Abstract
Description
例えば、特許文献1に記載の人物検索システムは、施設の複数個所に設置された複数台の監視カメラ、複数台の監視端末、およびサーバを有する。監視カメラの映像は、サーバで記憶している。
監視端末の読取装置を介して迷子の顔写真が投入されると、データ入力部を介して入力を受け付けた捜索期間および補足情報とともに捜索依頼情報としてサーバに送信される。
サーバは、捜索依頼情報の顔画像と、記憶している映像の中の人物の顔画像とを照合して、迷子の映っている映像を抽出し、監視端末へ返信する。
監視端末は、捜索結果を表示部を介して表示する。
特許文献1では、これにより、大勢の中から特定の人物を短時間で容易に捜索できる、とされている。
このように、センサを用いて広範囲について情報を得るシステムでは、必要なセンサの数が多くなる。当該システムのために設置するセンサの数が多くなると、センサを設置するコストが高くなるため、システムの設置コストが高くなる。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態における迷子探しシステムの機能構成を示す概略ブロック図である。
同図において、迷子探しシステム10は、カメラ管理装置100と、迷子探し処理装置200と、1つ以上のカメラ300と、1つ以上の登録受付装置400とを備える。
カメラ管理装置100は、通信部110と、記憶部180と、制御部190とを備える。制御部190は、モード設定部191と、状態変更指示部192とを備える。
迷子探し処理装置200は、通信部210と、操作入力部220と、表示部230と、記憶部280と、制御部290とを備える。この制御部290は、判定条件設定部291と、判定部292とを備える。
カメラ管理装置100と、迷子探し処理装置200と、カメラ300と、登録受付装置400とは、ネットワーク900に接続されている。
なお、迷子探しシステム10は、センサ管理システムの例に該当する。
マーケティング処理装置800は、通信部810と、操作入力部820と、表示部830と、記憶部880と、制御部890とを備える。この制御部890は、マーケティング情報解析部891を備える。
マーケティング処理装置800と、カメラ300とが、ネットワーク900に接続されてマーケティング処理システム20を構成する。
例えば、既設のマーケティング処理システム20を利用して迷子探しシステム10が設置されてもよい。あるいは、迷子探しシステム10とマーケティング処理システム20とが共に新設されてもよい。
例えば、カメラ300は商品棚の上方の天井に設置され、商品棚を上から下向きに撮影する。これにより、顧客が商品を手に取る動作を撮影することができる。購入に至らなかった商品であっても顧客が手に取った商品が分かれば、どのような商品に興味を持っているかを把握することができる。また、カメラ300の画像に顧客が含まれている場合、当該画像から、特定の商品棚を訪れた顧客の人数、顧客の年齢、性別などの属性、顧客の行動などを把握することができる。
なお、商品棚を撮影するカメラ300に加えて、あるいは代えて、店舗内の通路全体を撮影するカメラ300が設けられていてもよい。店舗内の通路全体を撮影するカメラ300の画像から、顧客が店舗内を移動する動線を把握することができる。
例えば、マーケティング情報取得用に棚を撮影していたカメラ300が、迷子探し用の撮影を指示する用途変更信号を取得すると、カメラ300自らの向きを変更して通路を撮影するようになる。この場合、カメラ300の向きが、カメラ300の上記状態の例に該当する。
あるいは、マーケティング情報取得用に店舗内の通路全体を撮影しているカメラ300が、迷子探し用の撮影を指示する用途変更信号を取得すると、解像度を上げて撮影を行うようにしてもよい。マーケティング情報取得時は顧客のプライバシーに配慮して比較的低い解像度で撮影を行い、迷子探しのときは、子供を特定できるように比較的高い解像度で撮影を行う。この場合、解像度がカメラ300の上記状態の例に該当する。
なお、カメラ300の数は1つ以上であればよい。
本実施形態では、登録受付装置400は、迷子の子供を特定するための情報を判定用情報として取得する。例えば、登録受付装置400は、迷子の子供の画像データを取得して、顔の特徴を示す情報、身長など体の特徴を示す情報、シャツの色など服装の特徴を示す情報のうち、いずれか1つまたは複数を抽出する。
あるいは、登録受付装置400が、迷子の子供のシャツの色を示す自然言語での入力操作を受けるなど、画像データに加えて、あるいは代えて、画像データ以外のデータ形式の判定用情報を取得するようにしてもよい。
例えば、登録受付装置400が「迷子探し」ボタンを表示しておく。当該ボタンがタッチされると、登録受付装置400は、迷子の子供の写真を近距離無線通信で送信するよう促すメッセージを表示する。そして、登録受付装置400は、迷子探し依頼者(例えば、迷子の子供の親)が当該メッセージに従ってスマートフォン等から送信する迷子の子供の画像データを、判定用情報として取得する。
