Abstract
Description
先ず、ステップ1-1において、電子メール通信処理部30による電子メールの通信(送受信)がなされたか否かの確認がなされる。電子メールによる通信がなされた場合には、制御フローがステップ1-4に進められ、電子メールによる通信がなされなかった場合には制御フローがステップ1-2に進められる。
ステップ1-2においては、事前に設定されている抽出条件に合致するソーシャル情報が、ソーシャル情報処理部40の情報抽出処理部44によって抽出されたか否かの確認がなされる。ここで、新たなソーシャル情報が抽出されたことが確認された場合には、制御フローがステップ1-4に進められる。一方、新たなソーシャル情報が抽出できなかった場合には、制御フローがステップ1-3に進められる。
ステップ1-3においては、ソーシャル情報処理部40の返信・引用発信処理部46や通常発信部48により、ソーシャル情報処理装置10のユーザがソーシャル情報の投稿を行ったか否かの確認がなされる。ここで、ソーシャル情報の投稿が確認された場合には、制御フローがステップ1-4に進められる。一方、ソーシャル情報処理装置10のユーザによるソーシャル情報の投稿が確認されなかった場合には、制御フローがステップ1-1に戻される。
ステップ1-4においては、スレッド表示処理部52により、上述したステップ1-1~ステップ1-3において新たに確認された電子メールやソーシャル情報が既存のスレッドに分類可能であるか否かの確認がなされる。すなわち、ステップ1-1~ステップ1-3において確認された新規の電子メールやソーシャル情報が、既存のスレッドへの分類条件(スレッド構築基準)に合致するものであるか否かの確認を行う。ここで、新規の電子メールやソーシャル情報が既存のスレッドに分類可能である場合には制御フローがステップ1-5に進められ、分類不可能である場合には制御フローがステップ1-6に進められる。
ステップ1-5においては、上述したステップ1-1~ステップ1-3において取得された新規の電子メールやソーシャル情報を、ステップ1-4において分類可能と確認された既存のスレッドに組み込む処理がなされる。その後、制御フローはステップ1-7に進められる。
制御フローがステップ1-6に進んだ場合には、上述したステップ1-1~ステップ1-3において取得された新規の電子メールやソーシャル情報を分類可能なスレッドが存在していない。そこで、ステップ1-6においては、スレッド表示処理部52により新規のスレッドが構築される。その後、制御フローは、ステップ1-7に進められる。
ステップ1-7においては、上述したステップ1-1~ステップ1-3において取得された新規の電子メールやソーシャル情報が、ステップ1-5あるいはステップ1-6において決定されたスレッドに含まれるように表示させる処理がなされる。これにより、ソーシャル情報処理装置10により取り扱われる電子メール及びソーシャル情報が、同一のユーザインターフェイス内に表示される。そのため、ソーシャル情報を電子メールでのやりとりと同列に取り扱い、一元的管理可能となる。
先ず、ステップ2-1において、新規スレッド構築処理部54により、スレッド分割処理の実施要求の有無についての確認がなされる。具体的には、既存のスレッドから独立した別のスレッドに纏めて表示したい電子メールあるいはソーシャル情報が選択されているか否かの確認がなされる。ここで、スレッド分割処理の実施要求が有ると判断された場合には、制御フローがステップ2-2に進められる。一方、スレッド分割処理の実施要求が無いと判断された場合には、一連の制御フローが完了する。
ステップ2-2においては、新規スレッド構築基準を決定する処理が実行される。具体的には、既存のスレッドを構成している電子メールあるいはソーシャル情報のうち一部のものが新規スレッドとして抜き出したいものとして選択されると、新規スレッド構築処理部54による情報処理により、新規スレッド構築基準が所定のアルゴリズムに則って自動設定される。
ステップ2-3においては、ステップ2-2で設定された新規スレッド構築基準に合致する電子メールやソーシャル情報を選別する処理(選別処理)がなされる。その後、制御フローは、ステップ2-4に進められる。
ステップ2-4においては、上述したステップ2-3において選別された電子メールやソーシャル情報を纏めて、新規のスレッドを構築する処理がなされる。新規スレッドの構築が完了後、制御フローはステップ2-5に進められる。
ステップ2-5においては、上述したステップ2-3において選別された電子メールやソーシャル情報を、ステップ2-4において構築された新規のスレッドに纏めて表示する処理がなされる。これにより、一連の制御フローが完了する。
