背景技术
柔性显示装置采用柔性基板制作,因而具有柔性。柔性显示装置具有可弯曲、柔韧性佳、耐用度高、更加轻薄、功耗低等优点,使其被广泛应用于智能可穿戴式电子设备、便携式移动电子设备等诸多领域,成为目前领域内研究的热点。
柔性显示装置能够朝向显示面或背面(与显示面相对的一面)弯曲,但是若弯曲度超过一定程度时,显示装置就容易由于过度弯曲而发生损坏。如图1a、图1b和图1c所示,现有技术中在显示屏12背面的边缘区域A2(边缘区域A2位于显示区域A1的周围)上设置多个限制结构11,限制结构11为梯台形结构。当显示屏12朝向背面弯曲时,相邻限制结构11的侧面相互抵持,使显示屏12在弯曲一定角度后无法进一步弯曲,从而可消除显示屏12被过度弯曲造成损坏的问题。
但是,上述限制结构仅能防止显示装置朝向背面过度弯曲,无法限制显示装置朝向显示面弯曲时的弯曲程度。若需限制显示装置朝向显示面弯曲的程度,则需在显示面的边框区域设置限制结构,这无疑会使显示装置的厚度进一步增加,且造成显示装置的边框宽度无法做窄。
发明内容

本发明提供了一种柔性显示装置,包括:显示屏,所述显示屏中进行画面显示的一面为显示面,与所述显示面相对的一面为背面;设置于所述背面的多个限制结构,所述限制结构包括底端、首端和尾端; 所述底端的端面固定于所述显示屏的背面;所述首端具有凸起,所述凸起包括相接的第一抵持面和第二抵持面,所述第一抵持面与所述第二抵持面之间的夹角的开口背向所述显示屏;所述尾端具有凹槽,所述凹槽包括相接的第三抵持面和第四抵持面,所述第三抵持面与所述第四抵持面之间的夹角的开口背向所述显示屏,且所述第三抵持面与所述第四抵持面之间的夹角大于所述第一抵持面与所述第二抵持面之间的夹角;所述多个限制结构排成至少一排,一排中后一限制结构的凸起位于前一限制结构的凹槽内,且后一限制结构的第一抵持面与前一限制结构的第三抵持面相对,后一限制结构的第二抵持面与前一限制结构的第四抵持面相对;当所述柔性显示装置朝向所述背面弯曲至第一曲率时,所述后一限制结构的第一抵持面与所述前一限制结构的第三抵持面相互抵持,以防止所述柔性显示装置进一步弯曲;当所述柔性显示装置朝向所述显示面弯曲至第二曲率时,所述后一限制结构的第二抵持面与所述前一限制结构的第四抵持面相互抵持,以防止所述柔性显示装置进一步弯曲。
优选的,所述第一抵持面与所述第二抵持面之间的夹角为15度~75度。
优选的,所述第三抵持面与所述第四抵持面之间的夹角为90度~150度。
优选的,所述多个限制结构排成四排,分别与所述显示屏的四边平行设置。
优选的,所述多个限制结构位于所述显示屏的背面的边缘区域。
优选的,所述第一曲率小于或等于所述柔性显示装置在不损坏的前提下朝向所述背面弯曲所能够达到的最大曲率。
优选的,所述第二曲率小于或等于所述柔性显示装置在不损坏的前提下朝向所述显示面弯曲所能够达到的最大曲率。
优选的,后一限制结构的凸起中第一抵持面和第二抵持面相接的部位通过一芯轴与前一限制结构的凹槽中第三抵持面和第四抵持面相接的部位连接,以使在所述柔性显示装置朝向所述背面弯曲时,后一限制结构的凸起在前一限制结构的凹槽中绕所述芯轴逆时针转动,并且在所述柔性显示装置朝向所述显示面弯曲时,后一限制结构的凸起在前一限制结构的凹槽中绕所述芯轴顺时针转动。
优选的,所述多个限制结构的底端的端面粘接于所述显示屏的背面。
优选的,所述柔性显示装置还包括:位于所述显示屏背面且沿所述显示屏边框设置的导轨,所述多个限制结构的底端可移动地连接于所述导轨上,以使所述多个限制结构能够沿所述导轨移动。
本发明所提供的柔性显示装置中,由于限制结构仅设置于显示装置背面,因此不会增大显示装置厚度,也不会对显示装置的边框宽度造成限制。限制结构的首端具有凸起,尾端具有凹槽,构成凸起的第一抵持面与第二抵持面之间的夹角小于构成凹槽的第三抵持面与第四抵持面之间的夹角。在一排限制结构中,后一限制结构的凸起位于前一限制结构的凹槽内,且后一限制结构的第一抵持面与前一限制结构的第三抵持面相对,后一限制结构的第二抵持面与前一限制结构的第四抵持面相对。当显示装置朝向背面弯曲时,后一限制结构的第一抵持面与前一限制结构的第三抵持面相抵持,防止了显示装置朝向背面过度弯曲;当显示装置朝向显示面弯曲时,后一限制结构的第二抵持面与前一限制结构的第四抵持面相抵持,防止了显示装置朝向显示面过度弯曲。从而实现了在不进一步增大显示装置厚度,不对显示装置的边框宽度造成限制的前提下,限制显示装置朝向显示面和背面两个方向的弯曲程度的目的,有效地避免了显示装置被过度弯曲造成的损坏。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面将结合附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种柔性显示装置,如图2a和图2b所示,包括:显示屏22,该显示屏22中进行画面显示的一面为显示面,与显示面相对的一面为背面;设置于背面的多个限制结构21。
