본 발명에 따른 변기 커버와 변기 시트의 개폐장치는, 물탱크가 구비된 변기 본체; 변기 본체에 체결 고정되는 고정부; 고정부 일측에 체결 고정되고, 내부에 고정축이 구비된 하우징; 하우징 내부에 위치하고, 고정부 사이에 축 결합된 회전체 일측에 연결되며, 변기 본체 상에 위치하는 변기 커버와 체결 고정되어 변기 커버를 회전시키는 제1 회전부; 고정축에 회전가능하도록 축 결합되고, 제1 회전부의 외주면에 연결되며, 외부 힘에 의해 제1 회전부를 회전시키는 제1 레버; 일단이 제1 회전부의 내부를 관통해 회전체의 일측면에 회전 가능하도록 축 고정되고, 변기 커버의 하부에 위치하는 변기 시트와 체결 고정되며, 변기 시트를 회전시키는 제2 회전부; 및 제1 레버와 이격되게 고정축에 축 결합되고, 제2 회전부의 외주면에 연결되며, 외부 힘에 의해 제2 회전부를 회전시키는 제2 레버;를 포함할 수 있다.
하우징의 내주면에 체결 고정되고, 제1 손잡이의 일측면에 형성된 가이드 돌기가 삽입 고정되는 제1 가이드부; 및 하우징의 외벽 내측면에 형성되고, 제2 손잡이의 일측면에 형성된 가이드 돌기가 삽입 고정되는 제2 가이드부;를 포함하되, 제1 가이드부는 변기 커버의 하중에 의해 하측 방향으로 회전하는 속도가 일정속도로 유지되도록 하고, 제2 가이드부는 변기 시트의 하중에 의해 하측 방향으로 회전하는 속도가 일정속도로 유지될 수 있다.
제1 회전부는, 회전체의 일측에 체결 고정되고, 하우징 내부에 위치하는 제1 파이프; 및 제1 파이프의 일측 외주면에 체결 고정되고, 외부 동력에 의해 제1 파이프가 회전되도록 하는 제1 기어;를 포함하고, 제1 레버는, 하우징 내부에 구비된 고정축에 끼움 고정되고, 제1 기어와 맞물려 회전되는제2 기어; 및 제2 기어의 외측면에 체결 고정되고, 외부 힘에 의해 제2 기어를 회전시키는 제1 손잡이;를 포함할 수 있다.
제2 회전부는, 일단 일부가 제1 파이프 내부로 삽입되어 변기 시트와 체결 고정되고, 타단 일부는 하우징 내부에 위치하는 제2 파이프; 및 제2 파이프 일측 외주면에 체결 고정되고, 외부 동력에 의해 제2 파이프가 회전되도록 하는 제3 기어;를 포함하고, 제2 레버는, 제2 기어와 이격되게 고정축에 끼움 고정되고, 제3 기어와 맞물려 회전되는 제4 기어; 및 제4 기어의 외측면에 체결 고정되고, 외부 힘에 의해 제4 기어를 회전시키는 제2 손잡이;를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 레버는, 제1 손잡이 하단에 고정되고, 제2 기어의 양 측면에 형성된 제1 장공에 끼움 고정되며, 제1 장공을 따라 이동되는 제1 지지부; 제1 지지부의 타측에 체결 고정되고, 하우징의 내주면에 관통되게 형성된 삽입홈에 끼움 고정되며, 제1 손잡이를 고정 지지하는 제1 스톱퍼; 및 제2 기어의 둘레에 수직으로 고정되고, 제1 지지부의 내부에 삽입되며, 제1 스톱퍼가 삽입홈에 끼움 고정되도록 유지하는 제1 코일 스프링;을 포함할 수 있다.
제2 레버는, 제2 손잡이 하단에 고정되고, 제4 기어의 양 측면에 형성된 제2 장공에 끼움 고정되며, 제2 장공을 따라 이동되는 제2 지지부; 제2 지지부의 타측에 체결 고정되고, 하우징의 내주면에 관통되게 형성된 삽입홈에 끼움 고정되며, 제1 손잡이를 고정 지지하는 제2 스톱퍼; 및 제2 기어의 둘레에 수직으로 고정되고, 제2 지지부의 내부에 삽입되며, 제2 스톱퍼가 삽입홈에 끼움 고정되도록 유지하는 제2 코일 스프링;을 포함할 수 있다.