先ず、ステップ3-1において、電子メール通信処理部230による電子メールの通信(送受信)がなされたか否かの確認がなされる。電子メールによる通信がなされた場合には、制御フローがステップ3-5に進められ、電子メールによる通信がなされなかった場合には制御フローがステップ3-2に進められる。
ステップ3-2においては、事前に設定されている抽出条件に合致するソーシャル情報が、ソーシャル情報処理部240の情報抽出処理部244によって抽出されたか否かの確認がなされる。ここで、新たなソーシャル情報が抽出されたことが確認された場合には、制御フローがステップ3-5に進められる。一方、新たなソーシャル情報が抽出できなかった場合には、制御フローがステップ3-3に進められる。
ステップ3-3においては、ソーシャル情報処理部240の返信・引用発信処理部246や通常発信部248により、ソーシャル情報処理装置210のユーザがソーシャル情報の投稿を行ったか否かの確認がなされる。ここで、ソーシャル情報の投稿が確認された場合には、制御フローがステップ3-5に進められる。一方、ソーシャル情報処理装置210のユーザによるソーシャル情報の投稿が確認されなかった場合には、制御フローがステップ3-4に進められる。
ステップ3-4においては、メッセージ交換情報処理部270がチャットサイトよりメッセージ交換情報を取得したか否かの確認がなされる。ここで、新たなメッセージ交換情報が取得されたことが確認された場合には、制御フローがステップ3-5に進められる。一方、新たなメッセージ交換情報が抽出できなかった場合には、制御フローがステップ3-1に戻される。
ステップ3-5においては、スレッド表示処理部262により、上述したステップ3-1~ステップ3-4において新たに確認された電子メールやソーシャル情報、メッセージ交換情報が既存のスレッドに分類可能であるか否かの確認がなされる。すなわち、ステップ3-1~ステップ3-4において確認された新規の電子メールやソーシャル情報、メッセージ交換情報が、既存のスレッドへの分類条件(スレッド構築基準)に合致するものであるか否かの確認を行う。ここで、新規の電子メールやソーシャル情報、メッセージ交換情報が既存のスレッドに分類可能である場合には制御フローがステップ3-6に進められ、分類不可能である場合には制御フローがステップ3-7に進められる。
ステップ3-6においては、上述したステップ3-1~ステップ3-4において取得された新規の電子メールやソーシャル情報、メッセージ交換情報を、ステップ3-5において分類可能と確認された既存のスレッドに組み込む処理がなされる。その後、制御フローはステップ3-8に進められる。
制御フローがステップ3-7に進んだ場合には、上述したステップ3-1~ステップ3-4において取得された新規の電子メールやソーシャル情報、メッセージ交換情報を分類可能なスレッドが存在していない。そこで、ステップ3-7においては、スレッド表示処理部262により新規のスレッドが構築される。その後、制御フローは、ステップ3-8に進められる。
ステップ3-8においては、上述したステップ3-1~ステップ3-4において取得された新規の電子メールやソーシャル情報、メッセージ交換情報が、ステップ3-6あるいはステップ3-7において決定されたスレッドに含まれるように表示させる処理がなされる。これにより、ソーシャル情報処理装置210により取り扱われる電子メール、ソーシャル情報及びメッセージ交換情報が、同一のユーザインターフェイス内に表示される。そのため、ソーシャル情報を電子メールでのやりとりと同列に取り扱い、一元的管理可能となる。

Claims (16)
- 特定の相手とのやりとりに係る私信情報を処理するプライベート情報処理と、
インターネット上に投稿されたソーシャル情報から所定の抽出条件を満足するものを抽出するメッセージ抽出処理と、
前記メッセージ抽出処理により抽出されたソーシャル情報を、前記プライベート情報処理に係る前記私信情報と同一のユーザインターフェイス内に表示可能とする表示処理とを実行可能であることを特徴とするソーシャル情報処理プログラム。 - 電子メールによる通信に係る電子メール通信処理が、前記プライベート情報処理に含まれ、
前記電子メールが、前記私信情報の一部又は全部として取り扱われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のソーシャル情報処理プログラム。 - 前記メッセージ抽出処理により抽出された前記ソーシャル情報への返信に係る新たなソーシャル情報を発信する返信処理、あるいは抽出された前記ソーシャル情報を引用した新たなソーシャル情報を発信する引用発信処理のいずれか一方又は双方を実行可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のソーシャル情報処理プログラム。
