Abstract
Description
Invenţia se referă la industria construcţiilor de maşini, în special la instalaţii de asamblare ale industriei uşoare. The invention relates to the machine building industry, in particular to assembly plants of light industry.
Instalaţia este destinată pentru asamblarea cataramelor cu cârlige, şi poate fi utilizată la confecţionarea furniturii pentru curele, genţilor, încălţămintei şi altor articole de diferite tipuri şi scopuri. The installation is intended for assembling buckles with hooks, and can be used for making belt fittings, bags, shoes and other items of various types and purposes.
Este cunoscut un automat de asamblare a cataramelor, care conţine mecanisme de debitare a cataramelor şi cârligelor, mecanisme de fixare şi asamblare a acestora, montate pe un cadru [1]. A buckle assembly machine is known, which contains mechanisms for cutting buckles and hooks, mechanisms for fixing and assembling them, mounted on a frame [1].
De asemenea este cunoscut un automat de asamblare a cataramelor, care conţine o placă de acţionare superioară şi o placă imobilă inferioară cu cursoare instalate în aceasta, care conţine un poanson în trepte pentru îndoire [2]. Dezavantajele dispozitivelor cunoscute constau în complexitatea constructivă a ansamblurilor şi volumul sporit de muncă la reajustarea la alte tipodimensiuni ale cataramelor şi cârligelor. Problema pe care o rezolvă invenţia propusă constă în eliminarea dezavantajelor cunoscute prin utilizarea ansamblurilor, care nu necesită operaţii de reajustare la trecerea de la una la alte tipodimensiuni ale cataramelor şi cârligelor. The problem solved by the proposed invention consists in eliminating the known disadvantages by using assemblies that do not require readjustment operations when switching from one type and size of buckles and hooks to another.
Problema se soluţionează prin aceea că instalaţia de asamblare a cataramelor cu cârlige conţine un cadru, pe care este instalat un motor electric cu arbore de acţionare, unit printr-o roată dinţată cu un buncăr cu tambur de debitare a cârligelor, dotat cu palete radiale, fixate pe suprafaţa lui interioară; o dală vibrantă, unită cu un motor electric cu o paletă de aruncare a cârligelor orientate incorect. Un capăt al dalei vibrante este fixat în buncărul cu tambur, iar capătul opus este îmbinat cu o placă de debitare a cârligelor, unită cu un alimentator arcuit cu o camă de control, instalată pe arborele de acţionare. Instalaţia mai conţine un împingător arcuit cu o camă, instalată pe arborele de acţionare, un rotor, ce aderă la împingătorul arcuit şi este instalat pe un arbore condus, unit printr-un angrenaj cu arborele de acţionare. The installation also contains an arcuate pusher with a cam, installed on the drive shaft, a rotor, which adheres to the arcuate pusher and is installed on a driven shaft, connected by a gear to the drive shaft. Tangentially mounted in pairs on the periphery of the rotor are arcuate clamping devices and clamping devices with support fingers, in which the hooks, equipped with buckles, are fixed. The installation also contains a rotating support with a spring for bending the hook ears, which contact the rotor, as well as a wedge for removing the buckles assembled with hooks from the rotor.
Rezultatul tehnic constă în simplificarea construcţiei dispozitivului, asigurarea asamblării unei game largi de tipodimensiuni ale cataramelor şi cârligelor, corespunzătoare cerinţelor producerii în serii mici şi unitare. Instalaţia de asamblare a cataramelor cu cârlige permite de a realiza asamblarea unui sortiment larg de modele ale cataramelor cu cârlige de diferite construcţii şi dimensiuni, utilizate în producerea în serii mici şi unitare cu asigurarea unei productivităţi sporite. Instalaţia de asamblare a cataramelor cu cârlige conţine un cadru 1, un reductor 3, pe cadrul 1 fiind instalat un motor electric 2 cu arbore de acţionare 4, unit printr-o roată dinţată 5 cu un buncăr cu tambur 7 de debitare a cârligelor 25, instalat pe role de reazem 6, dotat cu palete radiale, fixate pe suprafaţa lui interioară; o dală vibrantă 8, instalată pe reazeme 9, unită cu un motor electric 10 cu o paletă de aruncare a cârligelor 25 orientate incorect, un capăt al dalei vibrante 8 este fixat în buncărul cu tambur 7, iar capătul opus este îmbinat cu o placă de debitare 11 a cârligelor 25, unită cu un alimentator arcuit 12, instalat pe o axă 13, cu o camă de control 14, instalată pe arborele de acţionare 4; un împingător arcuit 15 cu o camă 16, instalată pe arborele de acţionare 4; un rotor 20, ce aderă la împingătorul arcuit 15 şi este instalat pe un arbore condus, unit printr-un angrenaj cu arborele de acţionare 4, totodată la periferia rotorului 20 sunt montate tangenţial în perechi dispozitive arcuite de strângere 17 şi dispozitive de strângere 18 cu degete de reazem 19, în care sunt fixate cârligele 25, dotate cu catarame 24; un suport rotativ 21 cu un resort de îndoire 22 a urechiuşelor cârligelor 25, care contactează cu rotorul 20, precum şi o pană de scoatere 23 de pe rotor 20 a cataramelor 24 asamblate cu cârlige 25. Instalaţia funcţionează în modul următor. The installation operates in the following mode.
Înainte de începerea lucrului buncărul cu tambur 7 se alimentează cu cârlige. La rotirea buncărului cu tambur 7 dotat cu palete radiale, fixate pe suprafaţa lui interioară, se efectuează ridicarea cârligelor din partea inferioară a buncărului cu tambur 7 în partea lui superioară, iar la atingerea unui anumit unghi de înclinare a paletelor, cârligele amplasate pe ele alunecă în jos sub acţiunea forţei de gravitaţie, totodată o anumită parte a acestora se orientează cu vârfurile în jos pe porţiunea iniţială a dalei vibrante 8 şi, sub acţiunea forţelor de vibrare, exercitate de motorul vibrator (nu este indicat), se deplasează înclinat pe dala vibrantă 8, iar cârligele orientate incorect se aruncă de pe dala vibrantă 8 prin mişcarea paletei de aruncare, fixate pe arborele motorului electric 10 (fig. 3). La etapa ulterioară se efectuează deplasarea cârligelor 25 pe placa de debitare 11 sub acţiunea alimentatorului arcuit 12, care prezintă o pârghie cu două braţe, porţiunea de mijloc a căreia este instalată pe axa 13 cu posibilitatea oscilării în jurul acesteia şi deplasării de-a lungul axei, totodată un braţ al pârghiei, executat în formă de platou arcuit cu o suprafaţă de lucru cu aderenţă sporită, este amplasat într-un plan paralel faţă de placa de debitare 11, iar al doilea braţ al pârghiei este cuplat cu cama de control 14, profilul suprafeţelor de lucru al căruia asigură platoului arcuit o mişcare ciclică de strângere a cârligelor 25 de placa de debitare 11, pentru deplasarea lor ulterioară şi instalarea pe împingătorul 15. At the next stage, the hooks 25 are moved onto the cutting plate 11 under the action of the arcuate feeder 12, which has a two-arm lever, the middle portion of which is installed on the axis 13 with the possibility of oscillation around it and movement along the axis, at the same time, one arm of the lever, made in the form of an arcuate plate with a working surface with increased adhesion, is located in a plane parallel to the cutting plate 11, and the second arm of the lever is coupled to the control cam 14, the profile of the working surfaces of which provides the arcuate plate with a cyclic movement of tightening the hooks 25 to the cutting plate 11, for their subsequent movement and installation on the pusher 15.
