Abstract

本发明公开一种LED平板灯,LED平板灯的底盘的底部向上隆起形成条形槽,在条形槽中安装有具有应急供电功能的应急模块和LED驱动电路,应急模块与LED驱动电路连接,在市电断电时,应急模块内的充电电池通过应急供电电路把储存的电能输出给LED驱动电路,为LED驱动电路供电,使LED平板灯在没有市电供应的情况下也能继续为人们提供照明。本发明提出的LED平板灯即可作为普通照明灯具使用,也可作为应急灯具使用,为用户带来便利。本发明在底盘上设置条形槽,便于应急模块和LED驱动电路的安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯具领域,特别涉及一种带应急功能的LED平板灯。
背景技术
平板灯是卧室灯的一种,其安装方式一般有悬挂、挂装或吸顶,简单实用,是家庭、餐厅、娱乐场所等各种场所经常选用的灯具。随着LED作为一种绿色、节能的固态光源在照明领域的应用越来越广泛,LED平板灯的应用也越来越广泛。LED平板灯作为室内照明灯具,均是由市电供电的,在停电的时候便会给人们带来很多不便。故而很多灯具上都会配备应急电源,以备不时之需,但是,由于LED平板灯的厚度,其内的容纳空间小,如何将应急功能应运到平板灯中,是本发明所要解决的技术问题。
发明内容较小,
本发明的主要目的是提供一种LED平板灯,旨在增加应急功能,使LED平板灯在没有市电供应的情况下也能继续为人们提供照明。
本发明提出一种LED平板灯,包括底盘、安装在所述底盘内侧面的LED光源板以及与所述LED光源板电气连接的LED驱动电路,所述底盘的底部向上隆起形成条形槽,所述LED驱动电路安装在所述条形槽中,在所述条形槽中还安装有具有应急供电功能的应急模块,所述应急模块与所述LED驱动电路连接;所述应急模块包括充电电池、与所述充电电池连接的充电电路、与所述充电电池连接的应急供电电路、用于开启或关闭所述应急供电电路的应急控制电路以及与所述应急控制电路连接的断电检测模块,所述应急供电电路与所述LED驱动电路的电源输入端连接。
优选地,所述条形槽设有两条。
优选地,还包括导光板,在所述底盘的两对应内侧分别设有槽口相对的光源安装槽,所述光源安装槽的尺寸与所述LED光源板匹配,所述LED光源板安装在所述光源安装槽中;在所述底盘的两对应内侧分别设有槽口相对的导光板安装槽,所述导光板安装槽垂直设置于所述光源安装槽的槽口,且与所述光源安装槽的槽口连通,所述导光板安装槽的宽度与所述导光板的厚度适配,所述导光板的边缘卡接在所述导光板安装槽中,所述LED光源板上的LED芯片与所述导光板的侧壁面相对。
优选地,还包括扩散板,在所述底盘的两对应内侧分别设有槽口相对的扩散板安装槽,所述扩散板安装槽设置在所述导光板安装槽的上方,与所述导光板安装槽相邻,所述扩散板的边缘卡接在所述扩散板安装槽中,所述扩散板盖设在所述导光板上。
本发明的LED平板灯的底盘的底部向上隆起形成条形槽,在条形槽中安装有具有应急供电功能的应急模块和LED驱动电路,应急模块与LED驱动电路连接,在市电断电时,应急模块内的充电电池通过应急供电电路把储存的电能输出给LED驱动电路,为LED驱动电路供电,使LED平板灯在没有市电供应的情况下也能继续为人们提供照明。本发明提出的LED平板灯即可作为普通照明灯具使用,也可作为应急灯具使用,为用户带来便利。本发明在底盘上设置条形槽,便于应急模块和LED驱动电路的安装。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1和图2,提出本发明LED平板灯的一实施例,该LED平板灯包括底盘100、安装在底盘100内侧面的LED光源板10以及与LED光源板10电气连接的LED驱动电路20,LED驱动电路20与LED光源板10电气连接,LED驱动电路20的电源输入端在开关的控制下与220V市电连接,连接电源时,LED驱动电路20驱动LED光源板10发光。该底盘100为金属材料制成,具有导热作用,LED光源板10贴合在底盘100的内侧壁面上,LED光源板10发光产生的热量有底盘100导出散热。在底盘100的底部向上隆起形成两条条形槽101,LED驱动电路20安装在条形槽101中。在条形槽101中还安装有具有应急供电功能的应急模块,该应急模块与LED驱动电路20连接,用于在市电断电时,为LED驱动电路20供电,使LED平板灯在市电断电的情况下也能为用户提供照明。
条形槽101的设置,便于应急模块和LED驱动电路20的安装,使应急模块、LED驱动电路20与平板灯合为一体,使用更加方便。
该应急模块包括充电电池32、与充电电池32连接的充电电路31、与充电电池32连接的应急供电电路33、用于开启或关闭应急供电电路33的应急控制电路34以及与应急控制电路34连接的断电检测模块35。断电检测模块35的输入端通过电源输入线与220V市电连接,断电检测模块35的输出端与应急控制电路34连接,应急控制电路34与应急供电电路33连接,应急供电电路33的输入端与充电电池32连接,应急供电电路33的输出端与LED驱动电路20的电源输入端连接,充电电池32与充电电路31连接,充电电路31与通过电源输入线与220V市电连接。充电电池32能通过充电电路31在市电正常供电时将电能储存起来,并能通过应急供电电路33把储存的电能输出给LED驱动电路20,为LED驱动电路20供电。断电检测模块35能检测到电源输入端有无电流输入,在市电断电时,断电检测模块35检测到输入端无电流输入,断电检测模块35便会将此断电信号传递给应急控制电路34,应急控制电路34接收此信号后便会自动导通应急供电电路33,使充电电池32通过应急供电电路33把储存的电能输出给LED驱动电路20,为LED驱动电路20供电,使LED平板灯在没有市电供应的情况下也能继续为人们提供照明。
本发明的LED平板灯即可作为普通照明灯具使用,也可作为应急灯具使用,方便、实用。
在底盘100的两对应内侧分别设有槽口相对的光源安装槽102,光源安装槽102的尺寸与LED光源板10匹配,LED光源板10安装在光源安装槽102中。LED光源板10从光源安装槽102的一端插入光源安装槽102中,即可完成LED光源板10的安装,操作简单,比用螺钉固定更加方便。
在底盘100内安装有导光板和扩散板。
在底盘100的两对应内侧分别设有槽口相对的导光板安装槽104,导光板安装槽104垂直设置于光源安装槽102的槽口,且与光源安装槽102的槽口连通,安装入光源安装槽102中的LED光源板10上的LED芯片与导光板安装槽104相对,LED芯片发出的光从导光板安装槽104发出。导光板安装槽104的宽度与导光板的厚度适配,导光板的边缘卡接在导光板安装槽104中,从而LED光源板10上的LED芯片与导光板的侧壁面相对,LED光源板10从侧面发出的光线经导光板从正面导出。
安装导光板时,将导光板的两边从对应的两导光板安装槽104的一端插入,即可完成导光板的卡接,安装操作简单。
在底盘100的两对应内侧分别设有槽口相对的扩散板安装槽103,将扩散板的两边从对应的两扩散板安装槽103中插入,即可使扩散板的边缘卡接在扩散板安装槽103中,扩散板的安装操作简单。扩散板安装槽103设置在导光板安装槽104的上方,且与导光板安装槽104相邻,扩散板安装后,扩散板盖设在导光板上。扩散板用于将导光板导出的光线扩散,从导光板导出的光线经扩散板后产生多角度的折射、反射和散射,从而使点光源达到扩散的效果,达到更佳均匀的出光效果。
底盘100可设置为正方形、长方形或其他形状,本实施例中的底盘100为长方形。

