Description

一种新型LED灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,特别是一种管状的且散热效果良好的LED灯。
背景技术
随着现在LED灯的普遍应用,人们对LED灯的关注度也越来越多。现有技术的LED灯散热效果差,致使LED灯的使用寿命明显降低,中国专利公开号为CN 203571649 U的专利公开了一种LED灯,能有效解决现有LED灯散热效果差的问题,虽然有导热棒将热量导出,但是该种灯的整个灯体被包围于灯罩内,仅仅通过两端的导热器散热的效果也不尽理想。
另外,应用于屋顶等地方的LED灯,其真正发挥照明作用的仅仅是露出的一面,而与屋顶或墙体接触的一面光线被墙面遮挡,起不到照明作用,大大浪费了电能,且增加了散热的负担,
以上问题,值得解决。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种新型LED灯,不仅增加了LED灯的散热效果,且有效节约能源及成本。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
一种新型LED灯,其特征在于,包括灯体和灯罩,灯体和灯罩密封连接,所述灯罩截面呈圆弧形,所述灯体包括灯珠、电路板层、散热板层,灯珠安装在灯体的内表面且连接电路板层,电路板层外连接 散热板层,电路板层和散热板层向内凹陷呈一凹槽,凹槽的截面呈半圆形。
进一步的,所述凹槽截面呈三角形。
进一步的,所述凹槽截面呈梯形。
进一步的,所述灯珠贴装在电路板层。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,本实用新型中的散热板层安装于整个LED灯的灯体背部,可以有效将LED灯,尤其是电路板产生的热量吸收并散发到其后部的凹槽内,在进行挥发,散热效果良好;整个LED灯的一侧装有灯珠,另一侧没有安装,不仅可以有效节约生产成本,并且可以大大节约应用过程中的电能消耗,节约能源。

下面结合附图以及实施方式对本实用新型进行进一步的描述:
如图1所示,本实用新型提供一种新型LED灯,主要包括两个部分:灯体1和灯罩2,其中灯体1和灯罩2密封连接。
实施例一
如图2所示,本实用新型中的灯罩2截面呈圆弧形,灯体1包括灯珠3、电路板层4、散热板层5,灯珠3安装在灯体1的内表面且连接电路板层4,电路板层4外连接散热板层5,电路板层4和散热板层5向内凹陷呈一凹槽6,凹槽6的截面呈半圆形。
实施例二
如图3所示,本实用新型中的灯罩2截面呈圆弧形,灯体1包括灯珠3、电路板层4、散热板层5,灯珠3安装在灯体1的内表面且连接电路板层4,电路板层4外连接散热板层5,电路板层4和散热板层5向内凹陷呈一凹槽6,凹槽6的截面呈三角形。
实施例三
如图4所示,本实用新型中的灯罩1截面呈圆弧形,灯体1包括灯珠3、电路板层4、散热板层5,灯珠3安装在灯体1的内表面且连接电路板层4,电路板层4外连接散热板层5,电路板层4和散热板层5向内凹陷呈一凹槽6,凹槽6的截面呈梯形。
为了达到美观实用的效果,本实用新型中的灯珠贴装在电路板层。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种新型LED灯,其特征在于,包括灯体和灯罩,灯体和灯罩密封连接,所述灯罩截面呈圆弧形,所述灯体包括灯珠、电路板层、散热板层,灯珠安装在灯体的内表面且连接电路板层,电路板层外连接散热板层,电路板层和散热板层向内凹陷呈一凹槽,凹槽的截面呈半圆形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED灯,其特征在于,所述凹槽截面呈三角形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED灯,其特征在于,所述凹槽截面呈梯形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型LED灯,其特征在于,所述灯珠贴装在电路板层。
