Description

背景技术

图1示出了本实用新型所述的电子围栏系统的一个实施例的组成示意图,在该系统中包括了一个电子围栏监控服务器1、车载终端2和GPS系统3。
在一个实施例中,所述车载终端2具有GPS接收器,该GPS接收器中包含了GPS模块,通过它,车载终端2可以与GPS系统3通讯,以获取其具体的位置信息,并且车载终端2可以通过无线通讯接口与所述电子围栏监控服务器1进行通讯。

所述电子围栏监控服务器1具有覆盖出租车运营区域的电子地图模块,上述电子围栏监控服务器1可以利用其电子地图为所有的车载终端设定统一的电子围栏,例如用于计费的电子围栏。也可以针对不同的车载终端设定不同的电子围栏,例如为车载终端1设定其熟悉区域电子围栏。所述电子围栏可以是一个也可以是多个,例如多级计费中会涉及到多个电子围栏。所述电子围栏也可以是在一个指定的时间段内才有效,例如由于某次马拉松比赛而进行的交通管制的区域,其电子围栏仅在交通管制期间有效。
根据一个实施例,在网络租车系统运行过程中,车载终端2通过GPS系统获取其位置信息,并定时将其位置信息发送给电子围栏监控服务器1。
而在另外一个实施例中,电子围栏监控服务器1会定时查询车载终端的位置信息。
服务器1会根据其位置信息计算它与电子地图中标定的电子围栏之间的距离,并利用其与电子围栏之间距离的变化判断出车载终端2是否跨越了电子围栏:如果该车载终端2进入或驶出了某个电子围栏,服务器1会根据预先定义的策略向相关的设备或人员发送相应类型的消息。
图2示意性地表示了电子围栏监控服务器1所设定的电子围栏的一个例子。其中,
电子围栏a,电子围栏b,电子围栏c分别对应于针对所有出租车都有效的三级计费区域;
电子围栏区域d对应于仅对特定的车载终端2有效的安全区域;
电子围栏e对应于对所有出租车有效,但仅在一个时间段9:00-13:00上有效的临时交通管制区域。
如果有两个不同的车载终端2和车载终端2’,车载终端2在10:00-11:00行驶通过路径ABCD,车载终端2’在7:00-8:00行驶通过相同路径,其中,对于在车载终端2:
在车载终端2越过电子围栏c时,电子围栏监控服务器1会向车载终端2和计费系统发送分级计费消息;
在车载终端2越过电子围栏e时,电子围栏监控服务器1会向车载终端2发送交通管制的警告消息;
在车载终端2越过电子围栏d时,电子围栏监控服务器1会向车载终端2和其亲属的手机发送驶出安全区域的消息;
对于在车载终端2’:
在车载终端2’越过电子围栏c时,电子围栏监控服务器1会向车载终端2和计费系统发送分级计费消息;
在车载终端2’越过电子围栏e时,由于电子围栏e仅在9:00-13:00有效,电子围栏监控服务器1不发送消息;
在车载终端2’越过电子围栏d时,由于电子围栏d仅对车载终端2有效,电子围栏监控服务器1不发送消息。

    所述电子围栏监控服务器可以利用地理信息在出租车的某些特定运营区域的边界上设定电子围栏,并且所述电子围栏监控服务器可以通过无线网络获取车载终端的位置;
    当所述电子围栏监控服务器依据车载终端的位置判定某车载终端越过其设定的电子围栏时,所述服务器向相关的设备或人员发出该车载终端进入或驶出该围栏的消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子围栏系统,其特征在于,所述电子围栏监控服务器可以针对不同的出租车划定一个或多个不同的电子围栏,并且在车载终端越过其设定的不同电子围栏时发出有不同类型的消息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子围栏系统,其特征在于,所述电子围栏监控服务器所发出的消息由进入或驶出电子围栏的车载终端和/或其他的相关设备接收。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子围栏系统,其特征在于,所述车载终端包括用来实现定位功能的GPS接收器。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子围栏系统,其特征在于,所述车载终端上的GPS接收器还包括AGPS模块,通过无线网络实现定位功能。