도 1 내지 도 12를 참조하면, 본 발명에 따른 변기 커버와 변기 시트의 개폐장치는 제1 회전부(100), 제1 레버(200), 제2 회전부(300), 제2 레버(400), 하우징(500) 및 링크부(600)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 회전부(100)는 변기 본체(10) 상에 위치하는 변기 커버(30)와 연결되어 변기 커버(30)를 일정 범위 내에서 회전시키기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 제1 회전부(100)는 회전체(110), 제1 파이프(120) 및 제1 기어(130)를 포함할 수 있다.
회전체(110)는 변기 커버(30)의 일측에 서로 일정간격 이격되게 한 쌍으로 체결 고정될 수 있다. 회전체(110)는 변기 본체(10) 상에 고정된 고정부(50) 사이에 회전 가능하게 축 고정될 수 있다. 회전체(110)는 외부에서 전달받은 동력을 이용하여 변기 커버(30)를 일정범위 내에서 회전시키기 위하여 구비될 수 있다.
제1 파이프(120)는 내부가 관통된 원통 파이프 형상으로 형성되고, 하우징(500) 내부에 위치하며, 일단이 회전체(110)에 체결 고정되어 회전체(110)에 동력을 전달하기 위하여 구비될 수 있다.
제1 기어(130)는 둘레 방향으로 다수개의 톱니가 형성되고, 회전체(110)가 결합된 제1 파이프(120)의 반대측 외주면에 체결 고정되며, 제1 레버(200) 작동에 의해 제1 파이프(120)가 회전될 수 있도록 동력이 전달될 수 있다.
제1 레버(200)는 변기 커버(30)를 일정 범위 내에서 회전되도록 하기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 즉, 제1 레버(200)를 사용자의 몸 방향으로 당기면 변기 커버(30)가 회전되어 열리게 되고, 다시 반대측 방향으로 밀게 되면 변기 커버(30)가 회전되어 닫히게 된다. 제1 레버(200)는 제2 기어(210) 및 제1 손잡이(220)를 포함할 수 있다.
제2 기어(210)는 하우징(500) 내부에 구비된 고정축(510)에 회전 가능하도록 결합되고, 제1 기어(130)와 맞물려 제1 기어(130)에 회전 동력을 전달하기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 제2 기어(210)는 제1 기어(130) 보다 크게 형성될 수 있는데 예로 들면, 제2 기어(210)가 20도로 회전되면 제1 기어(130)는 90도 이상 회전되는 기어비로 형성될 수 있다.
제1 손잡이(220)는 길이가 긴 봉 형태로 형성되고, 일단이 제2 기어(210)에 체결 고정되며, 제2 기어(210)를 회전시키기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 즉, 제1 손잡이(220)가 수직 상태에서 사용자가 서있는 방향으로 당기게 되면 제2 기어(210)가 고정축(510)을 중심으로 회전되면서 제1 기어(130)를 회전시키고, 제1 기어(130)가 회전되면서 다시 제1 파이프(120)를 회전시키며, 제1 파이프(120)는 회전체(110)를 회전시키면서 회전체(110)에 연결된 변기 커버(30)가 회전되도록 한다.
또한, 제1 레버(200)는 제1 손잡이(220) 하단에 고정되고 제2 기어(210)의 양 측면에 형성된 제1 장공(211)에 끼움 고정되며 제1 장공(211)을 따라 이동되는 제1 지지부(230)와, 제1 지지부(230)의 타측에 체결 고정되고 하우징(500)의 내주면에 관통되게 형성된 다수개의 삽입홈(570)에 끼움 고정되며 제1 손잡이(220)를 고정 지지하는 제1 스톱퍼(240) 및 제2 기어(210)의 둘레에 수직으로 고정되고 제1 지지부(230)의 내부에 삽입되며 제1 스톱퍼(240)가 삽입홈(570)에 끼움 고정되도록 유지하는 제1 코일 스프링(250)을 포함할 수 있다. 즉, 변기 커버(30)가 열린 상태에서 사용자가 소변을 보다가 변기 커버(30)의 하중 또는 외부 충격에 의해 닫히게 되는 것을 방지하기 위해 제1 스톱퍼(240)가 삽입홈(570)에 고정되어 제1 손잡이(220)를 고정 지지한다.
한편, 제1 레버(200)를 회전시켜기 위해서는 먼저, 제1 손잡이(220)를 제2 기어(210)의 중심 축을 기준으로 수직 방향으로 누르면 제1 지지부(230)가 제2 기어(210)의 형성된 제1 장공(211)을 따라 이동되면서 제1 스톱퍼(240)가 삽입홈(570)에서 이탈시킨다. 여기서, 제1 스톱퍼(240)는 탄성을 갖는 재질로 형성되어 작은 힘으로도 삽입홈(570)에서 용이하게 이탈될 수 있다.