なお、登録受付装置400の数は1つ以上であればよい。
通信部810は、ネットワーク900を介して他の機器と通信を行う。特に、通信部810は、カメラ300が撮影した画像を画像データとして受信する。
表示部830は、例えば液晶パネルなどの表示が面を有し、各種画像を表示する。特に、表示部830は、マーケティング処理装置800が取得したマーケティング情報を表示する。
制御部890は、マーケティング処理装置800の各部を制御して各種処理を行う。制御部890は、例えば、マーケティング処理装置800の有するCPU(Central Processing Unit、中央処理装置)が、記憶部880からプログラムを読み出して実行することで実現される。
マーケティング情報解析部891は、カメラ300が撮影した画像を解析してマーケティング情報を取得する。例えば、マーケティング情報解析部891は、カメラ300が商品棚を上から下向きに撮影した画像を解析して、当該画像に映った顧客の年齢、性別などの属性を判定する。
操作入力部220は、例えばマウスまたはキーボードなどの入力デバイスを有し、ユーザ操作を受ける。例えば、操作入力部220は、カメラ300および時刻を特定して画像の表示を要求するユーザ入力操作など、迷子探し処理装置200の処理に対する設定を行うユーザ入力操作を受ける。
表示部230は、例えば液晶パネルなどの表示画面を有し、各種画像を表示する。特に、表示部230は、迷子の位置情報など、カメラ300が撮影した画像に基づいて迷子探し処理装置200が検出した、迷子に関する情報を表示する。
制御部290は、迷子探し処理装置200の各部を制御して各種処理を行う。制御部290は、例えば、迷子探し処理装置200の有するCPUが、記憶部280からプログラムを読み出して実行することで実現される。
判定部292は、判定条件設定部291が設定した判定条件に基づいて、カメラ300の画像に迷子の子供が映っているか否かを判定する。
さらに具体的には、登録受付装置400が、迷子探しを要求するユーザ入力操作を受けて迷子探しの処理要求を送信すると、当該処理要求を受信したカメラ管理装置100は、迷子探し用にカメラ300の向きを設定して画像を撮影するよう指示する用途変更信号を自動生成し、カメラ300に送信する。
カメラ管理装置100は、例えばコンピュータを用いて実現される。
特に、通信部110は、処理要求取得部の例に該当し、登録受付装置400から、迷子探しの処理要求を受信する。
また、通信部110は、用途変更信号送信部の例に該当し、用途変更信号をカメラ300へ送信する。具体的には、通信部110は、カメラ300に対する状態変更の指示を用途変更信号として送信する。
記憶部180は、カメラ管理装置100が備える記憶デバイスを用いて実現され、各種データを記憶する。例えば、記憶部180は、迷子探し開始時、迷子探し終了時それぞれについて、カメラ300へ送信する信号を記憶している。
モード設定部191は、カメラ300に撮影を行わせるモードを設定する。本実施形態では、モード設定部191が設定するモードには、マーケティング情報取得モードと迷子探しモードとがある。マーケティング情報取得モードは、カメラ300が、マーケティング情報取得用に撮影を行うモードである、一方、迷子探しモードは、カメラ300が、迷子探し用に撮影を行うモードである。
通常時は、モード設定部191は、カメラ300をマーケティング情報取得モードに設定している。一方、登録受付装置400から迷子探しの処理要求を受けると、モード設定部191は、迷子探しモードに切り替える。そして、迷子が発見されると、モード設定部191は、マーケティング情報取得モードに戻す。
あるいは、カメラ管理装置100が、カメラ300に状態の変更を指示する信号として、カメラ300に実行させるプログラムを送信するようにしてもよい。そして、カメラ300が自らのプログラムをカメラ管理装置100から受信したプログラムをアップデートするようにしてもよい。これにより、カメラ300の設置時には予定されていなかった動作を、カメラ300に行わせることができる。
ネットワーク900は、各装置間の通信を仲介する。ネットワーク900は、迷子探しシステム10およびマーケティング処理システム20専用の通信ネットワークであってもよい。あるいは、ネットワーク900は、例えばインターネット(Internet)またはLAN(Local Area Network)など汎用のネットワークであってもよい。
迷子探しシステム10は、例えば上記のように登録受付装置400が「迷子探し」ボタンへのタッチ操作を受けるなど、迷子探しの開始の要求を受けると、同図の処理を開始する。
一方、迷子情報を取得していると判定した場合(ステップS102:NO)、カメラ管理装置100が、カメラ300の用途を変更する処理を行う(ステップS111)。
具体的には、登録受付装置400が、迷子探しの処理要求をカメラ管理装置100へ送信する。カメラ管理装置100では、通信部110が当該処理要求を受信すると、モード設定部191が、カメラ300に撮影を行わせるモードを迷子探しモードに設定する。そして、状態変更指示部192が、モード設定部191が設定したモードに基づいて、カメラ300に対して状態の変更を指示する。当該指示を受信したカメラ300は、カメラ300自らの状態を変化させて、迷子探し用の画像の撮影を開始する。
