目前,LCD(英文名称为Liquid Crystal Display,中文名称为液晶显示器)由于其技术的优势,已经广泛应用于生产生活中。在LCD的生产工艺中,常常需要使用一种辅助工具配合测试信号机完成LCD的测试。该辅助工具可为LCD与测试信号机之间提供信号连接,并将信号源的测试点连接在待测产品对应的测试点上,在点灯状态下完成对待测产品的检坝。
现有测试治具在应用时存在诸多缺陷:首先,治具本身与信号源为分体设置,使用时两者必须通过外接排线进行连接。这样在操作现场就会导致整体设备摆放杂乱,不利于车间操作与统一管理;而且,一般情况下,治具在进行信号测试时只在水平面上进行操作,不能提供较好的检测视角,不利于快速生产;其次,治具上的偏光片一般采用亚克力板直接贴附在载台的表面,这样不仅导致偏光片的透光率较低,而且还容易造成严重的划伤,大大增加了更换频率及漏检率;同时,治具载台与背光模块通常集成于一体,即,背光模块直接固定在载台后面的背光模块槽中,这样不便于背光模块的清洁与维修;此外,治具压头上的探针安装端无避让,在压头做往复运动时会导致非测试点处出现破损现象,造成不必要的损害。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上;术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“内”、“外”、“前端”、“后端”、“头部”、“尾部”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
此外,在本发明的描述中,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的测试治具包括底座1、信号源2、工作载台3和压接机构4;在底座1上设有承载工作载台3、压接机构4的倾斜面,该倾斜面与水平的夹角可根据需要灵活调整,例如:夹角可以为40°-50°,以45°为最优选择,其目的是为工作人员提供最佳的检测视角。而且,通过将信号源2设置在底座1上,通过信号源2就可直接形成检测待测产品的测试信号,方便一体化操作与管理;此外,压接机构4与工作载台3的一侧对应设置,用于将信号源2发出的测试信号施加于待测产品上;同时,利用工作载台3可在待测产品连接信号后对其进行点灯测试。该测试治具实现整体设备的一体化操作,具有较佳的检测视角,方便安装与维修。
为了模拟点灯状态,结合图1、图4、图5及图9所示,在工作载台3的上方设有翻转单元5,翻转单元5的一侧与工作载台3转动连接;在工作载台3的下方设有背光模块安装板6,背光模块安装板6与工作载台3之间为可拆卸连接;待测产品设置在工作载台3上且位于翻转单元5与背光模块安装板6之间,翻转单元5上固定有第一偏光片(上偏光片),第一偏光片位于待测产品的上方;背光模块安装板6上固定有背光源,背 光源上固定有第二偏光片(下偏光片),第二偏光片位于待测产品的下方。通过背光源以形成稳定的光源,光源通过工作载台3上的中空槽照射在待测产品上。
具体的,翻转单元5包括转动框51、合页52和固定板53,转动框51的一侧通过合页52安装于工作载台3上,利用合页52实现了翻转作用,达到快速安装与维修的目的;而且,在转动框51的内侧还设有用于容纳第一偏光片的卡槽,固定板53将第一偏光片通过双层玻璃板夹固在转动框51上,即:第一偏光片在被双层透明的玻璃板夹住后,通过固定板53安装于转动框51上的卡槽中。这种采用两层白玻璃中间夹设偏光片的方式,可完全避免偏光片出现划伤的风险。
背光模块安装板6与工作载台3之间为可拆卸连接,两者采用分体模式进行配合,不仅方便背光模块清洁,而且还可使背光模块上表面与待测产品保持最近距离,从而达到最佳的检测效果。当然,这种可拆卸连接的方式可以有多种,例如:背光模块安装板6上设有第一定位柱11,工作载台3上设有安装孔31,第一定位柱11位于安装孔31内;或者,工作载台3与背光模块安装板6之间通过磁性部件32连接,利用磁铁的磁力作用相互定位。当然也可以进一步优化,将定位柱与磁性部件32一起配合使用,从而达到更精准地定位与安装。