- 前記抽出条件を設定する条件設定処理を任意に実施可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のソーシャル情報処理プログラム。
- 互いに所定の関連性を有する前記私信情報及び前記ソーシャル情報を単一のスレッドに纏めて表示するスレッド表示処理を実施可能であることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載のソーシャル情報処理プログラム。
- 前記スレッドを構成している前記私信情報あるいは前記ソーシャル情報の一部のもの、及びこれらに関連する前記私信情報及び前記ソーシャル情報を、既存のスレッドから独立した別のスレッドに纏めて表示するスレッド分割処理を実施可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のソーシャル情報処理プログラム。
- 所定のネットワークに接続されたコンピュータ同士で前記私信情報、前記ソーシャル情報を共有可能であることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のソーシャル情報処理プログラム。
- 前記メッセージ抽出処理により抽出されたソーシャル情報あるいは前記私信情報のいずれか一方又は双方に基づいて推定処理を実行し、
前記推定処理の実行結果にもとづいて前記抽出条件を設定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれかに記載のソーシャル情報処理プログラム。 - さらに、インターネットを介してリアルタイムに交換されるメッセージ交換情報を取得する交換情報取得処理を実行可能であり、
前記表示処理は、前記交換情報取得処理により取得されたメッセージ交換情報を、前記同一のユーザインターフェイス内に表示可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1~8のいずれかに記載のソーシャル情報処理プログラム。 - 前記私信情報あるいは前記ソーシャル情報に、前記メッセージ交換情報を交換するための特定のメッセージ交換サイトへの接続権限を有さないゲストユーザに対して一時的に接続権限を付与するゲスト接続許可情報を付与可能であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のソーシャル情報処理プログラム。
- 前記ゲスト接続許可情報に基づいて前記特定のメッセージ交換サイトに接続することにより行われた前記メッセージ交換情報に関する記録を私信情報として前記ゲストユーザに送信可能であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のソーシャル情報処理プログラム。
- 前記メッセージ交換情報に関する記録を私信情報として送信する交換情報送信処理を実行可能であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のソーシャル情報処理プログラム。
- 特定の相手とのやりとりに係る私信情報に係るプライベート情報処理を実行するプライベート情報処理部と、
インターネット上に投稿されたソーシャル情報から所定の抽出条件を満足するものを抽出するメッセージ抽出処理部と、
前記メッセージ抽出処理部により抽出されたソーシャル情報を、前記プライベート情報処理に係る前記私信情報と同一のユーザインターフェイス内に表示可能とする表示処理部とを有することを特徴とするソーシャル情報処理装置。 - さらに、インターネット上でリアルタイムに交換されるメッセージ交換情報を取得する交換情報取得処理を実行する交換情報取得部とを備え、
前記表示処理部は、前記交換情報取得処理部により取得されたメッセージ交換情報を、前記同一のユーザインターフェイス内に表示可能とすることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のソーシャル情報処理装置。 - 特定の相手とのやりとりに係る私信情報に係るプライベート情報処理と、
インターネット上に投稿されたソーシャル情報から所定の抽出条件を満足するものを抽出するメッセージ抽出処理と、
前記メッセージ抽出処理により抽出されたソーシャル情報を、前記プライベート情報処理に係る前記私信情報と同一のユーザインターフェイス内に表示可能とする表示処理とを実行することを特徴とするソーシャル情報処理方法。 - さらに、インターネット上でリアルタイムに交換されるメッセージ交換情報を取得する交換情報取得処理を実行可能であり、
前記表示処理は、前記交換情報取得処理により取得されたメッセージ交換情報を、前記同一のユーザインターフェイス内に表示可能とすることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のソーシャル情報処理方法。
