For the purpose of creation of safe and non-complex bee bread threshing machine, allow to increase the output and improve in quality of bee bread granules, the disk-type bee bread threshing machine consists of a body (1) with raw material loading (2) and escape (3) holes, electric motor (4) installed inside, disk form crusher (6) fastened to the vertical shaft (5) equipped with two or more vanes (7), formed of the same disk material and directed to the loading hole (2) side. If required there can be two and more vanes (7). The vanes are tilted at 0-30 degree angle from perpendicular position to the disk opposite to the rotation direction and sharp edges are rolled.˙
Description
BEE BREAD DISK-TYPE THRESHING MACHINE
Technical Field The invention is referred to agriculture, beekeeping branch and definitely can be applied in production of bee bread threshing machines.
Background Art
From old times it is known that bee bread is appreciated for human's organism due to its vital compounds and is applied for treatment and prevention of the majority of diseases.
We all know a vibrating threshing device consisting of frame with a body inside, fixed with an elastic hanger consisting of four horizontally located cylindrical springs. The bottom part of the body is like a bearing plate equipped with a vibrator, to which electric motor is connected with the help of belt drive and tension device. There are slots on the internal side walls of the body, to which honeycombs are placed across the bearing plate using hangers. Under each honeycomb there are collectors attached and tilted towards the plane surface of the collection opening. The body of the device is designed with double swing technological doors. On the internal side of the doors there are honeycomb holders installed, and on the external side - locks and handles (see RU patent No. 2302729, A01K59/00, 2006).
This type of bee bread threshing machine is complex, bulky and unproductive, as wishing to get the bee bread, the honeycombs have to be dehydrated for a long time until bread granules shrivel.
We all know a bee bread crusher, consisting of a body with loading and escape holes and a conical breaker, installed inside, which upper part is permanently fastened to the body, and the bottom part is fastened to the shaft, which is vertically fastened inside the body. On the operating side, the upper and the lower parts of the conic crusher have edges laid out by generatrix of the cone. There is a primary crusher
installed after the loading hole, that has the form of the tube narrowing downward with the edges and inside which there is at least one beater, eccentrically fastened on the vertical shaft (see RU patent No. 2309797, B02C2/04, 2007).
This type of crusher is complex; the edges are easily blocked with bee bread and wax mass, so they have to be cleaned often. Bee bread granules are damaged during threshing process, because they are crushed into finer fractions and lose their initial hexagonal form, and due to this fact the product output and quality are low.
Disclosure of the invention
The goal of the invention - to create safe and non-complex bee bread threshing machine, allowing to increase the output and the quality of the bee bread granules.
The goal of the invention is achieved due to the fact that in the disk-type bee bread threshing machine, consisting of a body with raw material loading and escape holes, electric motor installed inside, disk form crusher fastened to the vertical shaft of the motor equipped with two or more vanes, formed of the same disk material, are directed to the loading hole side. Furthermore, the vanes are tilted at 0-30 degree angle from perpendicular position to the disk opposite to the rotation direction and sharp edges are rolled.
Brief Description of Drawings
The invention is explained in the drawings. Figure 1 represents a schematic circuit diagram of the disk-type threshing machine. Figure 2 represents a disk form crusher with vanes.

Description of Embodiments
The device operates as follows.
The cooled honeycombs with the bee bread we put into the raw material loading hole 2. The hole 2 is located above the movement zone of vanes. Rotating disk form crusher 6, fastened to the shaft 5 of the electric motor 4, crushes the combs and beats out bee bread granules from a comb. The bee bread and wax tailings mass under the influence of the centrifugal force pour out through the escape hole 3.
Industrial Applicability
Comparing to the prototype the whole combination of the new constructive elements has a simple structure: components is not a complex . structure, because the geometric shape of the operating space is very simple, moving parts are easy to dismantle and clean. The device is safe. The number of damaged and crushed granules of bee bread is reduced, thereby increasing the input and improving the quality.
Claims
1. The disk-type bee bread threshing machine, consisting of a body with raw material loading and escape holes, electric motor installed inside, disk form crusher fastened to the vertical shaft of the motor, characterized in that the crusher has a disk form and equipped with two or more vanes, formed of the same disk material and directed to the loading hole side.
2. The disk-type bee bread threshing machine according to clime 1, characterized in that the vanes are tilted at 0-30 degree angle from perpendicular position to the. disk opposite to the rotation direction and sharp edges are rolled.