그리고, 삽입홈(570)에서 제1 스톱퍼(240)가 이탈된 상태에서 제1 손잡이(220)를 고정축(510)의 중심을 기준으로 하측 방향으로 당기면 제1 스톱퍼(240)가 삽입되어 있던 삽입홈(570)과 이격된 다른 삽입홈(570)에 끼움 고정되면서 제1 손잡이(220)가 고정된다. 이때, 제1 스톱퍼(240)는 제1 코일 스프링(250)이 압축된 상태에서 인장되어 제1 손잡이(220)를 외축방향으로 밀어주면서 삽입홈(570)에 끼움 고정된다. 이러한 상태가 되면 변기 커버(30)는 상측 방향으로 열리게 된다.
제2 회전부(300)는 변기 커버(30) 하부에 위치하는 변기 시트(20)와 연결되어 변기 시트(20)를 일정 범위 내에서 회전시키기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 제2 회전부(300)는 제2 파이프(310) 및 제3 기어(320)를 포함할 수 있다.
제2 파이프(310)는 길이가 긴 파이프의 형상으로 형성되고, 일단의 일부가 제1 파이프(120) 내부로 삽입되며, 타단 일부는 하우징(500) 내부에 위치할 수 있다. 제2 파이프(310)는 변기 시트(20)에 고정된 고정편(330)의 일단에 체결 고정되어 변기 시트(20)를 회전시키기 위하여 구비될 수 있다.
제3 기어(320)는 둘레 방향으로 다수개의 톱니가 형성되고, 제1 기어(130)와 이격되게 위치하며, 제2 파이프(310)의 외주면에 체결 고정될 수 있다. 제3 기어(320)는 제2 레버(400) 작동에 의해 제2 파이프(310)가 회전될 수 있도록 동력이 전달될 수 있다.
제2 레버(400)는 변기 시트(20)를 일정 범위 내에서 회전되도록 하기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 즉, 제2 레버(400)를 사용자의 몸 방향으로 당기면 변기 시트(20)가 회전되어 열리게 되고, 다시 반대측 방향으로 밀게 되면 변기 시트(20)가 회전되어 닫히게 된다. 제2 레버(400)는 제4 기어(410) 및 제2 손잡이(420)를 포함할 수 있다.
제4 기어(410)는 하우징(500) 내부에 구비된 고정축(510)에 회전 가능하도록 결합되고, 제3 기어(320)와 맞물려 제3 기어(320)에 회전 동력을 전달하기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 제4 기어(410)는 제3 기어(320) 보다 크게 형성될 수 있는데 예로 들면, 제4 기어(410)가 20도로 회전되면 제3 기어(320)는 90도 이상 회전되는 기어비로 형성될 수 있다.
제2 손잡이(420)는 길이가 긴 봉 형태로 형성되고, 일단이 제4 기어(410)에 체결 고정되며, 제4 기어(410)를 회전시키기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 즉, 제2 손잡이(420)가 수직 상태에서 사용자가 서있는 방향으로 당기게 되면 제4 기어(410)가 고정축(510)을 중심으로 회전되면서 제3 기어(320)를 회전시키고, 제3 기어(320)가 회전되면서 다시 제2 파이프(310)를 회전시키며, 제2 파이프(310)가 변기 시트(20)를 회전시킨다.
또한, 제2 레버(400)는 제2 손잡이(420) 하단에 고정되고 제4 기어(410)의 양 측면에 형성된 제2 장공(411)에 끼움 고정되며 제2 장공(411)을 따라 이동되는 제2 지지부(430)와, 제2 지지부(430)의 타측에 체결 고정되고 하우징(500)의 내주면에 관통되게 형성된 다수개의 삽입홈(570)에 끼움 고정되며 제2 손잡이(420)를 고정 지지하는 제2 스톱퍼(440) 및 제4 기어(410)의 둘레에 수직으로 고정되고 제2 지지부(430)의 내부에 삽입되며 제2 스톱퍼(440)가 삽입홈(570)에 끼움 고정되도록 유지하는 제2 코일 스프링(450)을 포함할 수 있다. 즉, 변기 시트(20)가 열린 상태에서 사용자가 소변을 보다가 변기 시트(20)의 하중 또는 외부 충격에 의해 닫히게 되는 것을 방지하기 위해 제2 스톱퍼(440)가 삽입홈(570)에 고정되어 제2 손잡이(420)를 고정 지지한다.
제2 레버(400)의 작동 방법은 상기에서 설명한 제1 레버(200)와 동일함으로 자세한 설명은 생략한다.