Claims (4)

1.一种LED平板灯,包括底盘、安装在所述底盘内侧面的LED光源板以及与所述LED光源板电气连接的LED驱动电路,其特征在于,所述底盘的底部向上隆起形成条形槽,所述LED驱动电路安装在所述条形槽中,在所述条形槽中还安装有具有应急供电功能的应急模块,所述应急模块与所述LED驱动电路连接;所述应急模块包括充电电池、与所述充电电池连接的充电电路、与所述充电电池连接的应急供电电路、用于开启或关闭所述应急供电电路的应急控制电路以及与所述应急控制电路连接的断电检测模块,所述应急供电电路与所述LED驱动电路的电源输入端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED平板灯,其特征在于,所述条形槽设有两条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED平板灯,其特征在于,还包括导光板,在所述底盘的两对应内侧分别设有槽口相对的光源安装槽,所述光源安装槽的尺寸与所述LED光源板匹配,所述LED光源板安装在所述光源安装槽中;在所述底盘的两对应内侧分别设有槽口相对的导光板安装槽,所述导光板安装槽垂直设置于所述光源安装槽的槽口,且与所述光源安装槽的槽口连通,所述导光板安装槽的宽度与所述导光板的厚度适配,所述导光板的边缘卡接在所述导光板安装槽中,所述LED光源板上的LED芯片与所述导光板的侧壁面相对。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED平板灯,其特征在于,还包括扩散板,在所述底盘的两对应内侧分别设有槽口相对的扩散板安装槽,所述扩散板安装槽设置在所述导光板安装槽的上方,与所述导光板安装槽相邻,所述扩散板的边缘卡接在所述扩散板安装槽中,所述扩散板盖设在所述导光板上。
