Abstract

本发明公开一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,包括底盘、安装在底盘上的LED光源组件和灯罩,在灯罩与底盘上设有用于相互连接的旋转卡扣结构,灯罩与底盘之间通过旋转卡扣方式进行连接,组装操作简便;LED光源组件由多个条形的LED光源板和LED驱动器组成,LED驱动器上设有多个插槽,LED光源板的端部插入相应的插槽中,与LED驱动器合为一体,组装操作简单,便于安装。LED驱动器内置有驱动模块和应急模块,应急模块与驱动模块连接,在市电断电时,应急模块内的充电电池通过应急供电电路把储存的电能输出给驱动模块,为驱动模块供电,使LED灯在没有市电供应的情况下也能继续为人们提供照明。

一种具有应急功能的LED灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及LED照明领域,特别涉及一种组装方便的具有应急功能的LED灯具。
背景技术
吸顶灯是吸附或嵌入屋顶天花板上的灯饰,它和吊灯一样,也是室内的主体照明设备,是家庭、办公室、娱乐场所等各种场所经常选用的灯具。LED具有无汞无毒、无电磁污染、无有害射线及节能环保、使用寿命长等特点,所以现有吸顶灯逐渐用LED取代节能灯管来作为光源使用。现有的具有应急功能的LED灯具一般由底盘、LED光源、LED驱动器和灯罩组成,组装时,需将LED光源和LED驱动器一一连接到底盘上,再将灯罩与底盘连接,连接操作不够简单,工作量大。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,旨在实现LED光源和LED驱动器的整体化,简化组装操作,使组装更加便捷。
本发明提出一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,包括底盘、安装在所述底盘上的LED光源组件和灯罩,其特征在于,所述底盘的上端口和所述灯罩的下端口呈圆形设置,在所述灯罩与所述底盘上设有用于相互连接的旋转卡扣结构,所述旋转卡扣结构由横向设置在所述灯罩的下端外壁面上的弧形的卡槽和设置在所述底盘的内壁面上的卡块组成,所述卡槽和所述卡块均设有至少两个,所述卡槽与所述卡块一一对应,所述卡槽一端设有开口朝下的与所述卡块适配的入口,所述卡槽的下侧边呈倾斜设置,从入口端至末端向上倾斜;所述LED光源组件由多个条形LED光源板和LED驱动器组成,所述LED驱动器包括驱动壳和设置在所述驱动壳内的LED驱动电路板,所述驱动壳由底板和上盖组成,在所述上盖的侧壁内侧面上设有若干用于卡扣连接的凹槽,在所述底板边缘设有与所述凹槽对应适配的卡接边,通过所述卡接边卡入对应的所述凹槽中,所述上盖与所述底板卡扣连接形成所述驱动壳;所述LED驱动电路板连接固定在所述底板上,所述LED驱动电路板包括凸出设置在边缘的若干用于电路连接的电接头部,所述电接头部包括分开设置的正极电接头和负极电接头,所述底板上设有与所述电接头部位置对应的槽位,所述电接头部位于所述槽位上方,形成与所述LED光源板端部适配的插槽,所述电接头部的与所述底板相对的面上设有焊盘,所述LED光源板的端部设有用于与所述正极电接头的焊盘电接的正极电接点和用于与所述负极电接头的焊盘电接的负极电接点,所述上盖的侧壁设有与所述插槽一一对应的插入口,所述LED光源板的端部从所述插入口插入所述插槽中,所述正极电接点与所述正极电接头上的焊盘接触,所述负极电接点与所述负极电接头上的焊盘接触;所述LED驱动电路板上设有驱动模块和应急模块,所述应急模块与所述驱动模块连接;所述应急模块包括充电电池、与所述充电电池连接的充电电路、与所述充电电池连接的应急供电电路、用于开启或关闭所述应急供电电路的应急控制电路以及与所述应急控制电路连接的断电检测模块,所述应急供电电路与所述驱动模块的电源输入端连接。
