Abstract

본 발명은 로스터기에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 받침대를 통해 지면에 경사지게 마련되며 하부쪽 외주면에 한 쌍의 채프배출구가 길이방향으로 일정거리 이격되게 형성된 제1 몸체와, 제2 몸체로 이루어진 하우징, 상기 제1 몸체의 내부에 회전가능하게 설치되고, 내부에 공급된 원두가 나선운동을 통해 상기 하우징의 상부로 이동되도록 하는 복수개의 날개가 내측면에 결합된 드럼, 상기 제2 몸체가 위치된 상기 제1 몸체의 반대쪽 단부에 분리가능하게 결합되고, 상기 복수개의 날개에 의해 상기 드럼으로부터 이탈되는 상기 원두가 내측면에 충돌되는 뚜껑, 상기 제2 몸체의 일측면에 일단이 결합되고, 상기 드럼의 단부에 타단이 결합되어 상기 드럼에 회전력을 제공하는 구동모터 및, 상기 드럼의 외주면 소정 위치에 구비된 지지플레이트에 길이방향의 중심부가 관통결합되고, 상기 제2 몸체 및 상기 뚜껑이 결합된 제1 몸체의 단부에 양단부가 각각 결합되어 상기 드럼의 둘레를 따라 복수개로 마련된 고정샤프트를 포함하고, 상기 드럼의 양단부에는 상기 뚜껑에 의해 상기 원두로부터 분리된 채프가 상기 드럼에서 배출되어 상기 한 쌍의 채프배출구에 포집되도록 형성된 채프배출공으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
