一种电话呼入的装置及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电信领域,尤其涉及一种电话呼入的装置及方法。
背景技术
随着电信技术的发展,数字终端设备,如综合接入设备(Integrated Access Device,IAD)、光网络单元(Optical Network Unit,简称ONU)等,大规模进入到千家万户。数字终端设备通过与座机、个人电脑等设备相连能够为用户提供包括宽带上网、无线Wi-Fi、语音通话等业务。其中,在使用座机进行语音通讯时,当有电话呼入时,用户一般需要先摘机,然后进行正常的通话,并在通话结束后挂机。
但是,现有的用户在使用座机进行操作的过程中,经常出现通话结束后未正常挂机的情况,如虽然放下了听筒,但是听筒并没有压实叉簧;此时,座机仍然处在摘机状态。
现有技术中,当出现座机未正常挂机的情况时,通常数字终端设备会向座机发送一段嚎鸣音,并通过座机的听筒播放该嚎鸣音来提醒用户挂机,若用户仍未挂机,则在播放完嚎鸣音后,座机就会进入静音节能状态,该静音节能状态又称为锁定状态。此后,当有呼入请求时,数字终端设备会向主叫方发送“正在通话中”等表示座机处于“忙”状态的语音信令,从此,呼入请求无法成功接入。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种电话呼入的装置及方法,以解决现有技术中存在的座机进入锁定状态后,若用户仍未挂机,则呼入请求无法成功接入的问题。
一方面,本发明提供了一种电话呼入的装置,该装置应用于数字终端设备中,该数字终端设备位于一种座机通信系统中,该座机通信系统包括座机 和与所述座机相连的上述数字终端设备,座机通过数字终端设备进行语音通信,该装置包括:
网络模块,用于接收呼入请求;
处理器,用于所述网络模块接收到所述呼入请求后,判断所述座机是否处于锁定状态;当所述座机处于锁定状态时,为所述座机分配通信资源,向所述座机发送提示音,向所述呼入请求的主叫方反馈应答消息,所述应答消息用于表示所述呼入请求被正常接入。

本发明提供的电话呼入的装置及方法,在接收到呼入请求时,首先判断座机的当前状态,即使座机处于锁定状态,仍为座机分配通信资源,并向座机发送提示音,向主叫方反馈呼入请求被正常接入的应答消息,与现有技术中,当座机为锁定状态时,座机的状态为“忙”的状态,呼入请求无法接入相比,本发明能够保证在座机处于锁定状态时仍能够接入呼入请求。

本实施例提供了一种电话呼入的装置,如图1所示,该装置应用于数字终端设备中,该数字终端设备位于一种座机通信系统中,该座机通信系统包括座机和与座机相连的所述数字终端设备,座机通过数字终端设备进行语音通信,该装置包括网络模块101、总线102、处理器103、存储器104,该网络模块101、处理器103和存储器104通过总线102连接,其中,
网络模块101,用于接收呼入请求。
网络模块101通过总线102将接收的呼入请求发送给处理器103。
存储器104存储该呼入请求的主叫号码。
处理器103,用于当网络模块101接收到呼入请求时,判断座机是否处于锁定状态;
当座机处于锁定状态时,为座机分配通信资源,向所述座机发送提示音,向呼入请求的主叫方反馈应答消息,所述应答消息用于表示呼入请求被正常接入。
进一步的,处理器103,还用于当在预设时长内接收到座机反馈的接听信号时,使用已分配的通信资源为座机提供语音服务;

需要说明的是,本发明实施例所述的处理器103可以是一个处理器,也可以是多个处理元件的统称。例如,该处理器103可以是中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,简称CPU),也可以是特定集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,简称ASIC),或者是被配置成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电路,例如:一个或多个微处理器(digital signal processor,简称DSP),或,一个或者多个现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,简称FPGA)。
存储器104可以是一个存储装置,也可以是多个存储元件的统称,且用于存储可执行程序代码等。且存储器104可以包括随机存储器(RAM),也可以包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器,闪存(Flash)等。
