Abstract

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to assembly installations of the light industry.The installation for assembly of buckles with hooks comprises a frame (1), on which is installed an electric motor (2) with a drive shaft (4), connected by means of a gearwheel (5) to a hopper with drum (7) for feeding of hooks (25); a vibroplate (8), connected to an electric motor (10) with a blade for discharge of incorrectly oriented hooks (25). One end of the vibroplate (8) is fixed in the hopper with drum (7) and the opposite end is combined with a plate (11) for feeding of hooks (25), connected to a spring-loaded feeder (12) with a control cam (14), installed on the drive shaft (4). The installation also comprises a spring-loaded pusher (15) with a cam (16), a rotor (20), abutted on the spring-loaded pusher (15) and installed on a driven shaft. On the periphery of the rotor (20) are tangentially mounted pairwise spring-loaded pressure devices (17) and pressure devices (18) with stop pins (19), in which are fixed hooks (25), equipped with buckles (24).

Problema se soluţionează prin aceea că instalaţia de asamblare a cataramelor cu cârlige conţine un cadru, pe care este instalat un motor electric cu arbore de acţionare, unit printr-o roată dinţată cu un buncăr cu tambur de debitare a cârligelor, dotat cu palete radiale, fixate pe suprafaţa lui interioară; o dală vibrantă, unită cu un motor electric cu o paletă de aruncare a cârligelor orientate incorect.
