图7所示实施例与图4-6所示实施例不同之处在于将上夹片1、下夹片2连接起来的封口夹本体3的纵向截面的形状,图7所示实施例中封口夹本体3的纵向截面为U形,而图4-6所示实施例中封口夹本体3的纵向截面为U形。实际上,采用其它形状也是可以的,只要不影响使用时对上夹片1、下夹片2按压以密封置于其中的袋子封口即可。
图1-7所示实施例中的凹槽中分别都只安装了一组滚动机构;实际上,根据需要也可以设置多组滚动机构,它们的轴线相互平行,并且水平高度相同。换言之,在使用这种封口夹的情况下,待密封的袋子封口上的同一位置将先后被不同的滚动机构所按压,从而取得更好的密封效果。
图1-7所示实施例中的滚动机构为滚轮-轮轴结构,实际上也可以采用滚珠结构,即上下凹槽中都只安装位置固定的滚珠,并且当上下夹片闭合、上下凹槽相对时,上下滚珠可以对 放置在两者之间的袋子封口进行按压,同样实现密封的效果。
一般而言,滚动机构相对上夹片1和下夹片2对合面所在的平面突出一定尺寸设置,即滚动机构突出对合面所在的平面1.0mm~3.0mm,这样设置可以充分利用滚轮达到按压密封效果,同时,相对设置的滚轮之间的间距为2.0mm~5.0mm,以使得有足够的间隙可以夹住待密封袋的同时又不会因为间隙过大,避免密封效果不佳。
所述封口夹本体、滚动机构(包括滚轮、轮轴、滚珠等)的制作材料可以采用塑料或金属材料,塑料优选工程塑料;各部件可以使用相同的制作材料,也可以使用不同的制作材料。
优选的,例如:上夹片1、下夹片2、封口夹本体3及滚轮的制作材料选用聚丙烯(PP),轮轴、滚珠的制作材料也选用聚丙烯(PP)。
当需要密封袋子,例如真空压缩袋等结构时,将袋子待密封的封口置入封口夹的滚动机构之间,即滚轮或滚珠之间,在滑动本实用新型所示封口夹的同时人手轻轻按压,使得封口夹从压缩袋的一端滑行至另一端,由于在封口夹的凹槽内加入滚动机构,在滑移的过程中可大大降低内阻,且滚动机构之间的间距小于对合面的间距,可对开口处的密封条提供新的压力,同时,压缩袋等的开口处密封条受力也更均衡,从而使得拉链封口的密封性能更佳且省时省力。
考虑到待密封的袋子,例如真空压缩袋或者文具袋等类似结构通常不大,相配使用的的封口夹也不大,上述实施例中,只展现了设置一对和两对滚动机构即足以起到密封效果。当然,也可根据封口夹的具体使用场合以及型号大小,设置更多组滚动机构,以实现有效的密封作用。
另一方面,同样的,前述实施例中所述的间隙或其它尺寸的数值只是对于一般尺寸的袋子而言,如果待密封的袋子很大、很厚或很小、很薄,前述实施例中所述间隙或其它尺寸的数值显然应该进行适应性的调整以满足使用需求,此不赘述。
上述的对实施例的描述是为便于该技术领域的普通技术人员能理解和使用本实用新型。熟悉本领域技术的人员显然可以容易地对这些实施例做出各种修改,并把在此说明的一般原理应用到其他实施例中而不必经过创造性的劳动。因此,本实用新型不限于上述实施例,本领域技术人员根据本实用新型的揭示,不脱离本实用新型范畴所做出的改进和修改都应该在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种封口夹,包括封口夹本体,所述封口夹本体包括对称设置的上、下夹片,其特征在于:所述上、下夹片的对合面上至少分别对应开设一个凹槽,所述凹槽中分别安装有至少一滚动机构,所述滚动机构之间的间距不大于所述上、下夹片对合面的间距以协助密封夹合所需封闭的袋子。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的封口夹,其特征在于:所述各凹槽中安装的滚动机构的轴线为同一条直线或相互平行。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的封口夹,其特征在于:所述滚动机构包括滚轮以及用于安装所述滚轮的轮轴,所述凹槽两侧壁对应所述轮轴开有小孔,所述轮轴卡接设置在所述小孔中。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的封口夹,其特征在于:所述滚动机构包括至少一个滚珠,所述滚珠嵌合设置在所述凹槽中以在凹槽中滚动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的封口夹,其特征在于:所述滚动机构突出所述上、下夹片对合面所在的平面设置;优选的,所述滚动机构突出所述上、下夹片对合面所在的平面的尺寸为1.0mm~3.0mm;或者,优选的,所述滚动机构之间的间距为2.0mm~5.0mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的封口夹,其特征在于:所述凹槽中所安装的各组滚动机构的轴线为同一条直线,各凹槽中安装有至少一组滚动机构,各组滚动机构可分别在各凹槽中滚动以便使用不同组的滚动机构对待密封的袋子封口上的上下方位的不同位置同时进行按压;
    优选的,所述上、下夹片的对合面分别对应开设两个凹槽,各凹槽中安装有至少一组滚动机构,各组滚动机构可分别在各凹槽中滚动以便使用不同组的滚动机构对待密封的袋子封口上的上下位置同时进行按压。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的封口夹,其特征在于:各凹槽中所设置的各组滚动机构,它们的轴线相互平行,并且水平高度相同以便使用不同组的滚动机构对待密封的袋子封口上的同一位置先后进行按压。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的封口夹,其特征在于:所述上夹片、下夹片上表面分别设置有助于使用时增大握持、按压的摩擦力的摩擦纹;优选的,所述摩擦纹为若干道相互平行的细小的沟槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的封口夹,其特征在于:所述封口夹本体的纵向截面为V或U形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的封口夹,其特征在于:所述封口夹本体、滚动机构的制作材料采用塑料或金属材料;所述塑料优选工程塑料,更优选的,采用聚丙烯。
