Description

一种垫圈及洗衣机减速离合装置 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机密封零部件技术领域,具体地,涉及一种垫圈及洗衣机减速离合装置。
背景技术
目前洗衣机减速离合装置的脱水轴需要与洗衣机的内桶相连接,为了使得内桶稳定的固定在脱水轴上,并且确保内桶的安装高度确定,需要在洗衣机的脱水轴上与内桶的连接处安装垫圈。现有的垫圈的安装方法通常有如下两种:
一种是使用常用的不锈钢垫圈直接套装在减速离合装置的脱水轴上,如图1所示,洗衣机减速离合装置的脱水轴及垫圈结构,这种结构很简单,垫圈没有特别的结构,只是一个不锈钢的垫圈或者是不锈钢垫圈和橡胶的简单结合;减速离合装置的脱水轴截面为圆形结构,下面设有防止垫圈下滑的定位凸台。
但是上述方法中,洗衣机在制造维修或者运输过程中,垫圈容易脱落造成洗衣机故障。而且,由于垫圈脱落而造成内桶下降,使得波轮和内桶之间的缝隙超出设定值,导致洗涤过程中发生夹坏和/或塞入衣物的问题。
另外一种方法,如图2、图3、图4及图5所示,脱水轴截面呈多边形或多边形与圆形的组合,在减速离合装置的脱水轴上设计一个凹槽,形成一个卡位凸台,凹槽为圆形结构。垫圈的形状设计与脱水轴的截面吻合,垫片安装到脱水轴上后旋转一定的角度,这样脱水轴的卡位凸台就会挡住垫圈不会脱落了。
但是上述方法中存在如下的问题:首先,脱水轴的截面呈多边形或者多边形与圆形组合,这样使脱水轴的加工工艺更加的复杂;其次,脱水轴上设置凹槽结构,破坏了脱水轴的整体性,容易在凹槽处发生应力集中而造成脱水轴断裂,大大降低了脱水轴的整体强度;最后,垫圈的形状设计与脱水轴的截面吻合,垫圈的加工工艺也更加复杂,而且对公差的要求也更高,才能实现将垫圈与脱水轴相配合。
总之,现有的上述两种方法不能使得脱水轴具有最佳受力强度的同时保证垫圈的固 定稳定性。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种垫圈,该垫圈可以应用到洗衣机减速离合装置上,解决垫圈容易脱落问题,同时也有效规避了减速离合装置脱水轴的强度因结构设计原因而变弱的问题。
具体地,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种垫圈,包括金属圈本体和/或由弹性材料制成的第一弹性部、第二弹性部,所述的第一弹性部设置在金属圈本体的内侧,第二弹性部设置在金属圈本体的外侧且向下延伸;所述的第一弹性部和第二弹性部分别与与其装配的轴过盈配合。
进一步地,所述的第一弹性部为固定连接在金属圈本体内侧周壁上的弹性圈,第一弹性部的上端高于金属圈本体的上端,第一弹性部的部分还与金属圈本体的上端端部固定连接。
进一步地,所述的第一弹性部的内径从下端端部向上端端部逐渐收小。
进一步地,所述的第二弹性部为固定连接在金属圈本体的外侧周壁上的弹性圈,第二弹性部向金属圈本体的内侧和/或外侧延伸,第二弹性部的部分还与金属圈本体的下端端部固定连接。
进一步地,所述的第二弹性部位于金属圈本体的下端下方的部分向内延伸形成装配部,装配部与与其装配在轴过盈配合,装配部的内径从上端端部向下端端部逐渐收小。
进一步地,所述的第二弹性部位于金属圈本体的下端下方的部分向外延伸形成调节部,调节部与装配部之间具有间隙。
进一步地,所述的装配部包括第一内侧弯曲部、第一外侧弯曲部以及过渡连接第一内侧弯曲部和第一外侧弯曲部的第一连接部,第一内侧弯曲部朝向金属圈本体外侧弯曲;
所述的调节部包括第二内侧弯曲部、第二外侧弯曲部以及过渡连接第二内侧弯曲部和第二外侧弯曲部的第二连接部;
所述的第一外侧弯曲部与第二内侧弯曲部之间具有一定间距以形成间隙。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种应用上述所述垫圈的洗衣机减速离合装置,包括与洗衣机的内桶连接的脱水轴,脱水轴上设有用于防止垫圈下滑的凸台;所述的垫圈设置在 脱水轴上,所述的第一弹性部与脱水轴过盈配合,和/或第二弹性部与凸台过盈配合。
