背景技术
当前儿童接触电子产品的时间越来越多,尤其喜欢使用其中的拍照功能,但是又不会操作,经常会拍出全黑、模糊等无效照片,而且连拍数张,会占用拍照产品的大量内存。这个时候家长需要手动选择并且删除这些图片,费时费力。另外一种情况就是采用终端或者是其他拍照产品进行拍照的时候,因为屏幕小无法确认当前拍照效果如何,有时候会有很多模糊照片,但是在小屏幕的终端上无法辨别,需要放大拍的照片,在照片不合格的时候,再手动去删除这些照片。
因此,在相关技术中,主要是采用放大当前照片,人为确认当前拍照是否符合要求。这样如果想保证拍照质量,需要每次拍照后都人为去确认,费时费力,而且有的时候在强光下拍照后,由于看不清楚屏幕,无法通过屏幕确认照片是否合格。
针对相关技术中存在的需要用户确认并手动删除无效图片,费时费力的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种图片删除方法及装置,以至少解决相关技术中存在的需要用户确认并手动删除无效图片,费时费力的问题。

提醒单元52,设置为提醒终端用户是否删除该图片;第二删除单元54,连接至上述提醒单元52,设置为在接收的终端用户的输入信息为确定删除该图片时,删除该图片。
图6是根据本发明实施例的图片删除装置的优选结构框图,如图6所示,该装置除包括图2所示的所有模块外,还包括获取模块62,下面对该装置进行说明。
获取模块62,连接至上述检测模块22,设置为通过以下方式至少之一获取该图片:拍照,网络下载,蓝牙传输,近场通信NFC。
通过上述各实施例中的方法或装置可以有效的减少无效图片。用户在接收到图片的时候不需要人为放大图片查看当前拍照是否有效,也不用担心儿童操作保存很多无用图片。只需要增加一个自动检测机制,就可以对当前图片进行分析处理,或者也可以根据图片文件夹中已经保存的图片进行分析处理,判断是否是无图像照片,或者是人脸模糊照片,或者是不清晰照片。用户可以选择自动删除或者是自动提示后选择性删除。采用此项技术可以检测当前相册中或其他图片文件夹中的无效照片,为终端或者是拍照产品清除不必要的存储空间。
下面以删除无效拍照为例对本发明实施例进行说明。
图7是根据本发明实施例的删除无效拍照装置,如图7所示,该装置包括图像采集模块72(同上述获取模块62),图像检测模块74(同上述检测模块22),图像处理模块76(同上述判断模块24和删除模块26),下面对各模块进行说明。
1.图像采集模块72
图像采集模块72由数字相机、连接器和相机接口标准数据接收机组成,按照照相机接口标准接口协议要求将相机输出的图像数据写入系统缓存中。图像采集模块72主要负责采集用户需要拍照的图像信息,这个模块可以使终端产品或者拍照产品的拍照设备。
2.图像检测模块74
图像检测模块74设置为处理当前的图像信息,通过检测像素点信息,判断当前拍照是否有效。检测模式可以有多种,可以有模糊检测,可以有人脸检测,可以有无图像检测等。
模糊检测:常用的是用各种边缘检测算子对图像进行卷积运算,计算出来图像每个部分的梯度值,由于边缘有突变的像素值,所以梯度大的地方很可能是边缘。常见的有sobel算子等。如果整个图片的梯度值都比较小,那就是整幅图像是模糊图像,可以提示用户是否删除。
人脸检测:人脸的轮廓可以近似被看成一个椭圆,则人脸可以通过检测椭圆来完成。对任意一副图像可以进行边缘检测,并对细化后的边缘提取特征曲线来检测人脸。虽然人脸因人而异,但是都遵循一些普遍适用的规则,如五官的几何分布规则,通过检测图像中是否有人脸,即是否满足这些规则的图像块来确定当前图像是否符合要求。
无效图像检测:图像都是有像素点组成,通过计算整幅图像的像素点灰度值,取值范围从0-255,白色为255,黑色为0。如果整幅图像的80%为小于50,或者整幅图像的80%>200,那就可以判定当前图像为全黑或者全白图像,从而检测出无效图像提示用户是否删除。当然如果需要特殊图像拍照,可以直接关闭此图像检测功能。
3.图像处理模块76
图像处理模块76在接收到图像检测模块74的检测结果后,如果结果为图像有效,则直接保存当前图像,如果结果为图像无效,则自动删除或者提醒用户是否需要删除,并根据用户的操作对图片进行处理。其中,可以将该无效图像保存到其他类似回收站的文件夹中提示用户是否删除,方便用户操作。
图8是根据本发明实施例的删除无效拍照的方法流程图,如图8所示,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤S802,开始;
步骤S804,图像采集模块采集图像;
步骤S806,进入图像检测模块对图像进行检测;
步骤S808,判断当前图像是否为有效图像;
步骤S810,进入图像处理模块对图像进行处理,当图像有效时,进入步骤S812,否则进入步骤S814;
步骤S812,直接保存该图像;
