(2)煮水杯的加热板底部设有热敏电阻,热敏电阻实时向控制电路板反馈加热板的温度信号,此温度信号可以转换成数字信号并通过显示屏反应出来;
(3)控制电路板可以根据热敏电阻探测的温度信号来控制加热板的启停,起到防止干烧的功能;
(4)热敏电阻通过压块压紧在加热板底部,从而能够准确探测加热板的温度信号;
(5)加热板底部设有连接件,压块通过连接件固定在加热板底部,有效保证热敏电阻与加热板连接的可靠性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
参见图1至图4所示,一种车载咖啡处理器,包括煮水杯11、咖啡斗13、蒸馏杯19和杯盖21,煮水杯11上端与蒸馏杯19下端连接,咖啡斗13设置在煮水杯11杯口处,蒸馏杯19内设有蒸馏管20,蒸馏管20下端蒸馏杯19底部通向咖啡斗13,蒸馏管20上端通向蒸馏杯19上部,杯盖21与蒸馏杯19上端连接;所述煮水杯11底部设有加热板8,加热板8底部设有热敏电阻7。
所述热敏电阻7通过压块6压紧在加热板8底部,加热板8底部设有用于固定压块6的连接构件。
结合图5和图6所示,所述连接构件包括螺柱25和螺母28,螺柱25设置在加热板8底部,压块6对应螺柱25设有孔位23,螺柱25穿过所述孔位23后与螺母28连接。
所述压块6对应热敏电阻7设有凹槽24,热敏电阻7设置在凹槽24中。
所述煮水杯11底部敞开,煮水杯11下端内侧设有凸缘30,加热板8通过耐高温支架5压紧在凸缘30底部,其中,加热板8与凸缘30之间设有第一密封圈9,耐高温支架5外周与煮水杯11下端内侧螺纹配合。
所述煮水杯11底部还设有杯座和控制电路板3,控制电路板3设置在杯座内,加热板8及热敏电阻7与控制电路板3电性连接。
所述杯座包括上盖4、外壳2和底盖1,上盖4中心与所述耐高温支架5中心通过一螺丝27连接,外壳2套设在上盖及底盖1外周;所述煮水杯11下端设有上限位台阶10,底盖1对应外壳2下端设有下限位台阶45,上盖和底盖1通过螺钉连接,外壳2压接在上限位台阶10和下限位台阶45之间。
所述耐高温支架5中心设有中心螺母26,上盖4设有中心孔,螺丝27从下至上穿过上盖4的中心孔与耐高温支架5的中心螺母26连接。
所述煮水杯11和蒸馏杯19的杯壁为双层结构,且层内为真空隔热层44。其中,所述煮水杯11和蒸馏杯19外壁分别对应其真空隔热层44/46设有第一抽真空孔位29和第二抽真空孔位31。所述第一抽真空孔位29设置在煮水杯11下端的上限位台阶10表面,以被 杯座的外壳2遮盖;所述蒸馏杯19外周设有装饰圈17,装饰圈17遮盖在所述第二抽真空孔位31外。所述蒸馏杯19下端外周设有锥形台阶面18,第二抽真空孔位31设置在锥形台阶面18外侧;所述装饰圈17为硅橡胶圈,其套设在锥形台阶面18外、并遮盖第二抽真空孔位31。鉴于抽真空时需要在杯的外表面开设抽真空孔位,抽完真空后,再将抽真空孔位封堵,但是由于封堵孔位时将会出现毛糙,以致影响杯体外观,所以,本发明的煮水杯11和蒸馏杯19外分别借助杯座外壳2和采用装饰圈17将其表面的抽真空孔位处毛糙遮盖。
另外,由于装饰圈17为硅橡胶圈,当蒸馏杯19摔下时,硅橡胶圈起到缓冲作用,大大降低摔破的几率。再有,装饰圈17与蒸馏杯19配合处具有一定的锥度,所以能防止装饰圈17掉出。
所述煮水杯11上端与蒸馏杯19下端螺纹连接,蒸馏杯19上端与杯盖21螺纹连接,其中,煮水杯11上端和蒸馏杯19上端均设有外螺纹,煮水杯11上端与蒸馏杯19下端之间设有第二密封圈15。当煮水杯11上端与蒸馏杯19上端设计成大小一致是,当取走蒸馏杯19和咖啡斗13后,可以将杯盖21与煮水杯11上端开口连接,即可利用煮水杯11烧水,见图7所示。
所述蒸馏杯19中部外周设有凹弧面,以形成握持部。
所述蒸馏管20上端设有盖帽32,蒸馏管20与盖帽32之间留有间隙。
所述咖啡斗13底部设有蒸气管12,蒸气管12连通咖啡斗13和煮水杯11内部,咖啡斗13内底部和顶部分别设有下滤网14和上滤网16。
所述杯盖21包括杯盖本体43、金属外套42和硅胶阀片41,金属外套42设置在杯盖本体43外,杯盖本体43顶面延伸出围板39,围板39顶部与金属外套42之间设有第三密封圈38,使得杯盖本体43顶部通过围板39与金属外套42内顶部共同围成泄压腔35。硅胶阀片41设置在杯盖本体43内顶面。所述硅胶阀片41表面设有第一泄压孔36,杯盖本体43顶面设有第二泄压孔37,金属外套42顶面设有第三泄压孔34,第一泄压孔36与第二泄压孔37错开,第二泄压孔37与第三泄压孔34错开。所述硅胶阀片41顶面设有环形凸筋40,环形凸筋40包围在第一泄压孔36和第二泄压孔37外。
