Description

一种小型散热LED灯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及照明技术领域,特别是一种外形体积小,重量轻且散热效果良好的LED灯。
背景技术
现在,市场上越来越多的照明光源使用的是LED光源灯,LED灯的节能和发光能力强是其独特的优点,但其最大的缺点是散热能力差。一种解决方法是在LED灯上安装散热器,这可以将LED灯产生的热量进行散发,但是现有的散热器或者是块状的结构,或者是在块状结构上增加翅片,无论是哪一种都大大增加了LED灯的体积和重量,使得LED灯应用不方便。
另外,大多数的LED灯是直接将灯头连接与散热器,进而将散热器的热量传递给灯头,增加了灯头的散热负担。
以上问题,值得解决。
发明内容
为了克服现有的技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种体积小、重量轻、散热效果好的小型散热LED灯。
本实用新型技术方案如下所述:
一种小型散热LED灯,包括灯头、灯罩和散热器,其特征在于,所述散热器处于灯头与灯罩之间,且与灯罩形成密封结构,散热器下端连接驱动器,驱动器下端连接圆柱体的灯板,在灯板表面设有若干灯珠,灯板外设有密封罩,密封罩与驱动器连接并密封,所述散热器 为圆柱体,并向外延伸若干散热条。
进一步的,所述灯头与散热器之间设有隔热片。
进一步的,所述散热器中央设有通孔,通孔内的导线连接驱动器和灯头。
进一步的,所述散热器高度为2-2.5cm。
进一步的,所述散热器直径为1-1.5cm。
进一步的,所述灯罩高度为3-4cm。
根据上述结构的本实用新型,其有益效果在于,本实用新型体积小、重量轻;大大增加了散热器的散热面积,增加散热器的散热效果,并且减少了生产成本;将散热器与灯头隔离,减小了灯头的散热负担。

如图1所示,本实用新型提供一种小型散热LED灯,主要由灯头1、灯罩3和散热器2组成,其中,散热器处于灯头与灯罩之间,且与灯罩形成密封结构,灯头与散热器之间设有隔热片,散热器下端连接驱动器,驱动器下端连接圆柱体的灯板,在灯板表面设有若干灯珠,灯板外设有密封罩,密封罩与驱动器连接并密封,散热器为圆柱体,并向外延伸若干散热条,散热器中央设有通孔,通孔内的导线连接驱 动器和灯头。
为了使得该LED灯更加小巧,设置散热器高度为2-2.5cm,所述散热器直径为1-1.5cm,灯罩高度为3-4cm。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本实用新型所附权利要求的保护范围。