进一步地,所述的脱水轴的横截面为圆形,脱水轴与凸台的连接处的外径等于脱水轴的外径;所述的装配在脱水轴上的垫圈的金属圈本体、第一弹性部和第二弹性部为圆环状。
进一步地,所述的第一弹性部的最小内径小于脱水轴的外径;所述的第二弹性部的装配部与凸台过盈配合,装配部的最小内径小于凸台的外径。
本发明的垫圈具有金属圈本体以及由弹性材料制成的第一弹性部、第二弹性部三层结构,在使用时金属圈本体与与其装配的轴间隙配合,第一弹性部和第二弹性部分别与与其装配的轴过盈配合,这样可使得本发明的垫圈安装更加可靠,不易脱落。
本发明的洗衣机减速离合装置是在目前洗衣机减速离合装置的基础上取消了脱水轴安装垫圈的凹槽,增强了洗衣机减速器脱水轴的强度,避免洗衣机在高速脱水情况下脱水轴变形较大,导致洗衣机出现振动噪音大。而且,本发明的减速离合装置的脱水轴的横截面为圆形,加工工艺更加简单。
同时,本发明的在减速离合装置采用了本发明的垫圈,使得洗衣机在制造维修以及运输过程中,垫圈不容易脱落,避免了因垫圈脱落造成洗衣机整机出现波轮高于内桶底部、夹衣物、进异物等质量问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种垫圈及洗衣机减速离合装置进行详细描述:
如图6及图7所示,本发明的一种垫圈,包括金属圈本体2和/或由弹性材料制成的第一弹性部1、第二弹性部3,所述的第一弹性部1设置在金属圈本体2的内侧,第二弹性部3设置在金属圈本体2的外侧且向下延伸;所述的金属圈本体2与与其装配的轴间隙配合,第一弹性部1和第二弹性部3分别与与其装配的轴过盈配合。
本发明的金属圈本体2采用不锈钢或者其它合金材料制成,这样可确保垫圈整体具有一定的强度,而且金属圈本体2的形状设计形成了垫圈的主要整体结构形状。具体地,本发明的金属圈本体2可根据具体的装配要求设计成圆形孔位、方形孔位、多边形孔位或者其它确定形状的孔位。为了便于本发明的垫圈的安装,本发明的金属圈本体2与所要安装的轴之间间隙配合,即金属圈本体2的内径大于轴的外径。
本发明的垫圈在金属圈本体2的内侧和外侧分别设置有第一弹性部1和第二弹性部3,所述的第一弹性部1和第二弹性部3分别采用弹性材料制成,具体地,可采用橡胶材料制成。这样,本发明的垫圈在与轴进行装配时,第一弹性部1、第二弹性部3分别与轴过盈配合,这样使得本发明的垫圈在装配后在第一弹性部1和第二弹性部3的作用下安装更加稳定,不易脱落,确保了垫圈的有效性。
因此,本发明的垫圈,由于金属圈本体2与所要安装的轴之间间隙配合,因此能够更容易的安装到脱水轴上;而且垫圈安装好以后,由于第一弹性部1、第二弹性部3分别与轴过盈配合,因此本发明的垫圈不容易取下来,确保了生产或维修时不被遗漏,避免了洗衣机整机出现波轮高于内桶底部、夹衣物、进异物等质量问题。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述的第一弹性部1为固定连接在金属圈本体2内侧周壁上的弹性圈,第一弹性部1的上端高于金属圈本体2的上端,第一弹性部1的部分还与金属圈本体2的上端端部固定连接。
优选地,本发明的第一弹性部1为一橡胶圈,橡胶圈固定在金属圈本体1的内壁上,因此,本发明的垫圈在金属圈本体2的内侧增设一层橡胶圈,由于橡胶圈具有一定的弹性,因此在安装时适用一定的外力或者其它方式可将本发明的垫圈装入安装轴上,装上后,第一弹性部1由于弹力的作用而与安装轴紧密接触,确保了垫圈安装的可靠性。本发明的第一弹性部1的高度高于金属圈本体2设置,且高于金属圈本体2的部分与金属 圈本体2的上端端部固定连接,这样可增大第一弹性部1与金属圈本体2的接触面积,增大了第一弹性部1与金属圈本体2固定连接的稳定性。
