Description

一种具有堆栈结构的包装箱 技术领域
本发明属于包装运输领域,具体地讲,涉及一种具有堆栈结构的包装箱。
背景技术
在对装有液晶模组的包装箱进行运输时,通常需要将多个包装箱堆叠放置,然后用固定绳将堆叠一起的多个包装箱捆绑运约束。然而,当堆叠的包装箱过高时,在运输的过程中,由于震动等因素,包装箱容易摇晃而倒塌,造成液晶模组的损坏,也降低了装卸搬运工作的效率,造成使用上的不便。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,本法明的目的在于提供一种具有堆栈结构的包装箱,包括底座及设置于底座之上的箱体,其中,所述底座的底面沿第一方向设置有第一沟槽,所述箱体的顶表面沿第一方向设置有与所述第一沟槽匹配的第一卡条。
进一步地,所述底座的底面沿第二方向设置有第二沟槽,所述箱体的顶表面沿第二方向设置有与所述第二沟槽匹配的第二卡条,其中,所述第二卡条所述第二方向垂直于所述第一方向。
进一步地,所述第一沟槽与所述底座的底面的连接边为倒角边,所述第一卡条的顶表面与侧面的连接边为倒角边。
进一步地,所述第一沟槽与所述底座的底面的连接边为倒角边,所述第二沟槽与所述底座的底面的连接边为倒角边。

参照图1至图2,根据本发明的第一实施例的具有堆栈结构的包装箱包括底座10及设置于底座10之上的箱体20。
底座10的底面沿第一方向设置有第一沟槽11。在本实施例中,所述第一方向为图1中的x轴方向,但本发明并不限制于此,所述第一方向可以为任意合适的方向,例如,所述第一方向可以为沿底座10的对角线方向。另外,第一沟槽11的数量并不以图1所示的第一沟槽的数量为限,其可以为任意合适数量,例如,可沿第一方向设置多个第一沟槽11,该多个第一沟槽11间隔排列。
箱体20的顶表面沿第一方向设置有与第一沟槽11匹配的第一卡条21。在本实施例中,第一卡条21可通过黏结或者焊接的方式固定在箱体20的顶表面,但本发明并不限制于此,第一卡条21也可通过螺钉锁附在箱体20的顶表面,或者采用其他合适类型的固定方式将第一卡条21固定在箱体20的顶表面。并且在发明中,第一卡条21的数量并不以图1所示的第一卡条的数量为限,其可以为任意合适数量,例如,可沿第一方向设置多个第一卡条21,该多个第一卡条21间隔排列。相应的,一个第一卡条21对应一个第一沟槽11。
为了避免在堆栈时,上面的包装箱的底座10的第一沟槽11不能与下面的包装箱的顶表面的第一卡条21准确对准卡合,优选的,在本实施例中,第一沟槽11与底座10的底面的连接边为倒角边13,第一卡条21的顶表面与其各个侧面的连接边为倒角边23。
此外,在本实施例中,第一卡条21采用的材料为纸板或发泡材料或塑胶 等,但本发明并不局限于此,第一卡条21所采用的材料可以为其他合适类型的材料。
因此,根据本发明的第一实施例的具有堆栈结构的包装箱在堆栈的过程中,可以通过底面的沟槽与另一个包装箱顶表面的卡条对应卡合,可对包装箱进行水平方向的约束,即使在运输的过程中遇到震动等不利因素,包装箱也不会倒塌,有效地保护货物的安全,同时也提高了装卸搬运工作的效率。

参照图3至图4,根据本发明的第二实施例的具有堆栈结构的包装箱包括底座10及设置于底座10之上的箱体20。
底座10的底面沿第一方向设置有第一沟槽11,并且底座10的底面沿第二方向设置有第二沟槽12,其中,第一沟槽11与第二沟槽12相互交叉设置。在本实施例中,所述第一方向为图3中的x轴方向,所述第二方向为图3中示出的y轴方向,但本发明并不限制于此,所述第一方向和所述第二方向均可以为任意合适的方向,例如,所述第一方向可以为沿底座10的一对角线方向,所述第二方向可以为沿底座10的另一对角线方向。另外,第一沟槽11与第二沟槽12的数量并不以图3所示为限,第一沟槽11与第二沟槽12的数量可以为任意合适的数量,例如,可沿第一方向设置多个第一沟槽11,该多个第一沟槽11间隔排列,并且可沿第二方向设置多个第二沟槽12,该多个第二沟槽12间隔排列,其中,每个第一沟槽11与每个第二沟槽12相互交叉设置。

因此,根据本发明的第二实施例的具有堆栈结构的包装箱在堆栈的过程中,可以通过底面的十字形沟槽与另一个包装箱顶表面的十字形卡条对应卡合,可对包装箱进行更加有效的水平方向的约束,即使在运输的过程中遇到震动等不利因素,包装箱也不会倒塌,有效地保护货物的安全,同时也提高了装卸搬运工作的效率。