由于待测产品在点灯测试时是位于工作载台3上的,因此,在工作载台3上还需要有对待测产品进行准确定位的器件,以其中一种优选方式进行说明:工作载台3上设有多个第四定位柱14,多个第四定位柱14之间配合,完成对待测产品的限位作用。基于对待测产品的保护,第四定位柱14可以优选为树脂材料。
结合图1、图6、图7及图8所示,在背光模块安装板6的下方自上而下还依次设有横向调节板7、纵向调节板8和底板9。通过横向调节板7实现工作载台3在X方向对位调节,通过纵向调节板8实现工作载台3在Y方向对位调节。其调节方便、利于提高检测效率。
其中,在横向调节板7上设有驱动电路板的安装槽72,可将驱动背光源的电路板安装在槽内。而且,背光模块安装板6与横向调节板7之间也可通过定位柱、磁性部件连接。同时,横向调节板7可沿X方向移动,即,沿倾斜面的横向(左右方向)移动;纵向调节板8位于横向调节板7的下方,可沿Y方向移动,即,沿倾斜面的纵向(前后方向)移动;底 板9则固定在倾斜面上。
其中,横向调节板7上设有横向槽71(平行于X方向),纵向调节板8上设有第二定位柱12,第二定位柱12可装配于横向槽71中,使用时只需将横向槽71沿第二定位柱12滑动即可;相应地,纵向调节板8上设有纵向槽81(平行于Y方向),底板9上设有第三定位柱13,第三定位柱13可装配于纵向槽81中,使用时只需将纵向槽81沿第三定位柱13滑动即可。
值得说明的是,横向调节板7与纵向调节板8之间的对位移动调节并不局限于某种特定的形式,其可以根据实际需要设计相应地移动方式。对位调节时除了上述这种滑槽、定位柱的方式之外;也可以通过滑块、滑轨的方式;还可以采用滑轮、滑道的方式。
对于压接机构4而言,结合图2、图3及图13所示,压接机构4包括驱动单元和压头41;驱动单元驱动压头41沿Z方向移动,即,垂直于倾斜面的方向移动;压头41的一端设有凸起411,在凸起411上穿设有多个探针412。压头41采用探针412部分凸出设计,检测产品时只有探针412与测试点的直接接触,压头41其它部分不会接触的产品表面,从根本上避免了待测产品出现破损、压裂的现象。
探针412的一端与信号源2电连接,即,探针安装板和测试信号对应的电路板配合连接;同时,探针412的另一端在测试时接触连接于待测产品的测试点。探针412优选为双头可收缩式,双头可收缩式探针412利用中间套筒和弹簧配合,使针体两头实现可收缩作用,使其在与产品接触时,具有一定的缓冲作用,不会因压力过大导致产品破损。
而且,驱动单元可以为手动式,也可以为电动式。以其中一种方式进行说明:驱动单元包括框架42、旋转把手43、偏心块44、支承板45和弹性部件46;框架42位于倾斜面上,在框架42内设有导向轴47,导向轴47垂直于倾斜面;弹性部件46、支承板45均套设于导向轴47上,且弹性部件46位于支承板45的下方,基于成本的考虑,弹性部件46可以为弹簧,其作用是为了使支承板45进行复原作用;压头41固定连接于支承板45的一侧,可随支承板45一起往复运动;偏心块44位于支承板45的上方;旋转把手43用于驱动偏心块44压合在支承板45上;从而支承板45在偏心块44的作用下沿导向轴47的轴向移动。
此外,结合图10、图11、图12所示,信号源2上还连接有控制按键 21,控制按键21用于控制切换信号源发出的测试信号。信号源2通过信号源安装板22固定于底座1的内部;控制按键21位于底座1的侧板上,达到方便操作的目的。
具体的,将压头41与信号源2通过多针排线(例如16针排线结构)进行连接,并将测试信号传递给压头41上的各个探针412上面;通过背光源给待测产品提供稳定的光源,而且在翻转单元5与背光源上分别设有上下偏光片,用于检测产品不同颜色的画面;将信号源2与控制按键21之间通过另一排线结构(例如2针排线)进行连接,通过下压旋转把手43完成探针412与待测产品的接触,点亮产品进行检测。
综上所述,本发明提供的测试治具可有效地完成对待测产品的点灯测试,通过将底座、信号源、工作载台和压接机构一体化设计,方便管理与维护;而且,在底座上还设有承载所述工作载台、压接机构的倾斜面,使其具有较佳的检测视角,从而利于操作与生产。
