Abstract
La présente invention concerne : une chaîne à neige de type à liaison par clou qui comprend une plaque d'accueil de clou, un clou, une plaque de bride de liaison et une tige de liaison ; et un appareil de montage de celle-ci. La plaque d'accueil de clou est courbée au niveau des parties d'extrémité opposées de celle-ci, dans laquelle est formé un trou d'épingle. Le clou est fixé à la plaque d'accueil de clou et comprend une saillie. La plaque de bride de liaison comporte une pluralité de trous de liaison formés dans celle-ci pour la liaison de plaques d'accueil de clou adjacentes et est introduite dans une rainure de bande de roulement formée dans la surface circonférentielle extérieure d'un pneu pour fonctionner de manière à placer précisément la chaîne à neige. La tige de liaison est introduite dans le trou d'épingle de la plaque d'accueil de clou et le trou de liaison de la plaque de bride de liaison pour relier de manière rotative la plaque d'accueil de clou et la plaque de bride de liaison. En outre, la tige de liaison comporte une partie évidement qui est formée dans la surface extérieure de celle-ci et est arrêtée par le trou de liaison de la plaque de bride de liaison pour servir en tant que clavette. Selon la configuration ci-dessus, il est possible de fixer/détacher la chaîne à neige à/depuis différentes tailles de pneus de manière facile et simple et de remplacer facilement une partie endommagée arbitraire en raison du nombre de plaques de bride de liaison et de la pluralité de trous de liaison formés dans la plaque de bride de liaison tout en simplifiant la liaison du clou en simplifiant encore la configuration de la chaîne à neige.