限制结构21包括底端、首端和尾端。其中,底端的端面A5固定于显示屏22的背面;首端具有凸起211,该凸起211包括相接的第一抵持面A1和第二抵持面A2,第一抵持面A1与第二抵持面A2之间的夹角α1的开口背向显示屏22;尾端具有凹槽212,该凹槽212包括相接的第三抵持面A3和第四抵持面A4,第三抵持面A3与第四抵持面A4之间的夹角α2的开口背向显示屏22,且第三抵持面A3与第四抵持面A4之间的夹角α2大于第一抵持面A1与第二抵持面A2之间的夹角α1。
多个限制结构排成至少一排,一排中后一限制结构的凸起211位于前一限制结构的凹槽212内,且后一限制结构的第一抵持面A1与前一限制结构的第三抵持面A3相对,后一限制结构的第二抵持面A2与前一限制结构的第四抵持面A4相对。
当柔性显示装置朝向背面弯曲至第一曲率时,后一限制结构的第一抵持面A1与前一限制结构的第三抵持面A3相互抵持,以防止柔性显示装置进一步弯曲。
当柔性显示装置朝向显示面弯曲至第二曲率时,后一限制结构的第二抵持面A2与前一限制结构的第四抵持面A4相互抵持,以防止柔 性显示装置进一步弯曲。
具体的,参见图2a,当柔性显示装置不进行弯曲时,显示屏22的显示面与背面均为平面,各限制结构21处于同一平面上。此时,由于α2>α1,因此后一限制结构的第一抵持面A1与前一限制结构的第三抵持面A3之间形成夹角θ1,该夹角θ1为显示装置朝向背面所能弯曲的弧度,即确定第一曲率的值;后一限制结构的第二抵持面A2与前一限制结构的第四抵持面A4之间形成夹角θ2,该夹角θ2为显示装置朝向显示面所能弯曲的弧度,即确定第二曲率的值。
当显示装置朝向背面弯曲时,如图2c所示,后一限制结构的第一抵持面A1与前一限制结构的第三抵持面A3相向转动,当二者共同转过夹角θ1时,会完全贴合,产生相互抵持作用,显示装置不再能够进一步朝向背面弯曲,从而将显示装置朝向背面弯曲的曲率限制在第一曲率内。
当显示装置朝向显示面弯曲时,如图2d所示,后一限制结构的第二抵持面A2与前一限制结构的第四抵持面A4相向转动,当二者共同转过夹角θ2时,会完全贴合,产生相互抵持作用,显示装置不再能够进一步朝向显示面弯曲,从而将显示装置朝向显示面弯曲的曲率限制在第二曲率内。
可见,本实施例所提供的柔性显示装置实现了对显示装置的显示面和背面两个方向的弯曲程度的限制,有效的避免了显示装置因弯曲过度造成的损坏。由于仅在显示装置的背面设置进行弯曲程度限制的限制结构就能够实现上述目的,无需再在显示装置的显示面上设置限制朝向显示面弯曲的程度的限制结构,因此不会造成显示装置厚度的进一步增大和对显示装置的边框宽度的限制,有利于显示装置的轻薄化和窄边框化。
需要说明的是,本实施例中所述的第一曲率可小于或等于柔性显示装置在不损坏的前提下朝向背面弯曲所能够达到的最大曲率,第二曲率可小于或等于柔性显示装置在不损坏的前提下朝向显示面弯曲所能够达到的最大曲率,从而有效地保证柔性显示装置不至于由于过度弯曲而损坏。
本实施例中,柔性显示装置朝向背面所实际能弯曲的程度(即第一曲率)与朝向显示面所实际能弯曲的程度(即第二曲率)分别取决 于柔性显示装置不弯曲时后一限制结构的第一抵持面A1与前一限制结构的第三抵持面A3之间的夹角θ1以及后一限制结构的第二抵持面A2与第四抵持面A4之间的夹角θ2。θ1与θ2又取决于限制结构21的凸起211的第一抵持面A1与第二抵持面A2之间的夹角α1,凹槽212的第三抵持面A3与第四抵持面A4之间的夹角α2,以及第一抵持面A1、第二抵持面A2、第三抵持面A3和第四抵持面A4各自相对于限制结构21的底端的端面A5的倾斜程度和倾斜方向。因此可通过对α1、α2以及各抵持面的倾斜程度和倾斜方向的设置,得到具有所需要的弯曲度的柔性显示装置。更为具体的是,第一抵持面A1与第二抵持面A2之间的夹角α1优选的可为15度~75度,第三抵持面A3与第四抵持面A4之间的夹角α2优选的可为90度~150度。
为了使柔性显示装置能够沿平行于显示屏22的四条边的方向弯曲,优选的可使多个限制结构21排成四排,所排成的四排限制结构分别与显示屏22的四边平行设置。更为优选的是,可将限制结构21设置于显示屏22的背面的边缘区域,显示屏22的显示区域不设置限制结构21,保证限制结构21不会对显示品质产生影响。
本实施例中,相邻两个限制结构21可相互独立,互不连接,仅通过将后一限制结构的凸起211置于前一限制结构的凹槽212中实现对显示装置弯曲程度的限制。
在其它实施例中,还可将相邻两个限制结构21的首端和尾端连接起来,以防止后一限制结构的凸起211在显示装置弯曲程度过大时从前一限制结构的凹槽212中滑出而无法复原的情况出现。具体的,后一限制结构的凸起211中第一抵持面A1和第二抵持面A2相接的部位(即凸起211的尖端)可通过一芯轴与前一限制结构的凹槽212中第三抵持面A3和第四抵持面A4相接的部位(即凹槽212的尖端)连接,从而在柔性显示装置朝向背面弯曲时,后一限制结构的凸起211在前一限制结构的凹槽212中绕芯轴逆时针转动,并且在柔性显示装置朝向显示面弯曲时,后一限制结构的凸起211在前一限制结构的凹槽212中绕芯轴顺时针转动。既保证了限制结构对弯曲程度的限制作用的实现,又防止了凸起211在显示装置弯曲程度过大时从凹槽212中滑出而无法复原的情况出现,提高了柔性显示装置的可靠性。
