技术领域

目前,涉及运动装置的产品,在运动装置运行过程中,由于运动装置的零件间的摩擦为滑动摩擦,导致运动装置的零件之间的摩擦阻力较大,容易产生噪音。并且,影响了运动装置整体运行的平稳性,使得运动装置的平稳性较差。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要针对现有运动装置容易产生噪音以及平稳性较差的问题,提供一种运动装置、及具有其的驱动盒以及空调器。
为实现本实用新型目的提供的一种运动装置,包括相对运动的上支架和下支架;
所述上支架和/或所述下支架上设置有第一滚珠结构;

上述运动装置、及具有其的驱动盒以及空调器的有益效果:其中运动装置包括相对运动的上支架和下支架。通过在上支架和/或下支架上设置第一滚珠结构,第一滚珠结构中的滚珠与上支架和下支架均接触,使得上支架与下支架通过第一滚珠结构中的滚珠相对运动。由第一滚珠结构中滚珠的转动,将上支架与下支架之间的滑动摩擦转换为滚动摩擦,从而减小了运动装置中上支架与下支架之间的摩擦系数和摩擦阻力,在降低噪音的同时,提高了运动装置的平稳性。有效地解决了现有运动装置容易产生噪音以及平稳性较差的问题。

具体实施方式
为使本实用新型技术方案更加清楚,以下结合附图及具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
参见图1和图2,以本实用新型提供的一种驱动盒400为例进行详细说明。其中,该 驱动盒400包括底壳410和盒盖420,还包括运动装置。运动装置设置在底壳410和盒盖420形成的盒体中。
其中,作为一具体实施例的运动装置,包括相对运动的上支架100和下支架200。上支架100和/或下支架200上设置有第一滚珠结构300。
应当说明的是,图1所示的具体实施例为:在上支架100上设置第一滚珠结构300。其中:
第一滚珠结构300中的滚珠与上支架100和下支架200接触。
上支架100与下支架200通过第一滚珠结构300中的滚珠相对运动。

同时,当运动装置应用于驱动盒400时,驱动盒400的底壳410与下支架200也会发生会相对运动。因此,作为本实用新型提供的另一具体实施例,参见图1至图4,运动装置的下支架200上还设置有第二滚珠结构500。

应当指出的是,第一滚珠结构300和第二滚珠结构500的结构相同。以下以设置在下支架200上的第二滚珠结构500为例,对第一滚珠结构300和第二滚珠结构500的具体结构进行详细说明。
具体的:

一般,运动装置都需要涂抹硅脂油进行润滑以保证运动装置的平稳运行。当运动装置运行较长时间后,硅脂油逐渐减少。
因此,参见图5和图6,作为本实用新型的运动装置的另一具体实施例,压板530的球形面的内壁设置有凹槽531,凹槽531与滚珠510之间形成空腔。即凹槽531与滚珠510朝向压板的一面形成空腔。
通过将多余的硅脂油涂抹在该空腔内作为备份,当运动装置的硅脂油不够时,可直接 由空腔内的硅脂油涂抹在滚珠510上,使得运动装置中的上支架、下支架200以及驱动盒400的底壳410之间有足够的硅脂油进行润滑,更加可以长期的保证运动装置的平稳运行。
另一方面,通过在压板530的球形面设置凹槽531,还可以增大压板530与滚珠510的接触面积,进一步减小压板530与滚珠510相互之间的摩擦力,延长第二滚珠结构500的使用寿命。
此处需要说明的是,第一滚珠结构300的具体结构与上述第二滚珠结构500完全相同,因此不再一一赘述。
进一步的,第一滚珠结构300和第二滚珠结构500的个数均可为多个。当上支架100上设置多个第一滚珠结构300时,多个第一滚珠结构300分散设置在上支架100上。
同理,当下支架200设置有多个第一滚珠结构300和/或第二滚珠结构500时,第一滚珠结构300和/或第二滚珠结构500同样分散设置在下支架200上。以保证上支架100与下支架200之间的滚动摩擦力,以及下支架200与驱动盒400的底壳410之间的滚动摩擦力的均匀,进而进一步提升了运动装置的平稳性和驱动盒400的稳定性。
同时,通过在运动装置中的上支架100和/或下支架200上设置多个第一滚珠结构300,使得上支架100与下支架200之间的滚动摩擦面积增大,进一步的减小了上支架100与下支架200之间的磨损程度,从而延长了运动装置的使用寿命,保证了运动装置的平稳运行。
同理,在下支架200上分散设置多个第一滚珠结构300和/或第二滚珠结构500时,同样增大了下支架200与驱动盒400的底壳410之间的滚动摩擦面积,从而减小了下支架200与驱动盒400的底壳410之间的磨损程度。
另外,本实用新型还提供了一种空调器,空调器中设置有上述驱动盒400。通过该驱动盒400驱动空调器中相关部件的运行,保证了空调器的性能的稳定性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种运动装置,其特征在于,包括相对运动的上支架和下支架;
    所述上支架和/或所述下支架上设置有第一滚珠结构;
    所述第一滚珠结构中的滚珠与所述上支架和所述下支架接触;
    所述上支架与所述下支架通过所述第一滚珠结构中的所述滚珠相对运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述下支架还设置有第二滚珠结构,且所述第二滚珠结构中的滚珠与所述下支架和驱动盒的底壳接触;
    所述下支架与所述驱动盒的底壳通过所述第二滚珠结构中的所述滚珠相对运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述第一滚珠结构和所述第二滚珠结构的结构相同,均包括放置所述滚珠的滚珠安装槽,以及与所述滚珠安装槽相对设置的压板;
    所述压板覆盖所述滚珠安装槽;
    所述滚珠安装槽的底部设置有开口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述滚珠安装槽的底部开口的面积小于所述滚珠的最大横截面的面积。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述压板与所述滚珠安装槽相对的一面为球形面;
    所述球形面与所述滚珠相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述球形面内壁设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述滚珠之间形成空腔。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述压板与所述滚珠安装槽可拆卸连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的运动装置,其特征在于,所述第一滚珠结构和所述第二滚珠结构的个数均为多个。
  9. 一种驱动盒,包括底壳和盒盖,其特征在于,还包括权利要求1至8任一项所述的运动装置;
    所述运动装置设置在所述底壳和所述盒盖组成的盒体内。
  10. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括权利要求9所述的驱动盒。