本发明的第一弹性部1的高度高于金属圈本体2设置,所述的第一弹性部1的内径从下端端部向上端端部逐渐收小。这样使得第一弹性部1的内径呈上小下大的喇叭口状,这样的好处时,在安装时便于安装,安装上以后不容易取出,确保了本发明的垫圈固定安装的稳定性。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述的第二弹性部3为固定连接在金属圈本体2的外侧周壁上的弹性圈,第二弹性部3向金属圈本体2的内侧和/或外侧延伸,第二弹性部3的部分还与金属圈本体2的下端端部固定连接。
优选地,所述的第二弹性部3也为一橡胶圈,橡胶圈固定在金属圈本体1的外壁上,因此,本发明的垫圈在金属圈本体2的外侧增设一层向下延伸的橡胶圈,由于橡胶圈具有一定的弹性,因此在安装时适用一定的外力或者其它方式可将本发明的垫圈装入安装轴上,装上后,第二弹性部3由于弹力的作用而与安装轴紧密接触,确保了垫圈安装的可靠性。本发明的第二弹性部3延伸至金属圈本体2的下部设置,且该部分与金属圈本体2的下端端部固定连接,这样可增大第二弹性部3与金属圈本体2的接触面积,增大了第二弹性部3与金属圈本体2固定连接的稳定性。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述的第二弹性部3位于金属圈本体2的下端下方的部分向内延伸形成装配部4,装配部4与与其装配在轴过盈配合,装配部4的内径从上端端部向下端端部逐渐收小。
本发明的装配部4的内径从上端端部向下端端部逐渐收小。这样使得第二弹性部3的装配部4的内径呈上小下大的喇叭口状,这样的好处是便于安装,安装上以后不容易取出,进一步增大了本发明的垫圈固定安装的稳定性。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述的第二弹性部3位于金属圈本体2的下端下方的部分向外延伸形成调节部8,调节部8与装配部4之间具有间隙9。
本发明的第二弹性部3包括装配部4和调节部8,装配部4向内侧延伸实现与安装轴之间的过盈配合,确保垫圈安装的稳定性。调节部8向外侧延伸与装配部4之间形成间隙9,这样,装配部4因为具有一定的弹性可外扩至外侧的间隙9,从而使得装配部4具有一定的微调作用,使得本发明的垫圈可安装的安装轴具有更大的径向长度范围。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述的第二弹性部3的下端中部向内凹陷形成环 形间隙,环形间隙将第二弹性部3分成装配部4和调节部8。所述的装配部4包括第一内侧弯曲部41、第一外侧弯曲部43以及过渡连接第一内侧弯曲部41和第一外侧弯曲部43的第一连接部42,第一内侧弯曲部41的一端连接金属圈本体2的下侧端部,另一端朝向金属圈本体2内侧延伸,这样使得第一内侧弯曲部41与下部的凸台过盈配合,而且第一内侧弯曲部41的内径从上到下逐渐的收小;所述的调节部8包括第二内侧弯曲部81、第二外侧弯曲部83以及过渡连接第二内侧弯曲部81和第二外侧弯曲部83的第二连接部82,第二外侧弯曲部83的一端连接金属圈本体3的侧壁,另一端朝向金属圈本体2的外侧延伸;所述的第一外侧弯曲部43与第二内侧弯曲部81之间具有间隙9。
这样设置主要是使得装配部4与调节部8之间平滑过渡连接形成间隙9,更加有利于分散受力,避免应力集中,提高了垫圈的使用寿命。
如图8所示,本发明的一种应用上述垫圈的洗衣机减速离合装置,包括脱水轴5,脱水轴5与洗衣机的内桶连接;所述的垫圈设置在脱水轴5上与内桶的连接处,脱水轴5上设有用于防止垫圈下滑的凸台10。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述垫圈的第一弹性部1与脱水轴5过盈配合,第二弹性部3与凸台10过盈配合,金属圈本体2的内圈径向长度大于脱水轴5的径向长度小于凸台10的径向长度。这样使得本发明的垫圈的金属圈本体2在凸台10的阻挡作用下而不会下滑,而第一弹性部1与脱水轴5之间的过盈配合,第二弹性部3与凸台10之间的过盈配合确保了垫圈安装在脱水轴5上不会发生转动,因此本发明的垫圈安装在减速离合装置的脱水轴上后更加的稳定,且不易脱落,确保了生产或维修时不被遗漏,避免了洗衣机整机出现波轮高于内桶底部、夹衣物、进异物等质量问题。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述的脱水轴5的横截面为圆形,脱水轴5与凸台10的连接处的外径等于脱水轴5的外径;所述的装配在脱水轴5上的垫圈的金属圈本体2、第一弹性部1和第二弹性部3为圆环状。
