Description

现冲冷饮供应机 技术领域

背景技术
传统的冷饮贩卖方式通常是先取用茶叶、咖啡粉或香料等冲泡材料,加入热水冲泡形成热饮,并于热饮自然冷却至常温状态时,加入冰块而形成冷饮。

然而,上述传统冷饮技术,都必须让预先冲泡好的饮料加以冷却再置入该预置容器中,施予长时间的冷却保持低温,等待供应饮用,无法提供立即式的冲泡并予冷却供应,如此,不仅徒增在长时间冷却过程,饮料容易接触外界污染物质的机会,而导致卫生条件维持较为不易的问题;而且,若要保持供出饮料的冷却温度稳定,则该预置容器内的饮料则需仰赖维持低温的装置来供应饮料持续的冷却运作;另一方面,在该维持低温的装置的预置容器内加入新饮料或饮料大量供出的情况下,该饮料冰温维持的能源耗费量,以及冷饮供出温度的稳定性都必然遭受极大的考验。

发明内容
本发明的主要目的是针对上述传统冷饮供应机,容易导致卫生欠佳、能源耗费量大及饮料供应温度不稳定的各项问题,提供一种可将当下现泡的热饮,实时进行快速冷却成为冷饮的现冲冷饮供应机。
为达成上述目的,本发明现冲冷饮供应机,包括一机体,以及在该机体内部设置包 含:
一热水供应模块,设有一可输出热水的热水出口;
一冲泡槽,能够接受该热水出口输出的热水,并且该冲泡槽具有蓄积单一次供应量的容纳空间;
一冷却腔室,内部填充有冷却介质;
一冷却模块,具有一与该冷却腔室相结合的冷却单元,该冷却单元能够冷却该冷却腔室内的冷却介质;以及一饮料冷却组,设置于该冷却腔室内部,且该饮料冷却组与该冷却介质间形成热交换作用,该饮料冷却组的一端连接该冲泡槽,且该饮料冷却组的另一端对外设有一饮料供应口。
其中,该冲泡槽与热水出口之间设有一过滤杯;而且,该过滤杯设置于该冲泡槽中。
通过上述,使用时可先将茶叶、咖啡粉或香料等冲泡材料放入该过滤杯内,使热水供应模块的热水经由热水出口正对冲浇该过滤杯内的冲泡材料,而使热水溶解冲泡材料并流入冲泡槽内形成热饮。当冲泡槽装满热饮的同时,该冲泡材料可随着过滤杯浸泡于冲泡槽的热饮中,令冲泡材料充分溶解于热饮中,以提升热饮的风味。随后,将冲泡槽内的热饮导入饮料冷却组中,令热饮于饮料冷却组内与冷却腔室中的冷却介质发生热交换作用,而冷却形成冷饮,并使该冷饮经饮料供应口输出供人饮用。