另外,本实施所提供的柔性显示装置中,多个限制结构的底端的 端面A5可粘接于显示屏22的背面,从而实现限制结构21与显示屏22的固定连接。在其它实施例中,还可通过在显示屏22的背面设置微结构实现限制结构21与显示屏22的可移动连接。具体的,可在显示屏22背面、沿显示屏22边框设置导轨,将多个限制结构的底端可移动地连接于导轨上,使多个限制结构21能够沿导轨移动,从而在柔性显示装置弯曲时,各个限制结构21之间相互挤压所产生的应力能够通过限制结构21在导轨上的移动而减小,有利于提高柔性显示装置的可靠性。
需要说明的是,本实施例中的显示屏可以为液晶面板、电子纸或OLED(有机发光二极管)面板,用于具有柔性的手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等显示装置。
以上所述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所附权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种柔性显示装置,包括:显示屏,所述显示屏中进行画面显示的一面为显示面,与所述显示面相对的一面为背面;设置于所述显示屏背面的多个限制结构,其特征在于,所述限制结构包括底端、首端和尾端;所述底端的端面固定于所述显示屏的背面;所述首端具有凸起,所述凸起包括相接的第一抵持面和第二抵持面,所述第一抵持面与所述第二抵持面之间的夹角的开口背向所述显示屏;所述尾端具有凹槽,所述凹槽包括相接的第三抵持面和第四抵持面,所述第三抵持面与所述第四抵持面之间的夹角的开口背向所述显示屏,且所述第三抵持面与所述第四抵持面之间的夹角大于所述第一抵持面与所述第二抵持面之间的夹角;
    所述多个限制结构排成至少一排,一排中后一限制结构的凸起位于前一限制结构的凹槽内,且后一限制结构的第一抵持面与前一限制结构的第三抵持面相对,后一限制结构的第二抵持面与前一限制结构的第四抵持面相对;
    当所述柔性显示装置朝向所述背面弯曲至第一曲率时,所述后一限制结构的第一抵持面与所述前一限制结构的第三抵持面相互抵持;当所述柔性显示装置朝向所述显示面弯曲至第二曲率时,所述后一限制结构的第二抵持面与所述前一限制结构的第四抵持面相互抵持。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一抵持面与所述第二抵持面之间的夹角为15度~75度。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述第三抵持面与所述第四抵持面之间的夹角为90度~150度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述多个限制结构排成四排,分别与所述显示屏的四边平行设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述多个限制结构位于所述显示屏的背面的边缘区域。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述第一曲率小于或等于所述柔性显示装置在不损坏的前提下朝向所述背面弯曲所能够达到的最大曲率。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二 曲率小于或等于所述柔性显示装置在不损坏的前提下朝向所述显示面弯曲所能够达到的最大曲率。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,后一限制结构的凸起中第一抵持面和第二抵持面相接的部位通过一芯轴与前一限制结构的凹槽中第三抵持面和第四抵持面相接的部位连接,以使在所述柔性显示装置朝向所述背面弯曲时,后一限制结构的凸起在前一限制结构的凹槽中绕所述芯轴逆时针转动,并且在所述柔性显示装置朝向所述显示面弯曲时,后一限制结构的凸起在前一限制结构的凹槽中绕所述芯轴顺时针转动。
  9. 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述多个限制结构的底端的端面粘接于所述显示屏的背面。
  10. 根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的柔性显示装置,其特征在于,所述柔性显示装置还包括:位于所述显示屏背面且沿所述显示屏边框设置的导轨,所述多个限制结构的底端可移动地连接于所述导轨上,以使所述多个限制结构能够沿所述导轨移动。
