Abstract
一种针式灯脚的LED灯泡(200),包括:透光外壳(201),由一对呈瓜子壳状的半壳(A1,A2)构成,一对半壳的开口适于彼此轴向并拢;灯板总成(202),包裹于透光外壳(201)内;以及针式灯脚(203),连接至灯板总成(202),并从透光外壳(201)的底部延伸至透光外壳(201)外部。这种针式灯脚的LED灯泡能获得灯泡是通体发光的全光束出光;外壳体可以设计成多种曲面的外形,而使壳体能与灯板(含有LED发光元件和驱动元件的PCB总成)最紧密地接触,使灯板与壳体有着更好的导热散热,获得体积非常细小的外形尺寸。
Description
本发明涉及一种LED照明装置,尤其涉及一种针式灯脚的LED灯泡,其特别适用于IEC-60061标准中规定的G4、GY6.35及G9型针式灯脚的LED灯泡。
用于普通照明的针式灯脚的卤素灯泡如图1A和图1B示意。图中,图1A示出的是灯脚为G4、GY6.35型的针式卤素灯泡,常用于6-24V的低压工作。图1B示出的是G9型的针式卤素灯泡,工作电压一般为100-240V。这种卤素灯泡体积非常细小,而且是通体发光的全光束出光,而被广泛应用于普通照明场合。
然而,由于卤素灯的发光效率很低,仅为10-15Lm/W,在现有技术中,用LED取代卤素灯,是必然趋势。
发明内容
针对业界的上述技术发展的需求,本发明的创作人提出了一种新颖的针式灯脚的LED灯泡。
具体地,本发明提供了一种针式灯脚的LED灯泡,包括:
透光外壳,由一对呈瓜子壳状的半壳构成,所述一对半壳的开口适于彼此轴向并拢;
灯板总成,包裹于所述透光外壳内;以及
针式灯脚,连接至所述灯板总成,并从所述透光外壳的底部延伸至所述透光外壳外部。
较佳地,在上述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡中,所述透光外壳内填充有透明导热胶体,以使所述灯板总成经由所述导热胶体同所述透光外壳获得全导热。
较佳地,在上述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡中,所述透光外壳的顶部设置有一通孔。
较佳地,在上述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡中,所述透光外壳的底部设置有一通孔
较佳地,在上述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡中,所述一对半壳的外形是多曲面异形。
较佳地,在上述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡中,所述一对半壳的外形彼此镜像对称。
较佳地,在上述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡中,所述一对半壳的外形可以不对称。
较佳地,在上述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡中,所述灯板总成包括LED发光元件、驱动所述LED发光元件恒流恒压工作的驱动部件以及印刷电路板。
本发明的针式灯脚的LED灯泡能获得灯泡是通体发光的全光束出光;外壳体可以设计成多种曲面的外形,而使壳体能与灯板(含有LED发光元件和驱动元件的PCB总成)最紧密地接触,使灯板与壳体有着更好的导热散热,获得体积非常细小的外形尺寸。

本发明的特征包括:以透光塑料为整灯的外壳体材质,形成近似“瓜子壳”状的二该半壳;该二个半壳以轴向合拢,将含有LED发光元件、驱动元件和印刷电路板(PCB)的灯板总成包裹在壳体内,同时将针式灯脚裸露伸出灯壳体外。
现在参考图2A-图4C来详细讨论本发明的LED灯泡。
首先参考图2A-图2C,图2A-图2C从不同的角度示出了根据本发明的针式灯脚的LED灯泡200。该针式灯脚的LED灯泡200主要包括透光外壳201、灯板总成202、针式灯脚203。
透光外壳201由一对呈瓜子壳状的半壳A1和A2构成,所述一对半壳A1和A2的开口适于彼此轴向(D)并拢。在图2A-图2C所示的实施例中,该一对半壳A1和A2的外形彼此镜像对称。但,本发明不限于此,例如本发明也可以采用彼此不对称的一对半壳A1和A2,但该对半壳A1和A2的开口截面需要相同,以便于并拢在一起。
二个半壳轴向合拢后,可以用公知的工艺技术将这两者熔合,熔合工艺可以包括,但不限于,超声波、高频、激光或胶粘。
灯板总成202包裹于所述透光外壳201内。较佳地,该灯板总成202可以进一步包括LED发光元件205、驱动所述LED发光元件205恒流恒压工作的驱动部件(未图示)以及印刷电路板206。
针式灯脚203连接至所述灯板总成202,并从所述透光外壳201的底部延伸至所述透光外壳201外部。
较佳地,根据本发明的一个实施例,所述透光外壳201的顶部可以设置有一通孔204。
可以通过该通孔204向所述透光外壳201内填充有例如硅胶类的透明导热胶体,以使该灯板总成202经由所述导热胶体同所述透光外壳201获得全导热。或者,对于不需注胶的实施例,通孔的作用可以是与空气导通散热。
较佳地,注胶通孔也适合设置于所述透光外壳201的底部。
特别是,上述的一对半壳A1和A2的外形优选是多曲面异形。现在转到图3A-图3E,其中图3A和图3B示出了半壳外形的一个实施例,根据图3A和图3B所示的实施例,透光外壳的外形呈多曲面状,且图3C-图3E示出了半壳外形的其他三个实施例。
根据灯板总成(B)的设计要求不同,灯外壳体的形状也可以不同,图3A-图3E示意了几种异形的、多曲面的外壳例。但都是由二个半壳为特征。二个半壳可以是对称的,或不对称的。
图4A-图4C示意了G9型针式灯脚的、由二个半只外壳轴向合拢后获得的针式灯脚的LED灯泡。
综上所述,上述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡可以实现通体发光的全光束出光。此外,通过将外壳体设计成多种曲面的外形,可使透光外壳能与灯板总成(含有LED发光元件和驱动元件)最紧密地接触,使灯板总成与透光壳体有着更好的导热散热,获得体积非常细小的外形尺寸。
本领域技术人员可显见,可对本发明的上述示例性实施例进行各种修改和变型而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。因此,旨在使本发明覆盖落在所附权利要求书及其等效技术方案范围内的对本发明的修改和变型。
Claims (6)
- 一种针式灯脚的LED灯泡,其特征在于,包括:透光外壳,由一对呈瓜子壳状的半壳构成,所述一对半壳的开口适于彼此轴向并拢;灯板总成,包裹于所述透光外壳内;以及针式灯脚,连接至所述灯板总成,并从所述透光外壳的底部延伸至所述透光外壳外部。
- 如权利要求1所述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述透光外壳内填充有透明导热胶体,以使所述灯板总成经由所述导热胶体同所述透光外壳获得全导热。
- 如权利要求1所述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述透光外壳的顶部或底部设置有一通孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述一对半壳的外形是多曲面异形。
- 如权利要求1所述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述一对半壳的外形彼此镜像对称或不对称。
- 如权利要求1所述的针式灯脚的LED灯泡,其特征在于,所述灯板总成包括LED发光元件、驱动所述LED发光元件恒流恒压工作的驱动部件以及印刷电路板。