为使本发明的技术手段及其所能达成的效果,能够有更完整且清楚的揭露,现详细说明如下,请一并参阅揭露的图式及图号:
请合并参阅图1至图3,揭示出本发明第一种实施方式的图式,由上述图式说明本发明现冲冷饮供应机,包括有一机体1,以及在该机体1内部由上而下依序设置包含一热水供应模块2、一冲泡槽3、一冷却腔室4及一冷却模块5,该机体1内部并设有一饮料冷却组6。
该热水供应模块2包含有一热水槽21、至少一设于该热水槽21中的加热组件22、以及一连接该热水槽21底部的热水出口23,且热水出口23设有一第一水阀24。该加热组件22可由多数间隔交错排列于该热水槽21内的加热单元形成,且加热单元可为内含电热线的加热板。该热水槽21可盛水备用,并利用这些加热组件22自行加热形成热水,并经由该热水出口23输出热水。而且,前述间隔交错排列的加热组件22,也有利于提升加热效率,节约能源。此外,该热水供应模块2包含有一可经由若干水管26连接该热水槽21的抽水电机25,当热水槽21中的水不足时,可利用抽水电机25抽水补充输入热水槽21中。
该冲泡槽3顶部具有一对应该热水出口23的槽口31(如图3所示),而使冲泡槽3能够接受该热水出口23输出的热水,且冲泡槽3具有蓄积单一次供应量的容纳空间,即冲泡槽3的容纳空间能储存供应一次饮料所需要的热水量。该冲泡槽3与热水出口23之间设有一过滤杯7,且过滤杯7可设置于该冲泡槽3中,使过滤杯7能够经由冲泡槽3的槽口31对应该热水出口23,而使该过滤杯7能够浸泡于该冲泡槽3内。该过滤杯7顶部具有一对应该热水出口23的杯口71,且过滤杯7的杯壁设有多数过滤用通孔72(如图4所示)。
该冷却腔室4位于该冲泡槽3正下方,且冷却腔室4内部填充有冷却介质,该冷却介质可为水。该冷却模块5包含有一与该冷却腔室4相结合的冷却单元51,以及一连接该冷却单元51的压缩机52。具体来说,该冷却单元51可为冷媒管,且冷媒管内填充有冷媒,该冷却单元51能以盘绕方式接触于该冷却腔室4单侧或多侧的外壁,且冷却腔室4下方设有一底座11,该压缩机52可设于该底座11内。如此,该压缩机52可驱使该冷却单元51的冷媒通过冷却腔室4外壁与其内部的冷却介质发生热交换作用,进而冷却该冷却腔室4内部的冷却介质,例如将冷却腔室4内的水冷却形成冰水,并且保持 冰水于稳定的低温形态。
该饮料冷却组6可设为管状,以穿设于该冷却腔室4内部,并与该冷却介质之间形成热交换作用,该饮料冷却组6顶端连接该冲泡槽3的一出料口,且饮料冷却组6底端对外设有一饮料供应口61,该冲泡槽3与饮料冷却组6之间可以设有一第二水阀62。在一较佳的考虑中,该饮料冷却组6为设于冷却腔室4内的冷却盘管,该饮料冷却组6的冷却盘管穿过该冷却腔室4内的部分可设成螺旋形状或多渠道螺旋形状。如此,可增加饮料冷却组6与冷却腔室4中冷却介质(冰水)发生热交换作用的面积,提升热饮冷却成为冷饮的速度与效率。
在本实施上,上述热水出口23、第一水阀24、饮料冷却组6及第二水阀62可设为多数组,且第一水阀24和第二水阀62可设为手动水阀或电动水阀。
通过上述,使用时可先将茶叶、咖啡粉或香料等冲泡材料放入该过滤杯7内,并且开启第一水阀24,使热水供应模块2的热水经由热水出口23正对冲浇该过滤杯7内的冲泡材料,而使热水溶解冲泡材料流入冲泡槽3内形成热饮。上述冲泡材料放入该过滤杯7内的方式,可徒手进行,也可于机体1上设立可将冲泡材料自动投放至过滤杯7内的装置,而将冲泡材料全自动放入过滤杯7内。
当冲泡槽3装满热饮的同时,该冲泡材料可随着过滤杯7浸泡于冲泡槽3的热饮中,令冲泡材料充分溶解于热饮中,以提升热饮的风味。请参阅图4,随后可以手动或自动控制开启第二水阀62,将冲泡槽3内的热饮导入饮料冷却组6中,令饮料冷却组6内的热饮与冷却腔室4中的冷却介质(冰水)发生热交换作用,而冷却形成冷饮,并使该冷饮经饮料供应口61输出供人饮用。
据此,可将当下现泡的热饮,经由饮料冷却组6与冷却腔室4实时进行快速冷却成为冷饮,以达到在短时间内供应现冲冷饮的效果,而确保了饮料的卫生,且饮料的供应温度相当稳定,并可节约能源。此外,通过将过滤杯7浸泡于冲泡槽3内的设计,使冲泡材料能够浸泡于热饮中,增加了冲泡材料接受热水溶解的时间,而产生了较佳的风味。
在一可行的实施例中,该冲泡槽3外壁也可绕设一内含有电热线的加热器32。如此,当冲泡材料随着过滤杯7浸泡于冲泡槽3的热饮中时,可利用加热器32持续加热该冲泡槽3中的热饮,使热饮中的冲泡材料产生更佳的溶解效果。
在另一可行的实施例中,该机体1上位于该饮料供应口61下方的位置设有一排水槽12。如此,可利用排水槽12承接饮料供应口61输出并渗漏于手持饮料容器外的饮料,确保环境卫生。
请合并参阅图5至图7,揭示出本发明第二种实施方式的图式,由上述图式说明该过滤杯7也能够在该热水出口23与冲泡槽3之间,进行位置的调节变动。该能够调节变动的位置,是由该机体1上位于该热水出口23与冲泡槽3之间的位置,间隔设有多数高度相异的定位孔槽13、13a(如图6A及图6B所示),且过滤杯7上设有一可插置固定于该定位孔槽13、13a内的定位部14、14a,而使该过滤杯7可通过定位部14、14a选择插置于任一定位孔槽13、13a内,令过滤杯7活动配置于该热水出口23与冲泡槽3之间,而具有一位于该冲泡槽3上方的第一位置701,以及一位于该冲泡槽3内部的第二位置702(如图8所示)。
请参阅图7至图9,说明使用时可依使用需求将过滤杯7移入冲泡槽3内,或者上移至冲泡槽3上方,而有利于自由调整冲泡材料溶解于热水中的浓度。其余构件组成及实施方式等同于上述实施例。