优选地,在所述上盖上镂空设有用于散热的通风孔。
优选地,所述垫板和所述底盘为导热金属制成。
本发明的具有应急功能的LED灯具的有益效果为:
本发明在灯罩与底盘上设有用于相互连接的旋转卡扣结构,灯罩与底盘之间通过旋转卡扣方式进行连接,组装操作简便。
本发明将LED光源板和LED驱动器组合形成整体的LED光源组件,便于整体安装和整体更换;组装时,只需将LED光源组件连接在底盘上,并罩上灯罩,即可完成LED底盘的组装,组装操作步骤少,简单,省时省力。
LED驱动器内置有驱动模块和应急模块,应急模块与驱动模块连接;应急模块包括充电电池、与充电电池连接的充电电路、与充电电池连接的应急供电电路、用于开启或关闭应急供电电路的应急控制电路以及与应急控制电路连接的断电检测模块,应急供电电路与驱动模块的电源输入端连接。在市电断电时,应急模块内的充电电池通过应急供电电路把储存的电能输出给驱动模块,为驱动模块供电,使LED灯在没有市电供应的情况下也能继续为人们提供照明。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参照图1至图2,提出本发明的具有应急功能的LED灯具的一实施例:
该具有应急功能的LED灯具包括底盘10、安装在底盘10上的LED光源组件2020和灯罩30。底盘10均为导热系数高的铝合金材料制成,导热性好,用于为LED光源散热。LED光源组件20由多个条形的LED光源板21和LED驱动器22组成。LED驱动器22包括驱动壳和设置在驱动壳内的LED驱动电路板,驱动壳由底板和上盖组成,LED驱动电路板连接固定在底板上。在上盖的侧壁内侧面上设有若干用于卡扣连接的凹槽,在底板边缘设有与凹槽对应适配的卡接边。通过卡接边卡入对应的凹槽中,上盖与上盖卡扣连接形成驱动壳,组装操作简单,易于拆装,方便对其内的LED驱动电路板的维修与更换。
LED驱动电路板包括凸出设置在边缘的若干用于电路连接的电接头部,底板上设有与电接头部位置对应的槽位,槽位设置在正多边形的底板的边上,电接头部位于槽位上方,形成与LED光源板21端部适配的插槽。上盖的侧壁设有与插槽一一对应的插入口,LED光源板21的端部从插入口插入插槽中,与LED驱动器22合为一体,形成LED光源装置,组装操作简单,便于安装。
电接头部包括分开设置的正极电接头和负极电接头,电接头部的与底板相对的面上设有焊盘,LED光源板21的端部设有用于与焊盘电接的电接点,电接点分为与正极电接头的焊盘电接的正极电接点和用于与负极电接头的焊盘电接的负极电接点,LED光源板21的端部从插入口插入插槽中,正极电接点与正极电接头上的焊盘接触,负极电接点与负极电接头上的焊盘接触,实现LED光源板21与LED驱动电路板的电气连接,连接无需导线,更加方便;电接部分隐藏在驱动壳内,不易被损坏,也更加安全,外观也更好看。
LED光源板21围绕LED驱动器22设置,可使光线均匀分布,提高光线利用率。多个LED光源板21之间并联连接,从而其中一LED光源板21损坏,其他LED光源板21不会受影响,依然会亮起。将损坏的LED光源板21拔出,更换新的LED光源板21即可,非常方便。
LED驱动电路板设置有驱动模块和应急模块,应急模块与驱动模块连接。该应急模块包括充电电池、与充电电池连接的充电电路、与充电电池连接的应急供电电路、用于开启或关闭应急供电电路的应急控制电路以及与应急控制电路连接的断电检测模块。断电检测模块的输入端通过电源输入线与220V市电连接,断电检测模块的输出端与应急控制电路连接,应急控制电路与应急供电电路连接,应急供电电路的输入端与充电电池连接,应急供电电路的输出端与驱动模块的电源输入端连接,充电电池与充电电路连接,充电电路与通过电源输入线与220V市电连接。充电电池能通过充电电路在市电正常供电时将电能储存起来,并能通过应急供电电路把储存的电能输出给驱动模块,为驱动模块供电。断电检测模块能检测到电源输入端有无电流输入,在市电断电时,断电检测模块检测到输入端无电流输入,断电检测模块便会将此断电信号传递给应急控制电路,应急控制电路接收此信号后便会自动导通应急供电电路,使充电电池通过应急供电电路把储存的电能输出给驱动模块,为驱动模块供电,使LED吸顶灯在没有市电供应的情况下也能继续为人们提供照明。