本发明的脱水轴5制造成简单的圆柱状,不需要制造成多边形结构或者多边形与圆形的组合结构,大大的简化了脱水轴5的制造工艺,降低了成本。而与之相适应的,所述的垫圈的金属圈本体2、第一弹性部1和第二弹性部3均制成圆环状,结构更加的简单,制造工艺得到了简化,降低了制造成本,具有良好的市场推广前景。
另外,本发明的脱水轴5与凸台10的连接处的外径等于脱水轴5的外径,即本发明的脱水轴5上不再设置凹槽结构,这样不会发生由于设置凹槽结构带来的应力集中, 大大的增大了脱水轴5的结构强度。
作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,所述的第一弹性部1的最小内径小于脱水轴5的外径;所述的第二弹性部3的装配部4与凸台10过盈配合,装配部4的最小内径小于凸台10的外径。
本发明的减速离合装置具有如下的优点:
首先,减速离合装置的脱水轴5设计成圆柱状,结构更加的简单,制造工艺更加的简化,降低了制造成本。
其次,减速离合装置的脱水轴5不再加工出凹槽,可避免凹槽处的应力集中而造成脱水轴断裂的现象,增大了脱水轴5的强度;而且,加工工艺也得到了相应的简化。
最后,本发明的减速离合装置装配的垫圈,装配在脱水轴5上后不会发生下滑和转动现象,因此,本发明的减速离合装置的垫圈安装更加的稳定可靠。
实施例一
如图1所示,现有的一种垫圈,为一简单的圆环状金属环,将该垫圈安装在洗衣机的减速离合装置上,没有特别的结构进行定位,因此洗衣机在制造维修或者运输过程中,垫圈容易脱落造成洗衣机故障。而且,由于垫圈脱落而造成内桶下降,使得波轮和内桶之间的缝隙超出设定值,导致洗涤过程中发生夹坏和/或塞入衣物的问题。
如图2、图3、图4及图5所示,另一种现有的垫圈及采用该垫圈的洗衣机减速离合装置,垫圈包括金属圈本体2和固定连接在金属圈本体2下端端部的橡胶圈11。如图4所示,采用上述垫圈的洗衣机减速离合装置,包括脱水轴5,脱水轴5的横截面以及垫圈的金属圈本体2的开孔形状由图5可知,均为一种由圆形和正方形组合的形状,脱水轴5的下部设置凸台10,脱水轴5与凸台10的连接处设置圆环形的凹槽7。垫圈的的金属圈本体2的开孔形状设计与脱水轴5的截面吻合,垫圈安装到脱水轴5上后到达凹槽7处旋转一定的角度,这样在凸台7和脱水轴5的凹槽7的作用下就限制住垫圈发生轴向位移。
但是上述现有技术中存在如下的问题:首先,脱水轴5截面呈多边形或者多边形与圆形组合,这样使脱水轴5的加工工艺更加的复杂;其次,脱水轴5上设置凹槽7,破坏了脱水轴5的整体性,容易在凹槽7处发生应力集中而造成脱水轴5断裂,大大降低了脱水轴5的整体强度;最后,垫圈的形状设计与脱水轴5的截面吻合,垫圈的加工工艺也更加复杂,而且对公差的要求也更高,才能实现将垫圈与脱水轴相配合。
如图6和图7所示,本实施例的一种垫圈,包括圆环形的金属圈本体2,固定在金 属圈本体2内侧由橡胶材料制成的第一弹性部1和固定在金属圈本体2外侧由橡胶材料制成的第二弹性部3。
第一弹性部1倾斜向上设置,且内径从下端端部向上端端部逐渐收小。
第二弹性部3倾斜向下设置,包括装配部4和调节部8两部分,装配部4是第二弹性部3的部分向着金属圈本体2的内侧延伸形成,调节部8是第二弹性部3的部分向着金属圈本体2的外侧延伸形成,装配部4与调节部8之间具有一定的间隙9。
如图8所示,本实施例的减速离合装置,包括脱水轴5,脱水轴5的内部同轴心设置有波轮轴6。脱水轴5与洗衣机的内桶相连接,本实施例的垫圈安装在脱水轴5上且与洗衣机内桶相连接处,主要是垫在洗衣机内桶的下部,确保洗衣机内桶具有一定的安装高度,实现洗衣机内桶与洗衣机波轮之间的装配关系。脱水轴5的下部设置凸台10,凸台10的外径大于脱水轴5的外径,凸台10主要是防止垫圈下滑。
