Definitions
- the invention is based on a device on a tilt-adjustable
- Treadmills as fitness and therapy equipment for terrestrial use as well as for the swimming pool area are known in a wide variety of treadmills on the one hand can be driven by pure muscle power, as described in US Pat. No. 8,343,016 and on the other hand driven by a motor, as described in the patent EP 1 466 651.
- the treadmills can be adjusted in inclination and can automatically run corresponding run programs by means of a controller.
- the invention is based on a climbing strap device which can be pivoted from a low angular position to vertical and also over it in the inclination, to which rungs or and treads are attached, which are easily removable, in particular to change the distances between the rungs.
- the climbing equipment is used for fitness and therapy and promotes endurance, as well as the coordination of legs and arms and strengthens all muscle parts of the body, which would use humans in natural environment, according to the preamble of the first claim
- the climbing strap device needs in its basic version no electrical power, because the body weight resp. gravity drives a timing belt and an adjustable brake causes the exerciser to e.g. can climb up a wall bars, this without risk, because the distance to the ground is extremely low and it remains.
- a drive motor can be used in case the climbing device is to be used at a low angle or for therapeutic applications reversing the motor is possible, so that the training person or the patient moves backwards the rungs "down.”
- Also can be powered by a motor Climbing device to do additional exercises, such as negative exercises or a virtual dumbbell training.
- the training action is concentrated almost midway on the climbing tape device.
- the climbing device has removable rungs which are mounted at a distance from the climbing wall.
- the feet are part of the movement process and can not only be supported on the rungs, but also push against the synchronously rotating climbing wall behind, even if the climbing wall is overhanging, ie an angle of more than 90.
- the climbing wall has a stable and fixed substructure and is part of the chassis on which the lifting cylinder attack.
- the detailed design regarding timing belt guide on such a climbing strap and the detailed Mooring of the rung holders are recorded in one of the same inventor in another patent.
- the sprouts can be unlocked with little effort and removed from the holder, which is attached to the carrier tape, be it for replacement purposes, shape and color change, be it to change the distances from rung to rung, the stature and the climbing speed of a persons
- this also offers training optimization, namely also to train the arms at the same time, as well as to strengthen the chest and back muscles.
- This can take place by means of a motor drive with a speed predetermined by the training person, or corresponding detectors recognize the position of the training person with the detected values, so that the speed of the drive motor can be regulated for a sensitively metered readjustment of the climbing band, e.g. by means of a PID algorithm or quite simply but also effectively with the position determination of the training person, a braking means observes the downward movement of the treadmill and the rungs.
- the gist of the invention is to provide a climbing tackle having rungs or treads secured to spacers and exchangeable or removable, as well as various degrees of pitch and difficulty, throttling the speed of the climbing strap, or controlled by a drive motor To produce active speed, as well as counter-rotating training processes by means of opposite direction of rotation of the climbing band to provide and using a software, sensors and a suitably positioned screen to simulate climbing routes.
- Fig. 1 is a schematic side view of a high-climbing equipment with a continuous belt, with Bandumlenkrollen, a first cylinder roller, a second small cylinder roller, drive motor, brake, a base plate, an upper and lower Zahnriemenschelbe with the timing belt to which the spacers moored with rungs and in a lower and upper slide are guided and by means of the actuating cylinder, softer having a stroke sensor, and a stop bar on the sub-cover, a camera, a controller with a

- Controller 12 with a software input P and a screen 13.
- the incline adjustable climbing strap device 1 shows a version in which the screen 13 plays a central role in that this shows the climbing route and the software stored in the controller 12, which by means of a software input P in
- a climbing route is stored as a video, which also includes the distance and the climbing angle, possibly also the sounds of the environment is stored.
- the screen 13 advantageously has a touch-sensitive screen so that desired programs, e.g. the route, difficulty levels.
- Route can be entered directly on the screen 13 and also includes the data layout, which e.g. always or intermittently the speed, the altitude, the current position on the route, the angle, up to the pulse rate, calories burned, etc. displays. Also, the screen 13 may display text indicative of the training course or sights on the
- the solution is to install a continuous endless belt 2 in the climbing band 1, which moves as fast as the toothed belt 45, which is attached to the upper toothed disc 44 and the lower toothed disc 43 and the same diameter as the first cylinder roller 3.
