- 프레임과;상기 프레임 상에 전후로 개방되도록 형성되고 단면이 사각형으로 이루어지는 베일챔버와;상기 베일챔버의 후측 상부에 구비되어 곤포실을 매듭 및 절단하는 매듭부재와, 상기 베일챔버의 후측 하부에 상하 각운동하도록 구비되어 곤포실을 상기 매듭부재로 안내하는 니들부재로 이루어진 매듭부와;상기 베일챔버의 전측 내부공간으로 건초를 픽업하여 공급하는 픽업부와;상기 베일챔버의 전측 상부에 회전되도록 설치되고, 회전 하강시 상기 베일챔버 내부공간으로 픽업되어 공급된 건초를 상기 매듭부재와 상기 니들부재 사이의 곤포실이 위치한 후측으로 밀어 압축하는 레이크부와;상기 레이크부에 의해 후측으로 밀어 압축된 건초가 상기 레이크부의 상승회전시 부풀어 복원되는 것을 방지하고 다시 압축하는 압축 암부;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사각 베일러.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압축 암부는 상기 레이크부와 상기 니들부재 사이의 상기 베일챔버의 하측에 상하 각운동하도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사각 베일러.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 압축 암부는 상기 레이크부의 상승 회전시 상기 베일챔버의 하측에서 상기 베일챔버 내부공간으로 상승 각운동하고, 상기 레이크부의 회전 하강시 상기 베일챔버의 내부공간에서 상기 베일챔버의 하측으로 하강 각운동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사각 베일러.
- 프레임과;상기 프레임 상에 전후로 개방되도록 형성되고 단면이 사각형으로 이루어지는 베일챔버와;상기 베일챔버의 후측 상부에 구비되어 곤포실을 매듭 및 절단하는 매듭부재와, 상기 베일챔버의 후측 하부에 상하 각운동하도록 구비되어 곤포실을 상기 매듭부재로 안내하는 니들부재로 이루어진 매듭부와;상기 베일챔버의 전측 내부공간으로 건초를 픽업하여 공급하는 픽업부와;상기 베일챔버의 전측 상부에 회전되도록 설치되고, 회전 하강시 상기 베일챔버 내부공간으로 픽업되어 공급된 건초를 상기 매듭부재와 상기 니들부재 사이의 곤포실이 위치한 후측으로 밀어 압축하는 레이크부;로 이루어지고,상기 레이크부는 상기 베일챔버의 상측에 구동원에 의해 회전되는 구동축과, 상기 구동축의 단부에 수직방향으로 연장되어 형성되는 지지대와, 상단부가 상기 지지대에 회전고정되는 레이크부재와, 상기 레이크부재의 상단부에 상측으로 연장형성되는 연장부재와, 상기 구동축의 전방에 배치되는 회전축과, 하단부가 상기 회전축에 회전고정되고 상단부가 상기 연장부재의 상단부에 축고정되는 보조부재를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사각 베일러.