迷子探し処理装置200では、通信部210が迷子情報を受信すると、判定条件設定部291が迷子情報を解析して、探す対象である迷子の子供が映っているか否かの判定条件を設定する。
そして、判定部292が、ステップS113で得られた画像を解析する(ステップS114)。
さらに判定部292は、上記解析の結果とステップS112で設定された判定条件とを比較して、ステップS113で得られた画像に迷子の子供が映っているか否かを判定する(ステップS115)。
一方、ステップS115において、迷子の子供が映っていると判定した場合(ステップS115:YES)、カメラ管理装置100が、カメラ300の用途の変更を終了する処理を行う(ステップS121)。
具体的には、モード設定部191が、カメラ300に撮影を行わせるモードを、マーケティング情報取得モードに戻す。そして、状態変更指示部192が、モード設定部191が設定したモードに基づいて、カメラ300に対して状態の変更を指示する。
当該指示を受信したカメラ300は、カメラ300自らの状態を変化させて、マーケティング情報取得用の画像の撮影を開始する。
例えば、迷子の子供が映っていると判定部292が判定した画像を表示部230が表示する。ユーザは、表示部230が表示する画像の背景を参照して、迷子の子供の位置を把握することができる。
あるいは、表示部230が、カメラ300が撮影した画像の表示に加えて、当該画像以外の情報を表示するようにしてもよい。例えば、表示部230が、当該画像を撮影したカメラ300を識別する情報(例えば、当該カメラ300に予め付されている識別番号)を表示するようにしてもよい。
ステップS122の後、図2の処理を終了する。図2の処理終了後は、設定されているマーケティング情報取得モードに基づいて、カメラ300がマーケティング情報取得用の画像を撮影する。そして、マーケティング処理装置800のマーケティング情報解析部891が当、該画像を解析してマーケティング情報を取得する。
より具体的には、カメラ管理装置100は、処理要求を受けた場合、処理要求に応じて用途変更信号をカメラ300へ送信する。そして、カメラ300は、用途変更信号に基づいてカメラ300自らの状態を変更し、変更後の状態で撮影を行って画像データを取得する。
このように、カメラ300が用途に応じてカメラ300自らの状態を変更することで、マーケティング処理システム20用に既設のカメラ300を、迷子探しシステム10用に用いることができる。従って、迷子探しシステム10に用いられるカメラ300を設置するコストを低減させることができる。
このようにカメラ管理装置100が用途変更信号を自動生成することで、迷子探しシステム10のユーザは、カメラ300に具体的な動作を指示する手間なしに、カメラ300を迷子探しに用いることができる。
このように、迷子探しシステム10では、マーケティング処理システム20用に既設のカメラ300を用いて、カメラ300が撮影した画像が条件を満たすか否かを判定する処理を行うことができる。これにより、迷子探しシステム10に用いられるカメラ300を設置するコストを低減させつつ、例えば迷子の子供が画像に映っているか否かの判定など自動判定処理を行うことができる。
これにより、迷子探しシステム10では、例えば迷子の子供の特徴に基づく判定条件など、処理対象に応じた判定条件を設定することができる。
これにより、迷子探しシステム10では、マーケティング処理システム20用に撮影を行うカメラ300を迷子探しの用途に用いることができ、迷子探しシステム10に用いられるカメラ300を設置するコストを低減させることができる。
あるいは、マーケティング処理モードではプライバシー保護のためにカメラ300の解像度を下げておき、迷子探しモードでは、迷子の子供の顔を認識できるよう、カメラ300の解像度を上げるようにしてもよい。
あるいは、マーケティング処理モードではプライバシー保護のために比較的短時間でカメラ300の画像を破棄しておき、迷子探しモードでは、画像を確認できるように、比較的長時間カメラ300の画像を保存しておくようにしてもよい。

また、図4では、図1に示されるマーケティング処理装置800に代えて、販売促進処理装置700が設けられている。販売促進処理装置700は、販売促進目的のアプリケーション(アプリケーションプログラム)を提供する。
販売促進処理モードは、アプリケーション提供部791による販売促進用アプリケーションの提供を実行するために、無線通信装置320がスマートフォン等の機器と通信を行うモードである。
一方、迷子探しモードは、無線通信装置320が迷子探し用に、迷子の子供が持っているスマートフォン等の機器(例えば、スマートフォン、携帯電話機またはゲーム機器)と近距離無線通信を行うモードである。