Claims (37)

  1. 一种现冲冷饮供应机,包括一机体,其特征在于,所述机体内部设置:
    一热水供应模块,设有一输出热水的热水出口;
    一冲泡槽,能够接受所述热水出口输出的热水,并且所述冲泡槽具有蓄积单一次供应量的容纳空间;
    一冷却腔室,内部填充有冷却介质;
    一冷却模块,具有一与所述冷却腔室相结合的冷却单元,所述冷却单元能够冷却所述冷却腔室内的所述冷却介质;以及一饮料冷却组,设置于所述冷却腔室的内部,且所述饮料冷却组与所述冷却介质间形成热交换作用,所述饮料冷却组的一端连接所述冲泡槽,且所述饮料冷却组的另一端对外设有一饮料供应口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冲泡槽与所述热水出口之间设有一过滤杯。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述过滤杯设置于所述冲泡槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述热水出口设于所述冲泡槽的上方,所述过滤杯能够在所述热水出口与所述冲泡槽之间进行位置的调节变动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述过滤杯的能够调节变动的位置,至少包括有一位于所述冲泡槽的上方的第一位置,以及一位于所述冲泡槽的内部的第二位置。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述过滤杯的能够调节变动的位置是在所述机体上位于所述热水出口与所述冲泡槽之间的位置,间隔设有多数高度相异的定位孔槽,且所述过滤杯上设有一插置于所述定位孔槽的定位部所形成。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述热水供应模块包含一连接所述热水出口的热水槽,以及至少一设于所述热水槽中的加热组件。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述加热组件由间隔排列于所述热水槽内的加热单元形成。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于, 所述冷却模块包含一连接所述冷却单元的压缩机,所述冷却单元接触于所述冷却腔室的一外壁。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冷却模块包含一连接所述冷却单元的压缩机,所述冷却单元接触于所述冷却腔室的一外壁。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冲泡槽设于所述冷却腔室的上方,且所述冷却腔室的下方设有一底座,所述压缩机设于所述底座内。
  12. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述饮料冷却组是设于所述冷却腔室内的冷却盘管。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述饮料冷却组是设于所述冷却腔室内的冷却盘管。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冷却盘管设成螺旋形状。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冷却盘管设成多渠道螺旋形状。
  16. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冲泡槽的外壁绕设有一加热器。
  17. 根据权利要求7所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冲泡槽的外壁绕设有一加热器。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冲泡槽的外壁绕设有一加热器。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冲泡槽的外壁绕设有一加热器。
  20. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述热水出口设有一第一水阀。
  21. 根据权利要求7所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述热水出口设有一第一水阀。
  22. 根据权利要求9所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述热水出口设有一第一水阀。
  23. 根据权利要求12所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述热水出口设有一第一水阀。
  24. 根据权利要求16所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述热水出口设有一第一水阀。
  25. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冲泡槽与所述饮料冷却组之间设有一第二水阀。

  29. 根据权利要求16所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冲泡槽与所述饮料冷却组之间设有一第二水阀。
  30. 根据权利要求20所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述冲泡槽与所述饮料冷却组之间设有一第二水阀。
  31. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4或5或6所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述机体上位于所述饮料供应口的下方的位置设有一排水槽。
  32. 根据权利要求7所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述机体上位于所述饮料供应口的下方的位置设有一排水槽。
  33. 根据权利要求9所述的现冲冷饮供应机,其特征在于,所述机体上位于所述饮料供应口的下方的位置设有一排水槽。
