本实用新型属于滚轮组件技术领域,尤其是涉及一种耐低温的滚轮组件。
背景技术
现行的抽屉通常是包括由轮子和轨道或滑槽组成的系统的滑动抽屉,轮子转动连接在柜体侧面,抽屉的滑轨位于轮子上,抽屉前后移动时带动轮子转动。
在现有技术中,传统的抽屉滚轮在转动时会发出很大的噪音,且伴随震动,用户使用感受差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种耐低温的滚轮组件,该滚轮组件的塑料滚轮上套有硅胶圈,硅胶圈与抽屉滑轨相抵靠,硅胶本身具有弹性,可以减少抽屉滑动时带来的震动,从而降低噪音,起到减震降噪功能。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种耐低温的滚轮组件,它包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、钢珠,所述的轴承内圈设置在轴承外圈内,轴承内圈外表面与轴承外圈内表面具有截面呈弧形的环形槽,所述的钢珠设置在轴承内圈与轴承外圈之间,其特征在于,所述轴承外圈包覆有一层塑料滚轮,所述的塑料滚轮外开有环形圈槽,所述环形圈槽内套有硅胶圈,轴承内圈铆接有螺栓铆钉。
滑轨安装在抽屉上,将滚轮组件通过螺栓铆钉安装到柜体板上,该滚轮组件的塑料滚轮上套有硅胶圈,拉动抽屉时,塑料滚轮与滑轨摩擦,塑料滚轮在转动中因硅胶圈的弹性使滚动中的震动变小,噪音也变小,从而起到减震降噪功能。
进一步的,所述的轴承内圈与轴承外圈之间的间隙中盖有防尘环。防尘环位于轴承外圈和轴承内圈两侧,防止灰尘进入滚轮组件内。
进一步的,所述的硅胶圈突出塑料滚轮表面。使硅胶圈可以接触滑轨,塑料滚轮与滑轨为柔性接触,减少转动时的噪音。
进一步的,所述的硅胶圈呈圆形,硅胶圈的截面半径等于环形圈槽的深度。
进一步的,所述的螺栓铆钉中部具有向外水平延展开的挡环。
本耐低温的轴承组件的优点有:
1.该滚轮组件的塑料滚轮上套有硅胶圈,硅胶圈与抽屉滑轨相抵靠,硅胶本身具有弹性,可以减少抽屉滑动时带来的震动,从而降低噪音,起到减震降噪功能。
2.传统的添加润滑油的滚轮组件抽屉拉动时阻力变大,该滚轮组件内没有润滑油,抽屉拉动时不会因润滑油凝固而难以拉动抽屉,耐低温性好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型的技术方案为一种耐低温的滚轮组件,它包括轴承内圈7、轴承外圈9、钢珠6,所述的轴承内圈7设置在轴承外圈9内,轴承内圈7外表面与轴承外圈9内表面具有截面呈弧形的环形槽10,所述的钢珠6设置在轴承内圈7与轴承外圈9之间,其特征在于,所述轴承外圈9包覆有一层塑料滚轮3,所述的塑料滚轮3外开有环形圈槽5,所述环形圈槽5内套有硅胶圈4,轴承内圈7铆接有螺栓铆钉1。
所述的轴承内圈7与轴承外圈9之间的间隙中盖有防尘环2。防尘环2位于轴承外圈9和轴承内圈7两侧,防止灰尘进入滚轮组件内。
所述的硅胶圈4突出塑料滚轮3表面。使硅胶圈4可以接触滑轨,塑料滚轮3与滑轨为柔性接触,减少转动时的噪音。
所述的硅胶圈4呈圆形,硅胶圈4的截面半径等于环形圈槽5的深度。

1.一种耐低温的滚轮组件,它包括轴承内圈、轴承外圈、钢珠,所述的轴承内圈设置在轴承外圈内,轴承内圈外表面与轴承外圈内表面具有截面呈弧形的环形槽,所述的钢珠设置在轴承内圈与轴承外圈之间,其特征在于,所述轴承外圈包覆有一层塑料滚轮,所述的塑料滚轮外开有环形圈槽,所述环形圈槽内套有硅胶圈,轴承内圈铆接有螺栓铆钉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐低温的滚轮组件,其特征在于:所述的轴承内圈与轴承外圈之间的间隙中盖有防尘环。