总线102可以是工业标准体系结构(Industry Standard Architecture,ISA)总线、外部设备互连(Peripheral Component,PCI)总线或扩展工业标准体系结构(Extended Industry Standard Architecture,EISA)总线等。该总线102可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图1中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。
本实施例提供的电话呼入的装置,在网络模块接收到呼入请求时,处理器首先判断座机的当前状态,即使座机处于锁定状态,仍为座机分配通信资源,并向座机发送提示音,向主叫方反馈呼入请求被正常接入的应答消息,与现有技术中,当座机为锁定状态时,座机的状态为“忙”的状态,呼入请求无法接入相比,本发明能够保证在座机处于锁定状态时仍能接入呼入请求。
进一步的,本实施例还提供了一种电话呼入的装置,该装置应用于数字终端设备中,该数字终端设备位于一种座机通信系统中,该座机通信系统包括座机和与座机相连的数字终端设备,座机通过数字终端设备进行语音通信, 如图2所示,该装置包括:

判断单元202,用于当接收单元201接收到呼入请求后,判断该座机是否处于锁定状态;

为了解决现有技术中,当座机处于锁定状态时,呼入请求无法接入的问 题,本发明实施例还提供了一种电话呼入的方法,该方法涉及一种座机通信系统,该系统包括座机和与所述座机相连的数字终端设备,该座机通过所述数字终端设备进行语音通信,该方法应用于所述数字终端设备中,如图4所示,该方法包括:
S401:数字终端设备接收呼入请求。
当有呼入请求时,数字终端设备接收该呼入请求,并进行如下步骤的处理。
S402:若座机处于锁定状态,则数字终端设备为座机分配通信资源,向座机发送提示音,向主叫方反馈应答消息,该应答消息用于表示所述呼入请求被正常接入。
其中,锁定状态为现有技术中定义的一种座机状态,具体为座机的听筒被摘起后,数字终端设备已释放为座机分配的通信资源后座机的状态。
为了更清楚的解释座机的所述锁定状态,本发明对座机的状态进行如下的详细解释。一般而言,座机的状态包括:摘机状态、拨号状态、通话状态、锁定状态、振铃状态、挂机状态。其中,摘机状态、拨号状态、通话状态、振铃状态归属于“忙”状态,挂机状态又可称为空闲状态。
摘机状态是指座机的听筒被摘起且摘起时未接收到呼入请求,也未发出呼出请求(如进行拨号操作)时,座机的状态。
拨号状态为用户进行拨号操作时,座机所处的状态;当座机处于摘机状态后,用户为了发出呼出请求进行了拨号操作时,座机的状态由摘机状态迁移为拨号状态。
通话状态为当成功建立了主叫方和被叫方的呼叫连接,用户通过座机进行接收语音信息或者发送语音信息等语音通信时,座机所处的状态。
锁定状态(Parking Status)是指座机的听筒被摘起,但在预设时间内,用户既未进行拨号操作也未进行语音通信等其他操作,座机发出预设时间的嚎鸣音后进入静音节能状态,此时座机的状态称为锁定状态。
振铃状态是指有来电时,听筒尚未被接起,座机振铃以提醒用户有来电 的状态。
挂机状态为座机的听筒压实叉簧,也即座机复位的状态。
具体的,数字终端设备将座机的状态确定为锁定状态的过程包括:
若所述座机的听筒被摘起,且摘起时未接收到呼入请求,则将所述座机的状态设定为摘机状态并启动计时;
在计时过程中,数字终端设备会向座机发送提示用户挂机的声音,如忙音、嚎鸣音等;
若在计时的计时结果未达到预设时间时,座机发送复位请求,如用户挂机,则数字终端设备将座机的状态值由摘机状态的状态值修改为挂机状态的状态值。
若在计时的计时结果未达到预设时间时,座机发送呼出请求,如用户进行拨号操作,则数字终端设备将座机的状态值由摘机状态的状态值修改为拨号状态的状态值。
若所述计时的计时结果达到预设时间,且在该期间内座机未发送复位请求或者呼出请求,则数字终端设备将所述座机的状态设定为锁定状态。
本实施例中,用户对座机的操作可以触发数字终端设备修改座机的状态,座机的每个不同的状态均对应一个状态值,当由一个状态切换为另一个状态时,数字终端设备修改座机的状态值,如表一所示为座机的当前状态与数字终端设备保存的座机的状态值的对应关系。

