Abstract

L'invention concerne une capsule (1) comprenant un corps de capsule (2), de préférence à symétrie de révolution, qui est doté d'une paroi latérale (3) et d'un fond (4). La capsule comprend également un couvercle (5) recouvrant le corps de capsule (2) pour former un compartiment fermé (6) qui contient une substance (7) destinée à la préparation d'un produit alimentaire liquide. Lors du passage d'un liquide, le couvercle forme un côté entrée et le fond un côté sortie avec un orifice de sortie (10). Une colonne montante (13) et une colonne de décharge (11) reliée à l'orifice de sortie (10) sont disposées en communication l'une avec l'autre dans la capsule (1). Le liquide traverse la colonne montante (13) du fond de la capsule en direction du couvercle (5) jusqu'à un orifice d'entrée de la colonne de décharge (11). Une zone de transition proche du fond est disposée entre la colonne montante (13) et le compartiment (6) qui peut être pénétrée par un moyen de pénétration (20) disposé sur la capsule (1) de manière à former une pluralité d'orifices de transition (14).
