Abstract
一种LED铜线灯的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)准备工作:准备好一条铜线和若干个LED贴片;(2)裁剪:当完成步骤(1)的工序后,打磨掉铜线上需要焊接的部位的绝缘漆,并用激光或者工具刀把需要连接LED贴片正负极的位置剪断,从而实现每个LED贴片的正极、负极、正极、负极依次循环叠加,达到串联高压的目的;(3)上锡:剪断铜线后,在LED贴片与铜线连接处上锡焊接。该制作工艺操作简单、快捷,工作效率高,产品结构简洁,成品不良率低。
Description
本发明涉及LED灯制作工艺,尤其涉及一种新型LED铜线灯的制作工艺。
传统用铜线灯生产时是采用2根铜线(漆包线)与LED贴片进行先并联后串联的焊接的方法来生产工艺6-220V,传统的方法是把2根漆包线并排后打磨铜线上面的绝缘层,后上焊锡膏,在放上LED贴片,过回流焊焊接,结束后用外力剪断每颗灯的两根线中的其中一根,让LED灯泡起到串联作用,为了安全及美观,需要把剪断位用胶水粘起来,确保剪断位不能导电。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种新型LED铜线灯的制作工艺。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种新型LED铜线灯的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)准备工作:准备好一条铜线(漆包线)和若干个LED贴片;
(2)裁剪:当完成步骤(1)的工序后,打磨掉铜线上需要焊接的部位的绝缘漆,并用激光或者工具刀把需要连接LED贴片
正负极的位置剪断,从而实现每个LED贴片的正极、负极、正极、负极依次循环叠加,达到串联高压的目的;
(3)上锡:剪断铜线后,在LED贴片与铜线连接处上锡焊接即可。
进一步地,步骤(2)中采用激光机匀速切割打磨面中心位置或者通过匀速电机带动工具刀连续上下切割,达到剪断铜线的目的,速度为不低于100粒/15秒。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:本制作工艺仅用一根铜线把LED贴片正负极串联起来,操作简单、快捷,用料和人工成本明显降低,工作效率高,产品结构简洁,成品不良率低。

下面结合附图对本发明进一步详述。
如图1所示,一种新型LED铜线灯的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)准备工作:准备好一条铜线(漆包线)和若干个LED贴片;
(2)裁剪:当完成步骤(1)的工序后,打磨掉铜线上需要焊接的部位的绝缘漆,并用激光或者工具刀把需要连接LED贴片正负极的位置剪断,从而实现每个LED贴片的正极、负极、正极、负极依次循环叠加,达到串联高压的目的;
(3)上锡:剪断铜线后,在LED贴片与铜线连接处上锡焊接即可。
步骤(2)中采用激光机匀速切割打磨面中心位置或者通过匀速电机带动工具刀连续上下切割,达到剪断铜线的目的,速度为不低于100粒/15秒。

- 一种新型LED铜线灯的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:(1)准备工作:准备好一条铜线(漆包线)和若干个LED贴片;(2)裁剪:当完成步骤(1)的工序后,打磨掉铜线上需要焊接的部位的绝缘漆,并用激光或者工具刀把需要连接LED贴片正负极的位置剪断,从而实现每个LED贴片的正极、负极、正极、负极依次循环叠加,达到串联高压的目的;(3)上锡:剪断铜线后,在LED贴片与铜线连接处上锡焊接即可。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED铜线灯的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)中采用激光机匀速切割打磨面中心位置或者通过匀速电机带动工具刀连续上下切割,达到剪断铜线的目的,速度为不低于100粒/15秒。
