À cet effet, la boîte de réception de courrier publique selon la présente invention comprend: un élément de porte comprenant un arbre rotatif présentant une longueur prédéterminée, un premier élément s'étendant vers un côté sous la forme d'une plaque plate autour de l'arbre rotatif et un second élément s'étendant sous la forme d'une plaque plate dans un état dans lequel le second élément est espacé du premier élément en formant un angle prédéterminé autour de l'arbre rotatif; un élément d'engrenage accouplé à l'arbre rotatif de l'élément de porte et comprenant des engrenages au niveau de son extrémité; un élément d'engrenage circulaire accouplé par un accouplement à engrenages à l'élément d'engrenage; un moteur d'entraînement permettant de faire tourner l'élément d'engrenage circulaire; et un amortisseur permettant de pousser le premier élément à l'extérieur lorsque la pression de l'élément de porte à partir du premier élément s'arrête.
