Description

一种拖挂式安检通道 技术领域
本发明涉及安全检查领域,尤其涉及一种拖挂式安检通道。
背景技术
在现有技术中,当需要针对机场上的登机旅客进行行李和人身检查时,一般是在机场安检大厅的固定安检通道内进行。在突发的紧急情况下,当需要在飞机附近或停机坪等室外场所进行临时户外安检时,则往往会将不同种类的安检设备分别运送到需安检场所进行临时布置和组装。但这样的做法费时费力,无法满足突发事件情况下的快速响应的要求;另外,由于这种情况下的安检流程不能和室内安检通道保持一致,因此会带来一定的安全漏洞。
发明内容
本发明提供一种拖挂式安检通道,以解决现有技术中可移动的安全检查设备集成度不高,响应不够迅速的技术问题。
本发明提供一种拖挂式安检通道,包括:牵引装置和移动安检舱,其中:
所述牵引装置用于对所述移动安检舱进行拖挂牵引;
所述移动安检舱内包括:身份识别系统、X光检查系统、金属检测系统、液体检查系统以及爆炸物检查系统中的至少两种,所述移动安检舱下方设有轮组。
进一步地,
所述轮组包括两组前轮组和两组后轮组,所述前轮组为万向轮组,所述后轮组为从动轮组。

参见图1,本发明实施例提供了一种拖挂式安检通道,包括:
牵引装置1,用于对移动安检舱2进行拖挂牵引;
移动安检舱2,其内部包括:身份识别系统、X光检查系统、金属检测系统、液体检查系统以及爆炸物检查系统中的至少两种,移动安检舱2下方设有轮组。
其中,本实施例中的拖挂式安检通道是通过拖挂牵引力而运动的,拖挂牵引力可以根据用户的现有拖动设备选用,其中可以包括:电瓶拖车、轿车(可进行中间拖挂)等任何能够满足拖挂效果的拖动设备。
由于本实施例中的拖挂式安检通道没有自驱动,因此移动安检舱下方设置的轮组可以包括:前后各两组轮组。其中前轮组可以为万向轮组,以实现拖挂式安检通道的自由灵活运输,而后轮组可以为从动轮组。另外,在本实施例的一个应用场景中,后轮组还可以包括刹车 装置,以实现拖挂式安检通道的承重、运输和驻车使用。
可举例的是,本实施例中的移动安检舱2还可以包括电动支撑结构,能够满足拖挂式安检通道在不同工作环境下的稳定工作。
为了更进一步地实现拖挂式安检通道的机动性和灵活性,移动安检舱2内还可以包括电力设备,用于对拖挂式安检通道提供电源,满足移动安检舱2及其内部各项设施的安全稳定供电。其中,电力设备可以为发电机,也可以为蓄电池组。可选地,当在移动安检舱2内安装发电机时,还可以选择静音发电机,其自身具有减震功能,满足设备的隔音和减震效果,并可以将发电机外部用具有隔音效果的隔音柜包裹。发电机或蓄电池组可以在没有市电的情况下供电,保证拖挂式安检通道的正常工作。进一步地,包裹隔音柜的发电机室可以在拖挂式安检通道内部设置一个密封效果很好的开启门,便于电力设备的外部防护以及保养。其内部可以布置有整个拖挂式安检通道的控制单元。
可选地,移动安检舱2内还可以包括温度控制设备,用于对移动安检舱2进行温度控制。其中,温度控制设备可以为空调。进一步地,整个移动安检舱2的内部顶部周边可以设计有独立的风道,该风道相当于舱体内部装饰,并可以形成风道和灯饰的集成系统。在移动安检舱2顶部安装满足车载使用的车载空调,冷暖风通过风道输送到舱体内部,同时风道形成的灯槽可以安装旋转的LED射灯,以满足整个通道的照明需求。
在本实施例的一个应用场景中,移动安检舱2内还可以包括:监控设备,用于对所述移动安检舱内环境进行无死角监控;和/或,报警设备,用于对周围可移动物品进行报警提示。
实施例1:
图2-5提供了拖挂式安检通道的具体结构示意图,其中,图2为拖挂式安检通道的右视图,图3为拖挂式安检通道的左视图,图4为 拖挂式安检通道的顶视图,图5为本实施例中拖挂式安检通道的金属检查系统结构示意图。
由图2-5中可知,1为牵引装置,位于移动安检舱2的前侧,3为静音发电机,其外部包裹有隔音柜,置于发电机室4内,发电机室4设置有一个密封效果很好的开启门,便于电力设备的外部防护以及保养。空调5设置在移动安检舱2的内侧顶部,包括风道,可以为移动安检舱2提供冷热风以调节温度,并起到装饰作用。报警系统6用于对周围可移动物品进行报警提示。移动安检舱2的下方设有两组前轮组7和两组后轮组8,其中前轮组7为万向轮组,以实现拖挂式安检通道的自由灵活运输,而后轮组8为从动轮组,后轮组8包括刹车装置。监控设备9位于移动安检舱2顶部,为云台摄像机,用于对整个拖挂式安检通道进行无死角监控。
在移动安检舱2内部,分别设置有身份识别系统10、X光检查系统11、金属检测系统12、液体检查系统13以及爆炸物检查系统14。这些检查设备用于对被检人员和行李进行各项安全检查。具体地,被检人员和行李进入移动安检舱2,首先在身份识别系统10进行身份识别和记录,然后根据引导,将行李放置在X光检查系统11进行正常的物品检查,被检人员通过金属探测系统12的探测门进行金属探测。当被检人员通过探测门后,将站到指定位置,进行安检员手持人工安检的对应项目。通过手持安检后要对被检人员随身携带的液体进行液体检查,也即将所携带的液体在安检人员的引导下,放置在液体检查系统13进行检查,根据液体检查仪的检查结果,做出对应响应.液体检查完毕,需要对被检人员及其行李进行爆炸物检查,在安检人员的引导下,通过爆炸物检查系统14完成爆炸物检查。当全部安检无报警后,则可以在安检人员引导下,从出口走出,完成所有的安全检查流程。
可见,本发明实施例的拖挂式安检通道提供了一种集成式的可移 动的安全检查设备,能够快速有效地响应机场、海关等安检部门的临时应急安检指令,综合性强,能够灵活机动地满足不同用户的不同市场需求。