하우징(500)은 고정부(50) 일측에 체결 고정되고, 내부에 고정축(510)이 구비되며, 제1 기어(130) 내지 제4 기어(410)를 외부 충격으로부터 보호하기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 하우징(500)은 제1 손잡이(220)가 삽입되는 제1 개구부(550)와, 제1 개구부(550)와 이격되게 위치하고 제2 손잡이(420)가 삽입되는 제2 개구부(560)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 개구부(550) 및 제2 개구부(560)는 제1 손잡이(220) 및 제2 손잡이(420)가 일정 범위 이상 벗어나 회전되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 구비될 수 있다.
또한, 하우징(500)은 제1 가이드부(520) 및 제2 가이드부(530)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 가이드부(520)는 하우징(500)의 중간 내주면에 홈이 형성된 격벽이 체결 고정되고, 홈에는 제1 손잡이(220)의 일측면에 형성된 가이드 돌기(540)가 삽입 고정될 수 있다.
제2 가이드부(530)는 하우징(500)의 외벽 내측면에 홈이 형성되고, 홈에는 제2 손잡이(420)의 일측면에 형성된 가이드 돌기(540)가 삽입 고정될 수 있다.
즉, 제1 가이드부(520)는 변기 커버(30)의 하중에 의해 하측 방향으로 회전하는 속도가 일정속도로 유지되도록 하고, 제2 가이드부(530)는 변기 시트(20)의 하중에 의해 하측 방향으로 회전하는 속도가 일정속도로 유지되면서 제1 레버(200) 및 제2 레버(400)가 회전될 수 있도록 한다.
*링크부(600)는 사용자가 변기 커버(30) 및 변기 시트(20)를 열은 상태에서 소변을 보고 물탱크(40)에 저장된 물을 내리기 위해 물탱크(40)에 구비된 작동 레버(41)를 누름과 동시에 변기 커버(30)가 닫히도록 하기 위하여 구비될 수 있다. 링크부(600)는 수직봉(610) 및 누름부(620)를 포함할 수 있다.
수직봉(610)은 물탱크(40)의 전면에 구비된 지지편(640)에 지지되고, 상단이 작동 레버(41)와 연결되며, 작동 레버(41)의 작동에 의해 수직 방향으로 이동될 수 있다.
누름부(620)는 일단이 수직봉(610)의 타단과 연결되고, 타단 일부가 절곡된 상태에서 하우징(500)에 형성된 삽입홈(570)에 삽입될 수 있다. 즉, 작동 레버(41)에 수직봉(610)이 하부 방향으로 이동되면 누름부(620)의 타단에 절곡된 부분이 삽입홈(570)에 삽입되면서 제1 스톱퍼(240)를 밀어주게 된다. 이때, 제1 스톱퍼(240)가 삽입홈(570)에서 이탈되면 제1 손잡이(220)에 고정된 인장 스프링(630)에 의해 제1 손잡이(220)가 물탱크(40) 방향으로 회전되고, 제1 손잡이(220)가 회전되면 동시에 변기 커버(30)가 닫히게 된다.
이하, 도 1 내지 도 12를 참조하여, 본 발명에 따른 변기 커버와 변기 시트의 개폐장치의 작동 방법을 설명한다.
최초 변기 시트(20)와 변기 커버(30)가 닫힌 상태이며 제1 손잡이(220) 및 제2 손잡이(420)는 수직 상태가 된다. 이러한 상태에서 사용자가 용변을 보게 될 경우 먼저, 제1 손잡이(220)를 사용자가 서있는 방향으로 당기면 변기 커버가 열리게 되고, 용변이 끝난 후 사용자가 다시 제1 손잡이(220)를 밀어 최초 상태로 돌아가게 한다.
다음, 사용자가 소변을 보기 위해 변기 시트(20) 및 변기 커버(30)를 열어야 하는데 이때, 별도로 변기 커버(30)를 열지 않고 제2 손잡이(220)를 사용자가 서있는 방향으로 당기게 되면 변기 시트(20)가 회전되면서 동시에 변기 커버(30)도 회전시켜 열리도록 한다.
그 다음, 사용자가 변기 사용이 끝난 후 물을 내리게 되는데 이때, 물이 내려가는 과정에서 소변과 썩인 오염된 물이 사방으로 튀거나 미세입자가 공기 중으로 날아다니면서 사용자에게 불쾌감을 줄 수 있으므로 물탱크(40)에 구비된 작동 레버(41)를 작동시키면 물탱크(40)에 저장된 물이 변기 본체(10) 내부로 배출됨과 동시에 변기 커버(30)가 닫히도록 링크부(600)와 연결한다. 여기서, 변기 커버(30)가 닫히게 되면 변기 커버(30)에 의해 변기 시트(20)도 같이 닫히게 된다.