本发明的工作原理是:参见图5所示,使用时,将蒸馏杯19和咖啡斗13取下,往煮水杯11内放入水C,以及往咖啡斗13内放置咖啡粉H,然后,将蒸馏杯19和咖啡斗13与煮水杯11连接。接通电源,加热板9在控制电路板3设定程序下启动,使煮水杯11内的水C烧开后产生大量水蒸汽D。由于煮水杯11与蒸馏杯19连接处密封,所以水蒸汽D只能经蒸汽管12往咖啡斗13内流动,经过高温水蒸汽D处理的咖啡粉形成香浓的咖啡液E 经整流管流入蒸馏杯19内。由于存放在蒸馏杯19内的咖啡液E温度较高,仍能释放出较多的水蒸汽F,水蒸汽F依次经过第一泄压孔36、第二泄压孔37进入泄压腔35泄压后从第三泄压孔34排出。当煮水杯11内的水烧干后,加热板8温度将会高于100摄氏度,热敏电阻7将温度信号反馈给控制电路板3,以通过控制电路板3及时停止加热板8工作。
另外,杯盖21还具有防漏水功能,其由于硅胶阀片41的第一泄压孔36孔径很小,硅胶阀片41顶面的环形凸筋40使硅胶阀片41与杯盖本体43内顶面之间具有一定的形变间隙。当连接有所述杯盖21的煮水杯11或蒸馏杯19倾侧时,杯内的液体还未完全进入第一泄压孔36,在液体的压力下,硅胶阀片41往杯盖本体43内顶面方向形变、并遮盖第二泄压孔37,从而阻塞了杯盖21与外界连通的通道,起到防止漏水的作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 车载咖啡处理器,其特征是,包括煮水杯(11)、咖啡斗(13)、蒸馏杯(19)和杯盖(21),煮水杯(11)上端与蒸馏杯(19)下端连接,咖啡斗(13)设置在煮水杯(11)杯口处,蒸馏杯(19)内设有蒸馏管(20),蒸馏管(20)下端蒸馏杯(19)底部通向咖啡斗(13),蒸馏管(20)上端通向蒸馏杯(19)上部,杯盖(21)与蒸馏杯(19)上端连接;所述煮水杯(11)底部设有加热板(8),加热板(8)底部设有热敏电阻(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述车载咖啡处理器,其特征是,所述热敏电阻(7)通过压块(6)压紧在加热板(8)底部,加热板(8)底部设有用于固定压块(6)的连接构件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述车载咖啡处理器,其特征是,所述连接构件包括螺柱(25)和螺母(28),螺柱(25)设置在加热板(8)底部,压块(6)对应螺柱(25)设有孔位(23),螺柱(25)穿过所述孔位(23)后与螺母(28)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述车载咖啡处理器,其特征是,所述压块(6)对应热敏电阻(7)设有凹槽(24),热敏电阻(7)设置在凹槽(24)中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述车载咖啡处理器,其特征是,所述煮水杯(11)底部敞开,煮水杯(11)下端内侧设有凸缘(30),加热板(8)通过耐高温支架(5)压紧在凸缘(30)底部,其中,加热板(8)与凸缘(30)之间设有第一密封圈(9),耐高温支架(5)外周与煮水杯(11)下端内侧螺纹配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述车载咖啡处理器,其特征是,所述煮水杯(11)底部还设有杯座和控制电路板(3),控制电路板(3)设置在杯座内,加热板(8)及热敏电阻(7)与控制电路板(3)电性连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述车载咖啡处理器,其特征是,所述杯座包括上盖(4)、外壳(2)和底盖(1),上盖(4)中心与所述耐高温支架(5)中心通过一螺丝(27)连接,外壳(2)套设在上盖及底盖(1)外周;
    所述煮水杯(11)下端设有上限位台阶(10),底盖(1)对应外壳(2)下端设有下限位台阶(45),上盖和底盖(1)通过螺钉连接,外壳(2)压接在上限位台阶(10)和下限位台阶(45)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述车载咖啡处理器,其特征是,所述煮水杯(11)和/或蒸馏杯(19)的杯壁为双层结构,且层内为真空隔热层(44)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述车载咖啡处理器,其特征是,所述煮水杯(11)上端与蒸馏杯(19)下端螺纹连接,蒸馏杯(19)上端与杯盖(21)螺纹连接,其中,煮水杯(11)上端和蒸馏杯(19)上端均设有外螺纹,煮水杯(11)上端与蒸馏杯(19)下端之间设有第二密 封圈(15)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述车载咖啡处理器,其特征是,所述咖啡斗(13)底部设有蒸气管(12),蒸气管(12)连通咖啡斗(13)和煮水杯(11)内部,咖啡斗(13)内底部和顶部分别设有下滤网(14)和上滤网(16)。
