Description
DEVICE FOR BUCKLE ASSEMBLY WITH HOOK
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to assembly units of the light industry.
The device is designed for buckle assembly with hook, used in the production of accessories for belts, bags, shoes and other articles of various types and purposes.
It is known an automatic buckle assembly machine containing mounted on a frame buckle and hook feed mechanisms, mechanisms for their fixation and assembly
[Ills also known an automatic buckle assembly machine provided with a top drive plate and a bottom fixed plate with sliders installed therein, containing a multi-stage bending punch [2],
The disadvantages of the known machines are the complexity of the design of the units and the labour intensiveness of their changeover to other types and sizes of buckles and hooks.
The technical problem, solved by the present invention, is to eliminate these disadvantages by using units that do not require changeover operations during the transition from one to other types and sizes of buckles and hooks.
The undertaken task is achieved by the use of a quick-change rotor, covering a wide range of sizes of hooks and buckles, as well as the use of a universal rotating hook feeding hopper-drum placed on bearing rollers, and an assembly for hook orientation and feeding to the area of the rotor wheel.
The device for the assembly of buckle with a hook, according to the proposed invention, comprises a frame with the installed thereon a drive motor with a gear unit, a hook feeding hopper-drum with radial blades attached to its inner surface, a feed vibroplate with vibratory motor, an incorrectly oriented hook throw-off mechanism, a hook feeding mechanism with control cam, a mechanism for hook loading into the rotor wheel, and a rotor wheel connected to a drive shaft, a hook lug bending mechanism and a mechanism for removal of the assembled buckles with hooks from the rotor wheel.
The technical result of the present invention is the simplification of the design of the device, providing a wide range of types and sizes of buckles and hooks corresponding to the needs for small-batch and single-piece production.
The device for the assembly of buckle with a hook allows for the assembly of a large range of models of buckles with hooks of various designs and sizes, used in the small-batch and single-piece production with high efficiency.
The exemplary device for the assembly of buckle with a hook according to the invention is shown graphically in:
FIG. 1 - general view,
FIG. 2 - side view,
FIG. 3 - view A,
FIG. 4 - view B.
The device comprises a frame 1 , a drive motor 2, a gear unit 3 with driving shaft 4 with fixed thereon a gear wheel 5, four bearing rollers 6 and installed thereon a hopper-drum 7 with mounted thereon a gear wheel with radial blades, fixed on the inner surface, a hook orientation and displacement mechanism, consisting of a vibroplate 8 with vibratory motor (not shown), placed in a vertical plane and installed on vibrosupports 9, and an electric motor 10 with incorrectly oriented hook throw-off blade, a hook feed plate 11 , a spring-loaded feeder 12 installed on an axis 13, a control cam 14, mounted on the drive shaft 4, a spring-loaded pusher 5, a pusher cam 6, mounted on the drive shaft 4, as well as spring-loaded clamps 17 and clamps 18 with fixed therein stop pins 19, mounted in pairs in the rotor wheel 20, mounted on a driven shaft, parallel to the drive shaft 4, and connected thereto by means of a belt gearing, a rotary stopper 21 , a bend spring 22 and a wedge for removal 23 of buckles 24 with hooks 25 from the rotor wheel (FIG. 1 ,2,3).
The device works as follows:
Before the start of operation the hopper-drum 7 is filled with hooks. When switching on the device the torque from the electric motor 2 is transmitted through the gear unit 3 to the drive shaft 4, gear wheel 5 and hook feeding hopper-drum 7 installed on bearing rollers 6. In turn, upon rotation of the hook feeding hopper-drum 7 fitted with radial blades, attached to its inner surface, is provided lifting of hooks from the lower part of the hopper-drum in its upper part, and when attaining the predetermined blade inclination angle the hooks placed thereon slide down under the force of gravity, while a certain part thereof is strung with the oriented down points onto the initial portion of the
vibroplate 8, and under the action of vibration forces produced by the vibratory motor (not shown) move slantwise along the vibroplate 8, at the same time the incorrectly strung hooks are thrown down from the vibroplate 8 by the movement of the blade, attached to the shaft of the throw-off motor 10 (FIG. 3). In the next stage the hooks move along the feeding plate 11 under the action of the spring-loaded feeder 12, which is a double-arm lever, the middle portion of which is mounted on the axis 13 with the possibility of swinging around the axis and of moving along the axis, wherein one end of the lever, made in the form of a spring-loaded platform with a working high-adhesion surface, is placed in a plane parallel to the feeding plate 11 , and the second end of the lever is coupled with the control cam 14, the profile of the working surfaces of which enables the cyclic motion of the spring-loaded platform for hook pressing against the feeding plate 1 , for their subsequent displacement and installation on the pusher 15.
The pusher 15, receiving a motion from the cam 16, pushes the installed hook into the channels of the spring-loaded clamps 17 and clamps 18 with the fixed therein stop pins 19 of the rotating rotor wheel 20 (FIG. 2). Further, on the rotating rotor wheel in the sector of 90°-180° from the hook loading point is carried out the manual installation of buckle into the lug of the hook by coupling the said surfaces, hook and buckle, making a single assembly unit, which in the sector of contact of the rotor wheel 20 pressing18 stop pin 19 with the rotary stopper 21 , retained in the operating position by the bend spring 22 of certain rigidity, is subjected to clamping, carrying out the bend of the hook lug 25, thus ensuring the connection of the buckle 24 with the hook 25 (FIG. 2)
Upon further rotation of the rotor wheel 20, the rotary stopper 21 , moving under the action of force of the moving stop pin 19, rotates and dropping out of the contact with it returns to the initial position, and the assembled unit the buckle 24 with the hook 25, reaching the removal wedge 23 location sector, under the action of force is removed from the rotor wheel 20 (FIG. 4).