由上述表格可以看出,座机处于不同状态时对应有不同的状态值,当座机由一个状态迁移到另一个状态时,数字终端设备修改座机当前的状态值。当听筒被摘起后,用户进行拨号、通话等其他操作,本实施例中将座机的状态由摘机状态迁移为拨号状态、通话状态、锁定状态等;进一步的,当听筒压实叉簧的情况下,座机的状态由当前状态(可能为通话状态等)迁移为空闲状态。总之,在用户的不同操作下,座机的状态由一个状态迁移到另一个状态。
示例性的,当前座机为空闲状态,数字终端设备中保存的座机状态值为0;当用户进行摘机操作时,则数字终端设备将座机状态值由0修改为1,当座机进入锁定状态时,数字终端设备将座机状态值由1修改为4。
在每次接收到呼入请求接入请求时,数字终端设备查询座机的当前状态值,并对呼入请求接入请求做出合适的处理:
当查询到座机的当前状态值为0时,表明当前座机为空闲状态,则数字终端设备按照正常流程进行处理。如为当前呼叫接入请求分配通信资源、为座机提供适当的馈电电流以提供正常的语音业务。
当查询到座机的当前状态值为1、2、3或5时,则表明当前座机为忙状态,则数字终端设备向网络侧回复“正在忙”的信令以方便主叫方进行相应的处理。
当查询到座机的当前状态值为3时,则表明当前座机处于锁定状态,则数字终端设备为呼入请求分配通信资源、向座机发送用于提醒用户有来电的提示音、向主叫方反馈呼入请求成功接入的响应消息。
此外,当座机处于不同状态时,座机中的电流会发生变化,具体如下:座机摘机后,数字终端设备与座机之间形成环路,数字终端设备为座机提供电流后,座机正常工作;摘机后,当座机处于拨号状态、通话状态、锁定状态等不同状态时,数字终端设备为所述座机提供的电流在不断变化,其中当 座机处于锁定状态时,数字终端设备已经释放为座机分配的通信资源;并且为了节能减耗,数字终端设备已经降低给所述座机的供电电流,因而锁定状态时,虽然座机的听筒被摘起,但座机的电流较拨号状态、通话状态相比,电流值较小。当座机处于挂机状态时,数字终端设备断开与座机之间形成的环路,座机的电流为零。
因而除了分配通信资源外,为了保证座机正常工作,还需要提高数字终端设备与座机之间的供电电流,该分配通信资源、提高供电电流的过程可参考现有技术,本实施例不再赘述。
需要说明的是,为了节能减耗,现有许多芯片都具有休眠功能,所指的休眠功能是指当芯片不工作时,减小芯片的供电电流等以减少能耗。当需要工作时,则重新唤醒该芯片。本实施例中的数字终端设备分配通信资源主要是由其内的芯片完成的。因而,若芯片处于休眠状态,则在数字终端设备分配通信资源前,所述数字终端设备首先需要唤醒芯片。
现有技术中,当座机处于锁定状态时,呼入请求无法成功接入,本方法中,数字终端设备在收到呼入请求时,首先检查所述座机的状态,即使座机处于锁定状态,呼入请求仍能接入。
在数字终端设备为当前的呼入请求分配了通信资源、为座机提供了合适的工作电流的基础上,数字终端设备会按照预设时长向座机发送提示音,该提示音用于表示在座机进入锁定状态后有来电;同时,数字终端设备还会向主叫方反馈用于表示呼入请求被正常接入的应答消息,以通知主叫方此次呼入请求已成功接入。
具体而言,在本实施例的一种实现方式中,数字终端设备会向本地座机发送预设时长的提示音。由于锁定状态下,该座机的听筒被摘起,因而该提示音经座机放大后由听筒播出。该提示音类似于一种回铃音(当呼叫成功而被叫方未接起电话时,主叫方从听筒中听到的声音)。优选的,该提示音为嚎鸣音,该预设时长与正常话机振铃的时长相同,为3分钟。与回铃音通常采用450Hz,节奏1∶4相比,本实施例中的提示音为950Hz的嚎鸣音,且节奏采 用1∶2(1秒on,2秒off)。这样,使用节奏为1∶2、频率为950Hz的嚎鸣音能够最大程度的引起用户的主意,且不至于引起用户对声音的反感。该提示音可根据需要进行设置。
在本实施例的另一种实现方式中,数字终端设备指示所述座机上的指示灯闪烁提示用户有来电。
可选的,若所述座机支持来电显示功能,本实施例中数字终端设备可向所述座机发送来电显示信息。
在用户侧,如果用户听到来电提示音或者看到指示灯闪烁时,由于锁定状态下的听筒被摘起,因而用户需要先进行听筒复位操作后以正常接听电话。例如,用户可以通过按拍叉键(座机上的R键)或者拍叉簧来接起此呼叫;用户也可以直接挂机(将听筒压实叉簧),这样挂机后座机就会立刻发出振铃声,用户可向正常处理流程一样接听电话。
如果用户通话结束后用户未挂机,则数字终端设备向所述座机发送40秒的忙音、以及继续播放提示用户挂机的60秒的嚎鸣音;若在数字终端设备在向所述座机发送60秒的嚎鸣音后,用户仍未挂机,则所述座机重新进入锁定状态。
