Abstract

一种微波炉烤盘组件,包括:相互配合的上烤盘(1)及下烤盘(2),上烤盘(1)及下烤盘(2)对应设置有阶梯形凹部(3),该阶梯形凹部(3)具有至少两个子凹部,靠中间的第一子凹部(31)用于放置待烘烤物体,与第一子凹部(31)相邻的第二子凹部(32)的凹陷深度较第一子凹部(31)的凹陷深度浅。这样,上下烤盘可相互配合,以第一子凹部(31)对待烘烤物体进行定位,使待烘烤物体能实现内外烘烤程度一致,口感更佳。

微波炉烤盘组件 技术领域
本申请涉及家电领域,尤其涉及一种微波炉用烤盘组件。
背景技术
随着人们生活节奏的日益加快,操作简单化的需求越来越多,简单的同时也需要操作快捷,并且烘烤出来的食物更加可口。
香肠一般采用的是油炸的方式进行加热烹调,但是,采用油炸的方式容易导致香肠内外油炸程度不一,在外部可能已经炸好时,内部却还未炸透,不利于杀菌,且内外口感差别较大。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少在一定程度上解决上述技术问题之一。
本申请提供一种微波炉烤盘组件,包括:相互配合的上烤盘及下烤盘,所述上烤盘及下烤盘对应设置有阶梯形凹部,该阶梯形凹部具有至少两个子凹部,靠中间的第一子凹部用于放置待烘烤物体,与所述第一子凹部相邻的第二子凹部的凹陷深度较所述第一子凹部的凹陷深度浅。
进一步地,所述子凹部呈条形,且垂直于其延伸轴向的截面呈弧面。
进一步地,所述子凹部呈条形,且垂直于其延伸轴向的截面呈方形面。
进一步地,所述第一子凹部两侧均设置有所述第二子凹部。
进一步地,所述第一子凹部一侧设置有至少一个第二子凹部。
进一步地,该微波炉烤盘组件还包括:用于夹持并固定所述上烤盘与下烤盘的夹持件。
进一步地,所述夹持件位于所述上烤盘及下烤盘的一侧或两侧,当位于所述上烤盘及所述下烤盘一侧时,所述上烤盘与下烤盘的未设置夹持件一端采用转轴相互可旋转式固定。[0012]

本申请的有益效果是:

请参考图1-3,本申请提供一种微波炉烤盘组件,包括:相互配合的上烤盘1及下烤盘2,上烤盘1及下烤盘2对应设置有阶梯形凹部3,该阶梯形凹部3具有至少两个子凹部,靠中间的第一子凹部31用于放置待烘烤物体4,与第一子凹部31相邻的第二子凹部32的凹陷深度较第一子凹部31的凹陷深度浅。这样,上下烤盘可相互配合,以第一子凹部对待烘烤物体进行定位,使待烘烤物体能实现内外烘烤程度一致,口感更佳。另外,由于待烘烤物体通常在烘烤之前需要涂覆烘烤油或其他调料,在烘烤时,由于烘烤油会因受热而溅射,为聚集烘烤油回流到待烘烤物体上,第二子凹部可达到这种效果。
为实现对筒形待烘烤物体进行定位烘烤,上述子凹部呈条形,且垂直于其延伸轴向的截面呈弧面。
为实现对长方体形待烘烤物体进行定位烘烤,上述子凹部呈条形,且垂直于其延伸轴向的截面呈方形面。
为全方位聚集烘烤油,第一子凹部两侧均设置有第二子凹部。
为实现多层深度聚集烘烤油,第一子凹部一侧设置有至少一个第二子凹部,通常第一子凹部一侧可设计一个、两个、三个或其他个数的第二子凹部,而在设计两个或两个以上第二子凹部时,其凹陷深度可以由外向第一子凹部逐渐加深。
为进一步固定上下烤盘,该微波炉烤盘组件还包括:用于夹持并固定上烤盘与下烤盘的夹持件。
为进一步实现烤盘组件的多样性,夹持件位于上烤盘及下烤盘的一侧或两侧,当位于上烤盘及下烤盘一侧时,上烤盘与下烤盘的未设置夹持件一端采用转轴相互可旋转式固定。
为在烘烤时,烘烤油等不会溅出,上烤盘与下烤盘盘面之间不具有间隔。但为了使空气流通,上下烤盘盘面之间可以设计有间隔。
一般,子凹部的凹陷深度取值范围可为5-30mm,具体可设计为5、10、20、25、30mm。
而上述上烤盘及下烤盘的材质主要采用适合烘烤加热的耐热/导热材质,如金属材质或陶瓷材质等。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种微波炉烤盘组件,包括:相互配合的上烤盘及下烤盘,其特征在于,所述上烤盘及下烤盘对应设置有阶梯形凹部,该阶梯形凹部具有至少两个子凹部,靠中间的第一子凹部用于放置待烘烤物体,与所述第一子凹部相邻的第二子凹部的凹陷深度较所述第一子凹部的凹陷深度浅。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的微波炉烤盘组件,其特征在于,所述子凹部呈条形,且垂直于其延伸轴向的截面呈弧面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的微波炉烤盘组件,其特征在于,所述子凹部呈条形,且垂直于其延伸轴向的截面呈方形面。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的微波炉烤盘组件,其特征在于,所述第一子凹部两侧均设置有所述第二子凹部。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的微波炉烤盘组件,其特征在于,所述第一子凹部一侧设置有至少一个第二子凹部。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的微波炉烤盘组件,其特征在于,该微波炉烤盘组件还包括:用于夹持并固定所述上烤盘与下烤盘的夹持件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的微波炉烤盘组件,其特征在于,所述夹持件位于所述上烤盘及下烤盘的一侧或两侧,当位于所述上烤盘及所述下烤盘一侧时,所述上烤盘与下烤盘的未设置夹持件一端采用转轴相互可旋转式固定。
  8. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的微波炉烤盘组件,其特征在于,所述上烤盘与下烤盘盘面之间具有或不具有间隔。
  9. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的微波炉烤盘组件,其特征在于,所述子凹部的凹陷深度为5-30mm。
  10. 如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的微波炉烤盘组件,其特征在于,所述上烤盘及下烤盘为金属材质或陶瓷材质。
