Abstract
L'invention concerne une capsule (1) comprenant un corps de capsule (2) ayant de préférence une configuration à symétrie de rotation avec une paroi latérale (3) et un fond (4), notamment configuré d'un seul tenant avec ladite paroi latérale. La capsule comprend en outre un couvercle qui recouvre le corps de capsule pour former un espace intérieur (11) fermé. Une chambre (6) et un espace d'injection (9) sont disposés dans l'espace intérieur (11). La chambre (6) contient une substance pour la préparation d'une denrée alimentaire liquide et elle est fermée par un chapeau (8). L'espace d'injection est disposé à l'extérieur de la chambre et séparé de la chambre par une paroi de chambre (10). Un liquide sous pression peut être injecté dans l'espace d'injection depuis l'extérieur de la capsule. Dans la paroi de chambre (10) entre la chambre (6) et l'espace d'injection (9) se trouve au moins une ouverture (12), de préférence précisément une ouverture (12), de sorte que lors de l'injection du liquide sous pression dans l'espace d'injection (9), un jet de liquide pénètre dans la chambre (6) à travers l'ouverture (12) et ce jet de liquide est dirigé contre le chapeau (8).
