具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明一个实施例的物品存放装置的示意性结构图。如图1 所示,并参考图2和图3。本发明实施例提供了一种物品存放装置,其包括底壳10、物品存放板20和控制电路板30。物品存放板20安装于底壳10上,且该物品存放板20具有多个物品存放位21。控制电路板30位于底壳10内且处于物品存放板20的下方。控制电路板30上布置有分别与每个物品存放位21对应的多个物品感测装置31,每个物品感测装置31配置成感测相应物品存放位21上是否存放有物品。
在本发明的一些实施例中,每个物品存放位21的底壁中央开设有通孔。每个物品感测装置31可为光传感器,突伸于相应物品存放位21的通孔,以更准确地检测每个物品存放位21是否具有物品。可替代地,每个物品感测装置31也可为压力传感器、质量传感器等。
本发明实施例的物品存放装置可用于存放鸡蛋22,其上的每个物品存放位21用于搁置一个鸡蛋22。特别地,每个物品存放位21为从物品存放板20的上表面向下渐缩凹陷的凹腔,物品存放板20的下表面形成有分别与每个凹腔相应的多个凸起。在本发明的一些替代性实施例中,每个物品存放位21也可为从所述物品存放板20的上表面向下凹陷的矩形凹腔。
在本发明的一些实施例中,多个物品存放位21沿物品存放板20的宽度方向布置为至少两排,以使任意相邻的两排凸起之间具有沿物品存放板20的长度方向延伸的夹槽。例如,多个物品存放位21的数量可为12个,则每排物品存放位21的数量为6个,具有一个夹槽;或多个物品存放位21的数量也可为18个,则每排物品存放位21的数量为6个,具有两个夹槽。物品存放装置可进一步包括电源40,其与控制电路板30电连接,且电源40可位于底壳10内,其至少部分位于一个夹槽内。控制电路板30上开设有与电源40相适配的让位通孔,以便于电源40的安装。例如,多个物品存放位21沿物品存放板20的宽度方向布置为两排时,电源40的至少部分设置在两排凸起间形成的沿物品存放板20的长度方向延伸的夹槽内;让位通孔可设置于控制电路板30的中央。在本发明实施例中,电源40可选用可充电的锂电池。
为了将多个物品感测装置31的感测结果传输给客户端,或接收来自客户端的指示信息,该物品存放装置还包括数据通信装置32,设置在控制电路板30上,配置成传输多个物品感测装置31的感测结果。该数据通信装置32优选为WiFi模块,也可以采用蓝牙模块。在本发明的一些可替代的实施 例中,物品存放装置还可包括显示模块,其与控制电路板30电连接,以显示多个物品感测装置31的感测结果。用户可根据客户端或显示模块上的感测结果得到相应物品存放位21上是否具有物品。数据通信装置32可设置在临近电源40的一个端部,且位于两排凸起间形成的沿物品存放板20的长度方向延伸的夹槽内。
在本发明的一些实施例中,物品存放装置可进一步包括存放期指示装置50,配置成指示出其上连续存放物品时间最长的物品存放位21的位置,以提醒用户优先使用存放期时间最长的食物。在本发明的一些优选的实施例中,存放期指示装置50也可配置成指示出其上物品过期的物品存放位21的位置。具体地,如图3所示,存放期指示装置50包括多个指示灯52,指示灯52的数量多于或等于物品存放位21的数量;而且每个物品存放位21附近设置一个相应指示灯52。每个指示灯52可发出两种或两种以上的光,例如每个指示灯52为LED灯,其可发出红光和蓝光,当指示相应物品存放位21的物品连续存放时间最长而没过期时发出蓝光,当指示相应物品存放位21的物品过期时发出红光,此时过期的物品可不一定是存放时间最长的物品。
每个指示灯52可位于底壳10内,且每个指示灯52可包括:固定于控制电路板30上表面边缘处的灯座521和位于灯座521上的发光部522,参见图4。物品存放板20和底壳10侧壁上缘之间设置有导光环圈51,导光环圈51的与每个发光部522对应设置的区段在相应发光部522发光时向物品存放装置外传导光线,以用于指示相应物品存放位21。导光环圈51的与每个发光部522对应设置的区段可包括:导光环圈51的与每个发光部522的部分外表面接触抵靠的区段,和/或导光环圈51的临近每个发光部522的区段。具体地,导光环圈51可具有朝向底壳10中央的弧形环面,该弧形环面可与每个发光部522的部分外表面接触抵靠,当发光部522光时,导光环圈51的与发光的发光部522接触的区段能够向物品存放装置外传导光线,以使用户能够清楚地观察到光线,并找到对应的物品存放位21。在本发明的一些替代性实施例中,导光环圈51上也可设置有分别与每个指示灯52的发光部522相应的多个透光孔。为了防止外界的水分从底壳10、导光环圈51和物品存放板20之间的间隙进入底壳10内,底壳10侧壁上缘与导光环圈51之间和导光环圈51与物品存放板20之间均设置有密封装置,例如上密封圈81和下密封圈82。
