服务器200中是否为被占用状态,若是,则触发扫码单元110重新扫描一个新的库位编码,直到扫描到未占用状态的库位为止。
本实施例中,数据处理单元120还可以包括:盘点单元122,连接扫码单元110,盘点单元122用于发出盘点指令至扫码单元110,扫码单元110扫描货品的货品外包装编码和货品内包装编码,并发送至盘点单元122,所述盘点单元122建立货品内包装编码归属于货品外包装编码对应的包装关系记录(即货品内包装编码对应的内包装位于货品外包装编码对应的外包装内),生成包括货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码及包装关系记录的临时数据表,并从数据库服务器200获取当前存储的包括货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码及包装关系记录的库存数据表,比较临时数据表和库存数据表,若存在差异的记录,则生成差异报表。盘点单元122将差异报表显示在手持终端100的界面上,操作员后续根据差异报表查明情况并做相应处理,如:调整实际的包装关系,然后将相应数据入库。
由于仓库数据量比较大,若盘点每一个货品,则会对数据库进行大量的访问,降低盘点效率。因此为了提高盘点效率,进一步地,盘点单元122在接收到扫描单元110发来的货品外包装编码后,在数据库服务器200中查询 对应外包装是否满箱,若满箱(满箱说明入库后未被人动过,因此数据库中相应的数据也不会有变动,随机抽样盘点一个内包装就可以了,甚至可以不扫描内包装,从而减少对数据库的访问次数;不满箱说明入库后被人动过,因此数据库中相应的数据也被修改过,所以容易导致实际的库存和数据库中的库存数据不一致),则触发扫描单元110随机扫描外包装内的一个货品内包装编码,并从数据库服务器200中导出货品外包装编码对应的所有货品内包装编码,以生成临时数据表,否则触发扫码单元110逐个扫描外包装内的所有货品内包装编码,并将外包装内的所有货品内包装编码发送至盘点单元122。
本实施例中,数据处理单元120还可以包括:校验单元123,连接扫码单元110,校验单元123用于发出校验指令至扫码单元110,扫码单元110将扫描的货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码传输至校验单元123,所述校验单元123查询数据库服务器200,并判断扫描的货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码包装关系记录是否与数据库中的包装关系记录一致,若不一致,则提示包装错误信息。盘点单元122将错误信息显示在手持终端100的界面上,操作员后续根据错误信息查明情况并做相应处理,如:调整实际的包装关系,然后将相应数据入库。
进一步地,校验单元123在接收到扫描单元110发来的货品外包装编码和货品内包装编码后,在数据库服务器200中查询货品外包装编码和货品内包装编码的包装关系是否正确,若否,则提示校验错误,若是,则查询内包装是否满箱;若满箱,则提示校验正确,若不满箱,则触发扫码单元110逐个扫描内包装内的所有货品编码,并判断货品和内包装的包装关系是否正确,若正确,则提示校验正确,否则提示校验错误。这样减小了对数据库服务器200的访问次数,提高了校验效率。
进一步地,在上述扫码过程中,为避免物账不符的情况,即数据库中并没有记录所扫描的编码。扫码单元110还用于在扫描完成后判断所扫描的编码在数据库服务器200中是否存在,若不存在,则报错,并触发继续扫描,即扫码单元110使手持终端100的界面上显示扫码的界面,以便操作员根据实际情况选择继续扫描新的编码或停止扫码,如:在移库时扫描当前货品发现物账不符,继续扫描下一个要移库的货品并移库,若没有下一个要移库货品则停止扫码。
如图2所示,为一种优选的移库操作步骤:扫码单元在接收到移库指令后,扫描货品外包装编码,并验证物账是否相符,若不符继续扫描下一个待移库货品外包装编码,直到物账相符后开始移库操作。扫码单元扫描新的库位编码,移库单元判断新的库位是否可用,若可用(新的库位编码在数据库中为未被占用状态),则更新与货品外包装编码对应的库存数据中的原库位编码为新的库位编码,不可用则重新扫描库位编码。若更新成功则结束,否则重新扫描货品外包装编码。
如图3所示,为一种优选的盘点操作步骤:扫码单元在接收到盘点指令后,扫描货品外包装编码,并验证物账是否相符,若不符重新扫描,若相符,则盘点单元判断该货品外包装编码对应的外包装是否满箱,若满箱,则随机扫描其中一个内包装的货品内包装编码,并从数据库服务器中导出所述货品外包装编码对应的所有货品内包装编码;若不满箱,则逐个扫描该外包装内的内包装的货品内包装编码,并生成包括货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码及包装关系记录的临时数据表,并从数据库服务器获取当前存储的包括货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码及包装关系记录的库存数据表,比较临时数据表和库存数据表,若存在差异的记录,则生成差异报表。
如图4所示,为一种优选的校验操作步骤:扫码单元在接收到校验指令后,扫描货品外包装编码,并验证物账是否相符,若不符重新扫描,若相符,则扫描该外包装内的内包装的货品内包装编码,校验单元在数据库服务器中查询货品外包装编码和货品内包装编码的包装关系是否正确(即数据库中是否也记录了该内包装在该外包装内的包装关系),若否,则提示校验错误,若是,则校验单元查询内包装是否满箱;若满箱,则提示校验正确,若不满箱,则触发扫码单元逐个扫描内包装内的所有货品编码,并判断货品和内包装的包装关系是否正确,若正确,则提示校验正确,否则提示校验错误。
本实施例中,手持终端可以为:掌上电脑、平板电脑或智能手机。其中扫码单元为这些设备上的摄像头及其驱动模块。