本发明的实施例是为了示例和描述起见而给出的,而并不是群举式的或者将本发明限于所发明的形式。很多修改和变化对于本领域的普通技术人员而言是显而易见的。选择和描述实施例是为了更好说明本发明的原理和实际应用,并且使本领域的普通技术人员能够理解本发明从而设计适于特定用途的带有各种修改的各种实施例。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种测试治具,其特征在于,包括底座、信号源、工作载台和压接机构;所述底座上设有承载所述工作载台、压接机构的倾斜面;所述信号源位于底座上;所述压接机构用于将信号源发出的测试信号施加于待测产品上;所述工作载台对所述待测产品进行点灯测试。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的测试治具,其特征在于,在所述工作载台的上方设有翻转单元,所述翻转单元的一侧与工作载台转动连接;在所述工作载台的下方设有背光模块安装板,所述背光模块安装板与工作载台可拆卸连接;所述待测产品设置在工作载台上且位于翻转单元与背光模块安装板之间;所述翻转单元上固定有第一偏光片;所述背光模块安装板上固定有背光源,所述背光源上固定有第二偏光片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的测试治具,其特征在于,所述翻转单元包括转动框、合页和固定板,所述转动框的一侧通过合页安装于工作载台上;所述固定板将第一偏光片通过双层玻璃板夹固在转动框上。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的测试治具,其特征在于,所述背光模块安装板上设有第一定位柱,所述工作载台上设有安装孔,所述第一定位柱位于安装孔内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的测试治具,其特征在于,所述工作载台与背光模块安装板之间通过磁性部件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的测试治具,其特征在于,所述工作载台上设有用于限位所述待测产品的第四定位柱。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的测试治具,其特征在于,在所述背光模块安装板的下方自上而下依次设有横向调节板、纵向调节板和底板;所述横向调节板上设有用于驱动所述背光源的电路板的安装槽;所述底板固定在所述倾斜面上,所述纵向调节板沿Y方向移动,所述横向调节板沿X方向移动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的测试治具,其特征在于,所述横向调节板上设有横向槽,所述纵向调节板上设有第二定位柱,所述第二定位柱位于横向槽中;所述纵向调节板上设有纵向槽,所述底板上设有第三定位柱,所述第三定位柱位于纵向槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的测试治具,其特征在于,所述压接机构包 括驱动单元和压头;所述驱动单元驱动所述压头沿Z方向移动;所述压头的一端设有凸起,在凸起上穿设有多个探针;所述探针的一端与信号源电连接,另一端与所述待测产品的测试点接触连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的测试治具,其特征在于,所述驱动单元包括框架、旋转把手、偏心块、支承板和弹性部件;所述框架位于倾斜面上,在框架内设有导向轴;所述弹性部件、支承板均套设于导向轴上,且弹性部件位于支承板的下方;所述压头固定连接于支承板的一侧;所述偏心块位于支承板的上方;所述旋转把手驱动所述偏心块压合在所述支承板上;所述支承板在偏心块的作用下沿所述导向轴的轴向移动。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的测试治具,其特征在于,所述信号源上连接有控制按键,所述控制按键用于切换所述信号源发出的测试信号。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的测试治具,其特征在于,所述信号源通过信号源安装板固定于所述底座的内部;所述控制按键位于底座的侧板上。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的测试治具,其特征在于,所述倾斜面与水平面之间的夹角为40°-50°。