本实施例提供的电话呼入的方法,在接收到呼入请求时,首先判断座机的当前状态,即使座机处于锁定状态,仍为座机分配通信资源,向座机发送提示音,向主叫方反馈用户表示呼入请求已成功接入的响应消息,与现有技术中,座机的状态为锁定状态时,座机的状态为“忙”的状态,呼入请求无法接入相比,本实施例能够保证在座机处于锁定状态时仍能够接入呼入请求。
进一步的,作为图4所示方法的补充,本实施例还提供了一种电话呼入的方法,如图5所示该方法包括:
S501:数字终端设备接收呼入请求。
S502:若座机处于锁定状态,则数字终端设备为座机分配通信资源,向座机发送提示音,向主叫方反馈应答消息,该应答消息用于表示所述呼入请求被正常接入。
步骤S501和步骤S502的具体实现过程可参考步骤S401和步骤S402的实现过程。
S5031:若在预设时长内接收到座机反馈的接听信号,则使用已分配的通信资源为座机提供语音服务。
如果用户听到座机发出的嚎鸣音或者看到座机上的指示灯闪烁,并正常接听电话时,则使用已分配的通信资源为座机提供正常的语音服务。
S5032:若在预设时长内未接收到座机反馈的接听信号,则数字终端设备释放已分配的通信资源。
在预设时长内,如果用户仍未正常接听电话,则该呼叫建立会因被叫方未应答而自动释放,此过程可参考现有技术。本实施例中,为了便于当再次有呼入请求时,提高呼入请求的接入成功率,数字终端设备会释放已分配的通信资源,也即重新将所述座机的状态设定为锁定状态。进入锁定状态后,当有呼入请求时,本实施例的操作流程可参考图4所示的方法。此外,如果芯片有睡眠降耗功能,则在进入锁定状态后,进行通信资源分配等处理的芯片进入休眠状态。
为了增强本实施例提供的呼入请求接入的灵活性,使得用户可以有选择的对呼入请求进行接入或拒绝。进一步的,作为图4和图5所示方法的补充,本实施例还提供了一种电话呼入的方法,如图6所示,该方法包括:
S601:数字终端设备接收呼入请求。
S602:数字终端设备获取所述呼入请求的主叫号码。
在接收到呼入请求时,本方法先不分配通信资源,而是先获取呼入请求的主叫号码,并对该号码进行判断和解析。
S603:判断所述主叫号码是否存在于预设电话号码清单中,所述预设电话号码清单用于记载骚扰电话。
S604:如果所述主叫号码存在于预设电话号码清单中,则向主叫方反馈忙信号。
其中,该预设电话号码清单用于记载骚扰电话,该预设电话号码清单可 以为数字终端设备通过对用户每一个主叫号码的接收或者拒绝的次数进行统计后得到,当对某一号码的拒绝次数超过设定的阈值时,将该号码设定为骚扰电话。
此外,该预设电话号码清单也可以由用户对数字终端设备设置后确定,如用户可以登录用于管理数字终端设备的网站,该网站包含用户可以进行操作的配置项,用户可以修改配置项的信息,如该配置项包含:对锁定状态后的所有呼入请求均拒绝的选项,则在用户选中此选项后,当所述座机处于锁定状态时,本方法可以拒绝所有呼入请求,只有当用户挂机后,对呼入请求可按正常处理流程进行处理。
本方法可以满足有些用户通过使座机处于锁定状态而拒绝来电的个性化需求。
作为上述方法的实现方式,本实施例还提供了一种座机通信系统,如图7所示,该系统包括数字终端设备701和与所述数字终端设备701相连的座机702,该座机702通过所述数字终端设备701进行语音通信。
进一步的,一个数字终端设备701也可以与多个座机702相连,上述各方法应用于数字终端设备701中。其中,每个座机702与数字终端设备701可以通过RJ11端口相连,一个数字终端设备701可以设置有多个RJ11端口,进而一个数字终端设备701可以与多个座机702相连。
本实施例提供的电话呼入的系统,数字终端设备在接收到呼入请求时,首先判断座机的当前状态,即使座机处于锁定状态,仍为座机分配通信资源,并向座机发送提示音,向主叫方反馈响应消息,与现有技术中,当座机处于锁定状态时,座机的状态为“忙”的状态,呼入请求无法接入相比,本实施例能够保证在座机处于锁定状态时仍能够接入呼入请求。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该 计算机软件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中,如计算机的软盘,硬盘或光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种电话呼入的装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于数字终端设备中,所述数字终端设备位于一种座机通信系统中,所述座机通信系统包括座机和与所述座机相连的所述数字终端设备,所述座机通过所述数字终端设备进行语音通信,所述装置包括:
    网络模块,用于接收呼入请求;
    处理器,用于所述网络模块接收到所述呼入请求后,判断所述座机是否处于锁定状态;当所述座机处于锁定状态时,为所述座机分配通信资源,向所述座机发送提示音,向所述呼入请求的主叫方反馈应答消息,所述应答消息用于表示所述呼入请求被正常接入。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电话呼入的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于当在预设时长内接收到所述座机反馈的接听信号时,使用已分配的所述通信资源为所述座机提供语音服务;
    当在预设时长内未接收到所述座机反馈的接听信号时,释放已分配的所述通信资源。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的电话呼入的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于获取所述呼入请求的主叫号码;并且当所述主叫号码存在于预设电话号码清单中时,向所述主叫方反馈忙信号。
  4. 一种电话呼入的装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于数字终端设备中,所述数字终端设备位于一种座机通信系统中,所述座机通信系统包括座机和与所述座机相连的所述数字终端设备,所述座机通过所述数字终端设备进行语音通信,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,用于接收呼入请求;
    判断单元,用于当所述接收单元接收到呼入请求后,判断所述座机是否处于锁定状态;
    处理单元,用于当所述判断单元判断得到所述座机处于锁定状态时,为所述座机分配通信资源,向所述座机发送提示音,向主叫方反馈应答消息,所述 应答消息用于表示所述呼入请求被正常接入。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电话呼入的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理单元,还用于当在预设时长内接收到所述座机反馈的接听信号时,使用已分配的通信资源为所述座机提供语音服务;
    当在预设时长内未接收到所述座机反馈的接听信号时,释放已分配的所述通信资源。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的电话呼入的装置,其特征在于,
    所述装置还包括获取单元,用于获取所述接收单元接收的呼入请求的主叫号码;
    判断单元,还用于判断所述获取单元获取的所述主叫号码是否存在于预设电话号码清单中,所述预设电话号码清单用于记载骚扰电话;
    所述处理单元,还用于当所述判断单元判断得到所述主叫号码存在于预设电话号码清单中时,向所述主叫方反馈忙信号。
  7. 一种电话呼入的方法,其特征在于,所述方法涉及一种座机通信系统,所述系统包括座机和与所述座机相连的数字终端设备,所述座机通过所述数字终端设备进行语音通信,所述方法应用于所述数字终端设备中,所述方法包括:
    所述数字终端设备接收呼入请求;
    若所述座机处于锁定状态,则所述数字终端设备为所述座机分配通信资源,向所述座机发送提示音,向主叫方反馈应答消息,所述应答消息用于表示所述呼入请求被正常接入。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电话呼入的方法,其特征在于,在所述数字终端设备向所述座机发送提示音之后,所述方法还包括:
    若在预设时长内接收到所述座机反馈的接听信号,则使用已分配的通信资源为所述座机提供语音服务;
    若在预设时长内未接收到所述座机反馈的接听信号,则所述数字终端设备释放已分配的所述通信资源。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的电话呼入的方法,其特征在于,在所述数字 终端设备接收呼入请求之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述数字终端设备获取所述呼入请求的主叫号码;
    判断所述主叫号码是否存在于预设电话号码清单中,所述预设电话号码清单用于记载骚扰电话;
    如果所述主叫号码存在于预设电话号码清单中,则向所述主叫方反馈忙信号。