- the toothed belt 45 is guided by the lower, resp. upper timing pulley 43,44 and runs in the lower slide rail 46, as well as the upper slide rail 47, which are both attached to the chassis 10, not shown here.
- the spacer 7 is mounted on the toothed belt 45.
- the band deflection rollers 48 By means of the band deflection rollers 48, a distance S between the rung 8 and the endless belt 2, which has an underlying base plate 6, generated. It is advantageous that the feet when climbing the rungs 8 there is a barrier, so that the foot of the
- Training person T can never be trapped by the sprouts 8 of the underlying, retrograde running rungs 8. The likelihood is great that the foot comes into contact with the barrier and therefore this part runs synchronously, be it in terms of pleasant support, be it no squeaking of the soles of the shoes, or to consciously be able to rest on the endless belt 2.
- the endless running belt 2 practically stops where the screen 13 begins and this is offset to the rear to create a greater distance to the training person T.
- the screen 13 is fixed to the chassis 0. In this way, the training person T can never collide with the screen 13 with his hands but must consciously want to touch the screen 13, e.g. to retrieve another screen or related information. Command buttons can also be attached to the chassis 10 outside of the rungs 8.
- the controller 12 which has stored the software, can thus, depending on the equipment of the climbing tape device 1 according to the climbing speed of the training person T, this with the camera 11, for example. in the form of a face recognition software, always keep in a desired video square by the brake 5a is released or tightened accordingly.
- On the screen 13 is e.g. to recognize a mountain to climb it, which is previously activated from the software, which has a database of climbing routes. This by means of or without timing, the slope of the mountain at the angle of
- Tilt N of the climbing part K is modeled. Overhanging mountain walls are simulated only with a mild overhang of eg max 15 °, so that the training person T with the feet on the rungs 8 almost always finds support. Rockfall with falling rocks or triggering an avalanche can be simulated by activation of an unbalance motor 26, see Fig. 2, which playfully strengthens the deeper muscle fibers. Instead of climbing a mountain climbing a rope ladder in the jungle can be simulated and the rocking of the ropes is also transmitted by means of the actuation of the actuating cylinder 9 on the climbing part K.
- the controller 12 compares the actual values with the desired parameters and thus controls the climbing band device 1 with regard to braking effect and inclination adjustment N with the existing input data: the face recognition or the position recognition of the training person T leads to a greater or lesser braking effect in the event of a deviation from the desired value.
- the gradient of the climbing route becomes the actuating cylinder
- the odometer 34 is used to influence the frame rate of the video, so that when climbing faster, the mountain scenes run faster and vice versa and the data also serve as a part of calculating the calorie consumption and the like.
- the brake 5a is immediately active, as well as when touching the stop bar 50 which a direct braking effect on the lower
- Timing belt pulley 43 has or is a safety strip which electrically activates the brake 5a, as well as upon entering the contact mat M, which may also be a kind Auffangmatratze and an emergency stop ensures at any time an immediate stopping of the sprouts eighth
- FIG. 2 shows a schematic side view of a tilt-adjustable climbing-tape device 1 with a drive motor 5, a controller 12, an unbalance motor 26, a dumbbell boom 27 and the cable pull 28, the take-up pulley 29 and the handle 30.
- Such a climbing tape device 1 opens up further training opportunities and it can be further improvements for well-being for the body realize it.
- One of them is that on climbing tackle 1 at least one unbalance motor 26 is mounted, which is a vibration in the context of z. B. 25 - 50 Hz produced on climbing tackle 1, as it is also known in vibrating plates, but there let only vibrate the legs and in the case of the upper body such vibration would be desirable, the intensity should be increased accordingly ' would. Strong vibrations usually work into the cervical spine and into the head, which can lead to severe headaches. In this case, the
- the unbalance motor 26 is z. B. moored to the floor frame 10 a and connected to the chassis 10.

Description
Kletterbandgerät
Technisches Gebiet
