一种空调器及其门板运动装置
本申请要求于2014年05月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410228519.5、发明名称为“一种空调器及其门板运动装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及空调器技术领域,特别涉及一种空调器及其门板运动装置。
背景技术
圆柱形的空调因其具有节省空间,且美观新颖而逐渐得到广泛使用。
圆柱形的空调器在使用时,需要通过打开大门板,而露出出风口,再进行空调的空气调节作用。现有的圆柱形的空调器的柜机大门板运动主要由电机控制大门板运动,具体地,通过齿轮与运动部件的齿条啮合传动,而该齿条与运动部件的运动部件盒则通过设置在两者之前的滚珠滚动连接,且滚珠在运动部件盒上的圆弧轨道的导向下运动,从而实现由齿轮带动齿条在运动部件盒上运动打开大门板或关闭大门板。
但是,由于齿条和运动部件盒在加工过程中,对于表面的精度要求较低,而使得齿条的表面与运动部件盒相对的表面易存在凸起或凹槽。当齿条的表面和运动部件盒表面中至少一者有凸起时,两者之间的距离变小,进而挤压设置在两者之间的滚珠,导致滚珠受挤压力太大而无法滚动,即造成滚珠卡死而使滚动摩擦变成滑动摩擦,增大了阻力,长期运行后存在运动部件运行故障,降低使用寿命。
因此,如何提供一种空调器的门板运动装置,以提高使用寿命,是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种空调器的门板运动装置,以提高使用寿命。本发明的另一目的是提供一种具有上述门板运动装置的空调器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种空调器的门板运动装置,包括运动部件盒和设置在所述运动部件盒 内部的齿条以及驱动所述齿条运动的驱动装置,其还包括:
可转动的架设在所述齿条上的滚动装置,所述滚动装置包括安装在所述齿条上的滚动轴和可转动的套设在所述滚动轴上的轴承;
设置在所述运动部件盒的上且用于对所述滚动轴承的运行进行导向的导轨。
优选地,上述的门板运动装置中,所述滚动轴承包括:
设置在所述齿条的上表面并与所述运动部件盒的上导轨配合的力平衡滚动轴承;
和设置在所述齿条的下表面并与所述运动部件盒的下导轨配合的支撑滚动轴承。
优选地,上述的门板运动装置中,所述力平衡滚动轴承和所述支撑滚动轴承均为四个,且均呈长方形布置。
优选地,上述的门板运动装置中,所述力平衡滚动轴承和所述支撑滚动轴承关于所述齿条对称分布。
优选地,上述的门板运动装置中,所述滚动轴承通过连接轴架设在所述齿条上。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心是提供一种空调器的门板运动装置,以提高使用寿命。本发明的另一核心是提供一种具有上述门板运动装置的空调器。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图1-图3所示,本发明实施例公开了一种空调器的门板运动装置,包括运动部件盒1和设置在该运动部件盒1内部的齿条2以及驱动该齿条2运动的驱动装置,其还包括:可转动的架设在上述齿条2上的滚动装置,且该滚动装置包括安装在齿条2上滚动轴和可转动的套设在滚动轴上的滚动轴承;设置在运动部件盒1的上表面和下表面,且用于对滚动轴承的运行进行导向的导轨。工作时,在驱动装置的作用下,驱动上述齿条2相对于运动部件盒1 产生运动,而由于齿条2上架设有可转动的滚动轴承,而运动部件盒1上设置有与滚动轴承配合的导轨,因此,可将齿条2与运动部件盒1之间的摩擦改为滚动摩擦,以降低磨损,同时完成开门和关门动作。
本申请在齿条2与运动部件盒1之间设置可转动的滚动轴承,以将齿条2与运动部件盒1之间的相对运动改为滚动摩擦,且由于滚动轴承架设在齿条2上,因此,该滚动轴承不会出现上下均受挤压的情况,以保证在齿条2运动过程中,滚动轴承始终能够滚动。通过上述设置有效避免了因齿条2表面和运动部件盒1表面不平整产生的挤压卡死的问题,从而提高了该门板运动装置的使用寿命。