通常時は、モード設定部191は、販売促進処理モードに設定している。一方、登録受付装置400から迷子探しの処理要求を受けると、モード設定部191は、迷子探しモードに切り替える。そして、迷子が発見されるとモード設定部191は、販売促進処理モードに戻す。
また、ステップS112において、判定条件設定部291は、迷子の子供が所持している機器の情報を取得して、通信相手が当該電子機器か否かを判定するための判定条件を設定する。状態変更指示部192は、迷子の子供が所持している機器の情報として、例えば、当該機器がスマートフォンまたは携帯電話機である場合の電話番号など、当該機器を識別可能な情報を取得する。
そして、ステップS114において、判定部292は、ステップS113で得られた情報を解析する。そして、ステップS115において、判定部292は、解析結果と判定条件とを比較して、迷子の子供が所持している機器が無線通信装置320の通信相手に含まれているか否かを判定する。
また、ステップS122における迷子位置情報の出力では、表示部230は、例えば迷子の子供が所持している電子機器と通信を行った無線通信装置320を識別する情報や、迷子の子供が所持している電子機器との通信の電波強度を表示する。
これにより、迷子探しシステム12では、販売促進処理システム22用に通信を行う無線通信装置320を迷子探しの用途に用いることができ、迷子探しシステム12に用いられる無線通信装置320を別途設置するコストを低減させることができる。
図5は、本発明のセンサ管理システムの最小構成を示す概略ブロック図である。同図において、センサ管理システム13は、センサ管理装置103と、センサ装置330とを備える。
かかる構成において、センサ管理装置103は、センサ装置330の用途を変更する場合、用途変更信号をセンサ装置330へ送信する。センサ装置330は、用途変更信号に基づいて、データを取得する。
かかる構成において、用途変更信号送信部111は、センサ装置の用途を変更する場合に、用途変更信号をセンサ装置へ送信する。
センサ装置330は、用途変更信号を受信すると、用途変更信号に基づいてデータを取得する。
また、「コンピュータシステム」は、WWWシステムを利用している場合であれば、ホームページ提供環境(あるいは表示環境)も含むものとする。
また、「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク、ROM、CD-ROM等の可搬媒体、コンピュータシステムに内蔵されるハードディスク等の記憶装置のことをいう。
さらに「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムを送信する場合の通信線のように、短時間の間、動的にプログラムを保持するもの、その場合のサーバやクライアントとなるコンピュータシステム内部の揮発性メモリのように、一定時間プログラムを保持しているものも含むものとする。
また上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであっても良く、さらに前述した機能をコンピュータシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるものであっても良い。

Claims (11)
- センサ装置と、センサ管理装置と、を備え、
前記センサ管理装置は、前記センサ装置の用途を変更する場合、用途変更信号を前記センサ装置へ送信し、
前記センサ装置は、前記用途変更信号に基づいてデータを取得する、
センサ管理システム。 - 前記センサ管理装置は、前記センサ装置の用途を指示する処理要求を取得し、前記処理要求に基づいて前記用途変更信号を自動生成する、請求項1に記載のセンサ管理システム。
- 判定用情報を取得し、前記センサ装置が前記用途変更信号により状態を変更した後に取得したデータが、前記判定用情報に基づいて設定される条件を満たすか否かを判定する判定装置を備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載のセンサ管理システム。
- 前記判定用情報の登録操作を受ける登録受付装置を備える、請求項3に記載のセンサ管理システム。
- 前記センサ装置は、カメラを備えて画像データを出力する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ管理システム。
- 前記センサ装置は、マイクを備えて音声データを出力する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ管理システム。
- 前記センサ装置は無線受信機を備えて、当該無線受信機により受信した無線信号から得られるデータを出力する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のセンサ管理システム。
- センサ装置の用途を変更する場合、用途変更信号を前記センサ装置へ送信する用途変更信号送信部、
を備えるセンサ管理装置。 - 用途の変更を指示する用途変更信号を受信すると、前記用途変更信号に基づいてデータを取得する、センサ装置。