当用户需要取蛋时,存放期指示装置50可根据数据通信装置32接收的物品存放期数据指示出其上连续存放物品时间最长的物品存放位21的位置,或者根据控制电路板30自行计算比较得到的物品存放期数据指示出其上连续存放物品时间最长的物品存放位21的位置。例如,当用户将要进行取物时,存放期指示装置50的多个指示灯52可依次闪烁,直至存放时间最长的物品前的指示灯52第二次或第三次闪烁时,使存放时间最长的物品前的指示灯52常亮,其它指示灯52灭,也就是说,存放期指示装置50可为跑马灯。在本发明的一些替代性实施例中,当用户将要进行取物时,只有存放时间最长的物品前的指示灯52亮。
在本发明的一些实施例中,多个物品存放位21的数量可为12个,则每排物品存放位21的数量为6个。多个指示灯52的数量可为16个,其中12个指示灯52分成两排,且将两排物品感测装置31夹置于其间;另外4个指示灯52布置在控制电路板30的两端边缘处。
在本发明的一些实施例中,物品存放装置还包括环境光感测元件61和导光柱62。环境光感测元件61可安装于控制电路板30的边缘处,配置成检测环境光的强度,以使多个物品感测装置31在环境光的强度高于预设值时启动,从而使物品感测装置31在用户可能取放物品的时段内进行工作,在其它时间不工作,以节能。由于环境光感测元件61安装于底壳10内,不能够直接接收环境光,沿竖直方向设置且其上端平齐于或超出物品存放板20的上表面的导光柱62可将环境光引导至环境光感测元件61。具体地,可在物品存放板20的与导光柱62相应的位置出开设竖向延伸的通孔,导光柱62插入该通孔内。例如,用户在白天或者开灯的情况下需要取出鸡蛋22进行做饭,而在夜间且为开灯用户取出鸡蛋22的几率比较小,此时使物品存放装置处于睡眠节能模式,可明显节省资源。
在本发明的一些实施例中,物品存放装置还可包括上盖70,其罩扣于物品存放板20,以保护物品。当上盖70为非透明/透明度低的上盖70时,其也能够遮挡光线,以使物品存放装置切换工作模式。进一步地,当上盖70为透明度高的上盖70时,可使上盖70的内侧壁上形成有环境光遮蔽塞,以在上盖70罩扣于物品存放板20后,遮盖导光柱62的受光部。当物品存放装置的上盖70打开后,物品存放装置认为用户可能取放物品,使存放期指示装置50指示存放时间最长的物品,且唤醒多个物品感测装置31,以检 测相应物品存放位21上的物品是否被取走,或者检测没放置物品的相应物品存放位21上是否放置了物品。
在本发明的一些实施例中,物品存放装置的物品存放板20的下表面可向下延伸出多个具有中央螺纹孔的螺钉柱,底壳10底壁和控制电路板30上可开设有分别与每个螺钉柱相应设置的多个安装孔,以利用多个螺钉分别依次穿过相应底壳10底壁上的安装孔和控制电路板30上的安装孔旋入相应螺钉柱将控制电路板30固定于物品存放板20。从底壳10的底壁竖直向上延伸有支撑肋,以支撑控制电路板30。本发明实施例的物品存放装置的底壳10底壁的外表面可形成有第一凹槽、第二凹槽和倾斜线槽,物品存放装置的至少一个开关安装于第一凹槽的底壁,物品存放装置的电源40接口安装于第二凹槽的侧壁,倾斜线槽与第二凹槽连通。至少一个开关可包括电源40开关、WiFi开关等。电源40接口可为USB接口,以为电源40充电。物品存放装置还具有L型防水底盖,罩扣于第二凹槽的用于安装电源40接口的侧壁和第一凹槽,以防止冰箱内的水分进入第一凹槽或第二凹槽内。
至此,本领域技术人员应认识到,虽然本文已详尽示出和描述了本发明的多个示例性实施例,但是,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的情况下,仍可根据本发明公开的内容直接确定或推导出符合本发明原理的许多其他变型或修改。因此,本发明的范围应被理解和认定为覆盖了所有这些其他变型或修改。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种物品存放装置,包括:
    底壳;
    物品存放板,安装于所述底壳上,且具有多个物品存放位;和