이상, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명하였지만, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명이 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예는 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 물탱크가 구비된 변기 본체;
    변기 본체에 체결 고정되는 고정부;
    고정부 일측에 체결 고정되고, 내부에 고정축이 구비된 하우징;
    하우징 내부에 위치하고, 고정부 사이에 축 결합된 회전체 일측에 연결되며, 변기 본체 상에 위치하는 변기 커버와 체결 고정되어 변기 커버를 회전시키는 제1 회전부;
    고정축에 회전가능하도록 축 결합되고, 제1 회전부의 외주면에 연결되며, 외부 힘에 의해 제1 회전부를 회전시키는 제1 레버;
    일단이 제1 회전부의 내부를 관통해 회전체의 일측면에 회전 가능하도록 축 고정되고, 변기 커버의 하부에 위치하는 변기 시트와 체결 고정되며, 변기 시트를 회전시키는 제2 회전부; 및
    제1 레버와 이격되게 고정축에 축 결합되고, 제2 회전부의 외주면에 연결되며, 외부 힘에 의해 제2 회전부를 회전시키는 제2 레버;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변기 커버와 변기 시트의 개폐장치.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    하우징의 내주면에 체결 고정되고, 제1 손잡이의 일측면에 형성된 가이드 돌기가 삽입 고정되는 제1 가이드부; 및
    하우징의 외벽 내측면에 형성되고, 제2 손잡이의 일측면에 형성된 가이드 돌기가 삽입 고정되는 제2 가이드부;를 포함하되,
    제1 가이드부는 변기 커버의 하중에 의해 하측 방향으로 회전하는 속도가 일정속도로 유지되도록 하고, 제2 가이드부는 변기 시트의 하중에 의해 하측 방향으로 회전하는 속도가 일정속도로 유지되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변기 커버와 변기 시트의 개폐장치.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    제1 회전부는,
    회전체의 일측에 체결 고정되고, 하우징 내부에 위치하는 제1 파이프; 및
    제1 파이프의 일측 외주면에 체결 고정되고, 외부 동력에 의해 제1 파이프가 회전되도록 하는 제1 기어;를 포함하고,
    제1 레버는,
    하우징 내부에 구비된 고정축에 끼움 고정되고, 제1 기어와 맞물려 회전되는제2 기어; 및
    제2 기어의 외측면에 체결 고정되고, 외부 힘에 의해 제2 기어를 회전시키는 제1 손잡이;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변기 커버와 변기 시트의 개폐장치.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    제2 회전부는,
    일단 일부가 제1 파이프 내부로 삽입되어 변기 시트와 체결 고정되고, 타단 일부는 하우징 내부에 위치하는 제2 파이프; 및
    제2 파이프 일측 외주면에 체결 고정되고, 외부 동력에 의해 제2 파이프가 회전되도록 하는 제3 기어;를 포함하고,
    제2 레버는,
    제2 기어와 이격되게 고정축에 끼움 고정되고, 제3 기어와 맞물려 회전되는 제4 기어; 및
    제4 기어의 외측면에 체결 고정되고, 외부 힘에 의해 제4 기어를 회전시키는 제2 손잡이;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변기 커버와 변기 시트의 개폐장치.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    제1 레버는,
    제1 손잡이 하단에 고정되고, 제2 기어의 양 측면에 형성된 제1 장공에 끼움 고정되며, 제1 장공을 따라 이동되는 제1 지지부;
    제1 지지부의 타측에 체결 고정되고, 하우징의 내주면에 관통되게 형성된 삽입홈에 끼움 고정되며, 제1 손잡이를 고정 지지하는 제1 스톱퍼; 및
    제2 기어의 둘레에 수직으로 고정되고, 제1 지지부의 내부에 삽입되며, 제1 스톱퍼가 삽입홈에 끼움 고정되도록 유지하는 제1 코일 스프링;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변기 커버와 변기 시트의 개폐장치.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    제2 레버는,
    제2 손잡이 하단에 고정되고, 제4 기어의 양 측면에 형성된 제2 장공에 끼움 고정되며, 제2 장공을 따라 이동되는 제2 지지부;
    제2 지지부의 타측에 체결 고정되고, 하우징의 내주면에 관통되게 형성된 삽입홈에 끼움 고정되며, 제1 손잡이를 고정 지지하는 제2 스톱퍼; 및
    제2 기어의 둘레에 수직으로 고정되고, 제2 지지부의 내부에 삽입되며, 제2 스톱퍼가 삽입홈에 끼움 고정되도록 유지하는 제2 코일 스프링;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 변기 커버와 변기 시트의 개폐장치.