在上盖上镂空设有用于散热的通风孔,利于驱动壳内部与外部的空气流通,加快散热。
底盘10的上端口和灯罩30的下端口呈圆形设置,在灯罩30与底盘10上设有用于相互连接的旋转卡扣结构,旋转卡扣结构由横向设置在灯罩30的下端外壁面上的弧形的卡槽31和设置在底盘10的内壁面上的卡块11组成,卡槽31和卡块11均设有至少两个,卡槽31与卡块11一一对应,卡槽31一端设有开口朝下的与卡块11适配的入口,卡槽31的下侧边呈倾斜设置,从入口端至末端向上倾斜。将卡块11从卡槽31的入口插入卡槽31的一端,然后旋转灯罩30或底盘10,使灯罩30与底盘10相对旋转,从而卡块11经旋转卡入卡槽31的另一端,使灯罩30与底盘10连接固定。
卡槽31的下侧边为从入口端至末端向上倾斜设置,从而,卡槽31的末端的宽度较入口端的宽度小,在卡块11从入口端旋转至末端时,由于宽度越来越小,卡块11会被卡的越来越紧,使灯罩30与底盘10连接稳固。灯罩30与底盘10之间通过旋转卡扣结构旋转卡接,连接操作简便,连接稳固,能提高组装效率。

1.一种具有应急功能的LED灯具,包括底盘、安装在所述底盘上的LED光源组件和灯罩,其特征在于,所述底盘的上端口和所述灯罩的下端口呈圆形设置,在所述灯罩与所述底盘上设有用于相互连接的旋转卡扣结构,所述旋转卡扣结构由横向设置在所述灯罩的下端外壁面上的弧形的卡槽和设置在所述底盘的内壁面上的卡块组成,所述卡槽和所述卡块均设有至少两个,所述卡槽与所述卡块一一对应,所述卡槽一端设有开口朝下的与所述卡块适配的入口,所述卡槽的下侧边呈倾斜设置,从入口端至末端向上倾斜;所述LED光源组件由多个条形LED光源板和LED驱动器组成,所述LED驱动器包括驱动壳和设置在所述驱动壳内的LED驱动电路板,所述驱动壳由底板和上盖组成,在所述上盖的侧壁内侧面上设有若干用于卡扣连接的凹槽,在所述底板边缘设有与所述凹槽对应适配的卡接边,通过所述卡接边卡入对应的所述凹槽中,所述上盖与所述底板卡扣连接形成所述驱动壳;所述LED驱动电路板连接固定在所述底板上,所述LED驱动电路板包括凸出设置在边缘的若干用于电路连接的电接头部,所述电接头部包括分开设置的正极电接头和负极电接头,所述底板上设有与所述电接头部位置对应的槽位,所述电接头部位于所述槽位上方,形成与所述LED光源板端部适配的插槽,所述电接头部的与所述底板相对的面上设有焊盘,所述LED光源板的端部设有用于与所述正极电接头的焊盘电接的正极电接点和用于与所述负极电接头的焊盘电接的负极电接点,所述上盖的侧壁设有与所述插槽一一对应的插入口,所述LED光源板的端部从所述插入口插入所述插槽中,所述正极电接点与所述正极电接头上的焊盘接触,所述负极电接点与所述负极电接头上的焊盘接触;所述LED驱动电路板上设有驱动模块和应急模块,所述应急模块与所述驱动模块连接;所述应急模块包括充电电池、与所述充电电池连接的充电电路、与所述充电电池连接的应急供电电路、用于开启或关闭所述应急供电电路的应急控制电路以及与所述应急控制电路连接的断电检测模块,所述应急供电电路与所述驱动模块的电源输入端连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有应急功能的LED灯具,其特征在于,在所述上盖上镂空设有用于散热的通风孔。