具体的实施例中,该滚动轴承包括能够起到力平衡作用的力平衡滚动轴承31和起到支撑作用的支撑滚动轴承32。其中,力平衡滚动轴承31设置在齿条2的上表面与运动部件盒1的上导轨41之间,而支撑滚动轴承32设置在齿条2的下表面与运动部件盒1的下导轨42之间,并使得力平衡滚动轴承31和支撑滚动轴承32为对角布置,可保证其中一组对角线上的力平衡滚动轴承31和支撑滚动轴承32能够配合另一组对角线上的力平衡滚动轴承31和支撑滚动轴承32,实现更好的平衡效果。由于门板与齿条2相连,即在齿条2运动过程中带动门板完成开门和关门过程,这使得在门板重力作用下齿条2会产生向门板方向倾斜的力,为了平衡掉齿条2在门板重力作用下的力,需要齿条2的上表面与运动部件盒1的上表面产生对应的压力,因此,在运动过程中齿条2与运动部件盒1的上表面会接触。为了降低齿条2与运动部件盒1的上表面之间的摩擦,在两者之间设置了力平衡滚动轴承31。在实际中,还可将力平衡滚动轴承31和支撑滚动轴承32设置为一个,即滚动轴承即与运动部件盒1 的上表面接触也与运动部件盒1的下表面接触。对于具体的设置方式可根据齿条2的形状和滚动轴承的强度要求进行设定。
优选的实施例中,将力平衡滚动轴承31和支撑滚动轴承32均设置为四个,并且四个力平衡滚动轴承31和四个支撑滚动轴承32均呈长方形方式布置。具体地,每个滚动轴承可看为长方形的一个顶点。通过上述设置可保证沿滚动方向布置的两个滚动轴承由同一个导轨进行导向。通过上述设置可知,本申请中的上导轨41为两个,且分布在四个力平衡滚动轴承31形成的长方形沿滚动方向的两个侧边上。同理,下导轨42也为两个,并位于四个支撑滚动轴承32形成的长方形沿滚动方向的两个侧边上。通过设置两排滚动轴承并设置两个导轨,可增大齿条2与运动部件盒1的接触面积,从而提高齿条2运动的稳定性。在实际中,还可增加滚动轴承和导轨的个数以进一步增大接触面积。
进一步的实施例中,将力平衡滚动轴承31和支撑滚动轴承32设置为关于齿条2对称分布的布置方式,即力平衡滚动轴承31形成长方形和支撑滚动轴承32形成的长方形重合。通过上述设置可防止滚动轴承产生相对转动的力矩,进一步提高了门板运动装置的使用寿命。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本申请中提供的滚动轴承通过连接轴6架设在齿条2上,具体地,该连接轴6固定在齿条2上,而滚动轴承可转动的套设在该连接轴6上。本申请中只是提供了一种滚动轴承的具体连接方式,在实际中还可将连接轴6与滚动轴承相对固定的连接在一起,而连接轴6可转动的架设在齿条2上。
具体地,该连接轴6通过与运动部件盒1相连的限位座5固定在运动部件盒1上。该齿条2的端面设置有放置连接轴6的凹槽,而限位座5上具有与该 凹槽配合形成用于架设连接轴6的安装孔的凹陷。上述限位座5的两端均通过螺钉固定在齿条2上。对于连接轴6的安装要求只要能防止连接轴6晃动即可。
在一具体实施例中,将滚动轴承设置为深沟球轴承,由于深沟球轴承结构简单,成本低,可降低生产成本。此处只是提供了一种具体的滚动轴承,在实际中可根据不同的要求选择不同的轴承,且均在保护范围内。
为了降低钢质滚动轴承对导轨的磨损,本申请中提供的门板运动装置还包括套设在滚动轴承外侧的耐磨保护套7。通过设置耐磨保护套7可减小滚动轴承的磨损,提高滚动轴承的使用寿命。优选的实施例中,该耐磨保护套7为聚甲醛树脂保护套,即为弹性套可降低滚动轴承磨损的同时还可解决滚动轴承对导轨的磨损。由于聚甲醛树脂具有较低的摩擦系数以及较好的几何稳定性,因此,优选聚甲醛树脂保护套。
对于圆形空调器而言,其门板的运行轨迹为圆弧形,因此,在一具体实施例中将上述导轨设置为弧形导轨,以使门板的运动轨迹为弧线。
本发明还提供了一种空调器,包括门板运动装置,且该门板运动装置为上述实施例中公开的门板运动装置,因此,具有该门板运动装置的空调器也具有上述技术效果,在此不再一一赘述。