步骤S814,直接删除图像或根据用户选择进行图片的删除或保存。
通过上述装置或方法,可以确定当前拍照是否有效,如果确定当前拍照为清晰拍照则保存,如果确定当前拍照为模糊拍照,等无效拍照,则自动删除,或者是提示用户是否保存后再自动删除,同时还可以检测当前的图片文件中是否有无效图片,直接进行删除或者提示删除,为用户清理无用的存储空间。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
如上所述,通过上述实施例及优选实施方式,采用对获取的图片的图像信息进行检测;判断所述图片的图像信息是否符合预定规则;在判断结果为否的情况下,删除所述图片,解决了相关技术中存在的需要用户确认并手动删除无效图片,费时费力的问题,进而达到了省时省力,提高用户体验的效果。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种图片删除方法,包括:
    对获取的图片的图像信息进行检测;
    判断所述图片的图像信息是否符合预定规则;
    在判断结果为否的情况下,删除所述图片。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,对获取的所述图片的图像信息进行检测包括以下方式至少之一:
    图像模糊检测,人脸检测,设置为利用像素灰度值对所述图片进行检测的无效图像检测。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,当利用所述无效图像检测方式对获取的所述图片的图像信息进行检测时,判断所述图片的图像信息是否符合预定规则包括:
    获取所述图片的图像信息中包含的各像素点的像素灰度值;
    判断像素灰度值大于第一像素灰度值或小于第二像素灰度值的像素点的数量是否大于预定阈值;
    在判断结果为是的情况下,确定所述图片不符合预定规则。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,删除所述图片包括:
    在不提醒终端用户的情况下直接删除所述图片。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,删除所述图片包括:
    提醒终端用户是否删除所述图片;
    在接收的所述终端用户的输入信息为确定删除所述图片时,删除所述图片。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在对获取的所述图片的图像信息进行检测之前,还包括通过以下方式至少之一获取所述图片:
    拍照,网络下载,蓝牙传输,近场通信NFC。
  7. 一种图片删除装置,包括:
    检测模块,设置为对获取的图片的图像信息进行检测;
    判断模块,设置为判断所述图片的图像信息是否符合预定规则;
    删除模块,设置为在判断结果为否的情况下,删除所述图片。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,对获取的所述图片的图像信息进行检测包括以下方式至少之一:
    图像模糊检测,人脸检测,设置为利用像素灰度值对所述图片进行检测的无效图像检测。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述判断模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为当利用所述无效图像检测方式对获取的所述图片的图像信息进行检测时,获取所述图片的图像信息中包含的各像素点的像素灰度值;
    判断单元,设置为判断像素灰度值大于第一像素灰度值或小于第二像素灰度值的像素点的数量是否大于预定阈值;
    确定单元,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,确定所述图片不符合预定规则。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述删除模块包括:
    第一删除单元,设置为在不提醒终端用户的情况下直接删除所述图片。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述删除模块包括:
    提醒单元,设置为提醒终端用户是否删除所述图片;
    第二删除单元,设置为在接收的所述终端用户的输入信息为确定删除所述图片时,删除所述图片。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,还包括:
    获取模块,设置为通过以下方式至少之一获取所述图片:拍照,网络下载,蓝牙传输,近场通信NFC。