本实施例的脱水轴5的横截面为圆形,脱水轴5与凸台10的连接处未设置凹槽。
本实施例的减速离合装置具有如下的优点:
首先,减速离合装置的脱水轴5设计成圆柱状,结构更加的简单,制造工艺更加的简化,降低了制造成本。
其次,减速离合装置的脱水轴5不再加工出凹槽7,可避免凹槽7处的应力集中而造成脱水轴5断裂的现象,增大了脱水轴5的强度;而且,也简化了加工工艺。
最后,减速离合装置装配的垫圈,装配在脱水轴5上后不会发生下滑和转动现象,因此,减速离合装置的垫圈安装更加的稳定可靠。

  1. 一种垫圈,其特征在于,包括金属圈本体(2)和/或由弹性材料制成的第一弹性部(1)、第二弹性部(3),所述的第一弹性部(1)设置在金属圈本体(2)的内侧,第二弹性部(3)设置在金属圈本体(2)的外侧且向下延伸;所述的第一弹性部(1)和第二弹性部(3)分别与与其装配的轴过盈配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种垫圈,其特征在于,所述的第一弹性部(1)为固定连接在金属圈本体(2)内侧周壁上的弹性圈,第一弹性部(1)的上端高于金属圈本体(2)的上端,第一弹性部(1)的部分还与金属圈本体(2)的上端端部固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种垫圈,其特征在于,所述的第一弹性部(1)的内径从下端端部向上端端部逐渐收小。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种垫圈,其特征在于,所述的第二弹性部(3)为固定连接在金属圈本体(2)的外侧周壁上的弹性圈,第二弹性部(3)向金属圈本体(2)的内侧和/或外侧延伸,第二弹性部(3)的部分还与金属圈本体(2)的下端端部固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2或4所述的一种垫圈,其特征在于,所述的第二弹性部(3)位于金属圈本体(2)的下端下方的部分向内延伸形成装配部(4),装配部(4)与与其装配在轴过盈配合,装配部(4)的内径从上端端部向下端端部逐渐收小。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种垫圈,其特征在于,所述的第二弹性部(3)位于金属圈本体(2)的下端下方的部分向外延伸形成调节部(8),调节部(8)与装配部(4)之间具有间隙(9)。
  7. 根据权利要6所述的一种垫圈,其特征在于,所述的装配部(4)包括第一内侧弯曲部(41)、第一外侧弯曲部(43)以及过渡连接第一内侧弯曲部(41)和第一外侧弯曲部(43)的第一连接部(42),第一内侧弯曲部(41)朝向金属圈本体(2)外侧弯曲;
    所述的调节部(8)包括第二内侧弯曲部(81)、第二外侧弯曲部(83)以及过渡连接第二内侧弯曲部(81)和第二外侧弯曲部(83)的第二连接部(82);
    所述的第一外侧弯曲部(43)与第二内侧弯曲部(81)之间具有一定间距以形成间隙(9)。
  8. 一种应用权利要求1-7任意一项所述垫圈的洗衣机减速离合装置,包括与洗衣 机的内桶连接的脱水轴(5),脱水轴(5)上设有用于防止垫圈下滑的凸台(10);其特征在于,所述的垫圈设置在脱水轴(5)上,所述的第一弹性部(1)与脱水轴(5)过盈配合,和/或第二弹性部(3)与凸台(10)过盈配合。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机减速离合装置,其特征在于,所述的脱水轴(5)的横截面为圆形,脱水轴(5)与凸台(10)的连接处的外径等于脱水轴(5)的外径;所述的装配在脱水轴(5)上的垫圈的金属圈本体(2)、第一弹性部(1)和第二弹性部(3)为圆环状。