    控制电路板,位于所述底壳内且处于所述物品存放板的下方,其上布置有分别与每个所述物品存放位对应的多个物品感测装置,每个所述物品感测装置配置成感测相应所述物品存放位上是否存放有物品。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存放装置,其中
    每个所述物品存放位的底壁中央开设有通孔;且
    每个所述物品感测装置突伸于相应所述物品存放位的通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存放装置,其中
    所述物品存放装置用于存放鸡蛋,其每个物品存放位用于搁置一个鸡蛋。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存放装置,其中
    每个所述物品存放位为从所述物品存放板的上表面向下渐缩凹陷的凹腔,所述物品存放板的下表面形成有分别与每个所述凹腔相应的多个凸起。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的物品存放装置,其中
    所述多个物品存放位沿所述物品存放板的宽度方向布置为至少两排,以使任意相邻的两排所述凸起之间具有沿所述物品存放板的长度方向延伸的夹槽;
    所述物品存放装置进一步包括电源,其与所述控制电路板电连接,且所述电源位于所述底壳内,其至少部分位于一个所述夹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的物品存放装置,其中
    所述控制电路板上开设有与所述电源相适配的让位通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存放装置,进一步包括:
    数据通信装置,设置在所述控制电路板上,配置成传输所述多个物品感 测装置的感测结果。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存放装置,进一步包括:
    存放期指示装置,配置成指示出其上连续存放物品时间最长的物品存放位的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的物品存放装置,其中
    所述存放期指示装置包括多个指示灯,所述指示灯的数量多于或等于所述物品存放位的数量;而且
    每个所述物品存放位附近设置一个相应所述指示灯。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的物品存放装置,其中
    每个所述指示灯位于所述底壳内,且包括:固定于所述控制电路板上表面边缘处的灯座和位于所述灯座上的发光部;而且
    所述物品存放板和所述底壳侧壁上缘之间设置有导光环圈,所述导光环圈的与每个所述发光部对应设置的区段在相应所述发光部发光时向所述物品存放装置外传导光线。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存放装置,进一步包括:
    环境光感测元件,安装于所述控制电路板的边缘处,配置成检测环境光的强度,以使所述多个物品感测装置在环境光的强度高于预设值时启动;
    导光柱,沿竖直方向设置且其上端平齐于或超出所述物品存放板的上表面,以将环境光引导至所述环境光感测元件。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的物品存放装置,进一步包括:
    上盖,罩扣于所述物品存放板。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的物品存放装置,其中
    所述上盖的内侧壁上形成有环境光遮蔽塞,以在所述上盖罩扣于所述物品存放板后,遮盖所述导光柱的受光部。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的物品存放装置,其中
    从所述底壳的底壁竖直向上延伸有支撑肋,以支撑所述控制电路板;
    所述底壳底壁的外表面形成有第一凹槽、第二凹槽和倾斜线槽,所述物品存放装置的至少一个开关安装于所述第一凹槽的底壁,所述物品存放装置的电源接口安装于所述第二凹槽的侧壁,所述倾斜线槽与所述第二凹槽连通;
    所述物品存放装置还具有L型防水底盖,罩扣于所述第二凹槽的用于安装所述电源接口的侧壁和所述第一凹槽。