以上实施方式仅用于说明本公开,而并非对本公开的限制,有关技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本公开的精神和范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变化和变型,因此所有等同的技术方案也属于本公开的范畴,本公开的专利保护范围应由权利要求限定。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种仓库数据处理系统,包括:手持终端和数据库服务器,所述手持终端连接所述数据库服务器,所述手持终端用于扫描货品信息和/或库位编码,从所述数据库服务器获取包括货品信息和/或库位编码的库存数据,并根据扫描的货品信息和/或库位编码对所述库存数据进行仓库数据处理。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的仓库数据处理系统,其中,所述手持终端包括:扫码单元和数据处理单元,数据处理单元连接所述扫码单元,所述扫码单元用于将扫描的所述货品信息和/或库位编码传输至所述数据处理单元,所述数据处理单元连接所述数据库服务器,用于根据扫描的货品信息和/或库位编码对所述库存数据进行仓库数据处理。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的仓库数据处理系统,其中,所述货品信息包括:货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码三者至少之一。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的仓库数据处理系统,其中,所述数据处理单元包括:移库单元,所述移库单元连接所述扫码单元,所述移库单元用于发送移库指令至所述扫码单元,所述扫码单元扫描要被移动的货品的货品外包装编码和新的库位编码,并将所述要被移动的货品的货品外包装编码和新的库位编码传输至所述移库单元,所述移库单元将所述货品外包装编码和新的库位编码传输至所述数据库服务器,以使所述数据库服务器将与所述货品外包装编码对应的库存数据中的原库位编码更新为新的库位编码。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的仓库数据处理系统,其中,所述移库单元还用于在将所述货品外包装编码和新的库位编码传输至所述数据库服务器之前,查询所述新的库位编码在所述数据库服务器中是否处于被占用状态,若是,则触发扫码单元重新扫描一个新的库位编码,直到扫描到处于未被占用状态的库位编码。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的仓库数据处理系统,其中,所述数据处理单元包括:盘点单元,连接所述扫码单元,所述盘点单元用于发出盘点指令至所述扫码单元,扫码单元扫描货品的货品外包装编码和货品内包装编码,并发送至盘点单元,所述盘点单元建立货品内包装编码归属于货品外包装编码对应的包装关系记录,生成包括货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码及包装关系记录的临时数据表,并从所述数据库服务器获取当前存储的包括货品外包装编 码、货品内包装编码及包装关系记录的库存数据表,比较临时数据表和库存数据表,若存在差异的记录,则生成差异报表。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的仓库数据处理系统,其中,所述盘点单元在接收到扫描单元发来的货品外包装编码后,在数据库服务器中查询对应外包装是否满箱,若满箱,则触发扫描单元随机扫描外包装内的一个货品内包装编码,并从所述数据库服务器中导出所述货品外包装编码对应的所有货品内包装编码;若不满箱,则触发扫码单元逐个扫描外包装内的所有货品内包装编码,并将外包装内的所有货品内包装编码发送至所述盘点单元。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的仓库数据处理系统,其中,所述数据处理单元包括:校验单元,连接所述扫码单元,所述校验单元用于发出校验指令至所述扫码单元,扫码单元将扫描的货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码传输至所述校验单元,所述校验单元查询数据库服务器,并判断扫描的货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码包装关系记录是否与数据库中的包装关系记录一致,若不一致,则提示包装错误信息。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的仓库数据处理系统,其中,所述校验单元在接收到扫描单元发来的货品外包装编码和货品内包装编码后,在数据库服务器中查询货品外包装编码和货品内包装编码的包装关系是否正确,若否,则提示校验错误,若是,则查询内包装是否满箱;若满箱,则提示校验正确,若不满箱,则触发扫码单元逐个扫描内包装内的所有货品编码,并判断货品和内包装的包装关系是否正确,若正确,则提示校验正确,否则提示校验错误。
  10. 如权利要求3-9中任一项所述的仓库数据处理系统,其中,所述扫码单元还用于在扫描完成后判断所扫描的编码在数据库服务器中是否存在,若不存在则报错,并触发继续扫描。
  11. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的仓库数据处理系统,其中,所述手持终端为:掌上电脑、平板电脑或智能手机。
  12. 一种仓库数据处理方法,包括:
    扫描货品信息和/或库位编码;
    从数据库服务器获取包括货品信息和/或库位编码的库存数据;以及
    根据扫描的货品信息和/或库位编码对所述库存数据进行仓库数据处理;其中,所述货品信息包括:货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码三者至少之一。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的仓库数据处理方法,还包括:
    根据移库指令扫描将要被移动的货品的货品外包装编码和新的库位编码;
    将所述货品外包装编码和新的库位编码传输至所述数据库服务器,以使所述数据库服务器将与所述货品外包装编码对应的库存数据中的原库位编码更新为新的库位编码。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的仓库数据处理方法,还包括:
    根据盘点指令扫描货品的货品外包装编码和货品内包装编码;
    建立货品内包装编码归属于货品外包装编码对应的包装关系记录;
    生成包括货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码及包装关系记录的临时数据表;
    从所述数据库服务器获取当前存储的包括货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码及包装关系记录的库存数据表;以及
    比较临时数据表和库存数据表,若存在差异的记录,则生成差异报表。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的仓库数据处理方法,还包括:
    根据校验指令扫描货品的货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码;
    查询数据库服务器,判断扫描的货品外包装编码、货品内包装编码和货品编码包装关系记录是否与数据库中的包装关系记录一致,若不一致,则提示包装错误信息。
